Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to hymexazol and metalaxyl-M composite granules and a preparation method thereof.
Background
metalaxyl-M is R isomer of common metalaxyl, is a high-efficiency systemic fungicide, and has high efficiency on crop diseases caused by downy mildew, phytophthora and pythium.
Hymexazol is a systemic high-efficiency pesticide bactericide, soil disinfectant and plant growth regulator. The hymexazol can effectively inhibit the normal growth of pathogenic fungi mycelium or directly kill germs, and can promote the growth of plants; and has the functions of promoting the growth and development of crop root system, rooting and strengthening seedling and raising the survival rate of crop. The hymexazol has extremely high permeability, can move to the stem part within two hours, and can move to the whole plant body within 20 hours.
However, when metalaxyl-M or hymexazol is applied independently, the dosage is large, the drug effect is not obvious, the persistence of the drug effect is poor, and the investment cost is high for agricultural production, so that the hymexazol-M composite granules and the preparation method thereof are provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the hymexazol and metalaxyl-M composite granule and the preparation method thereof are provided, can play double roles of sterilization and fertilization, not only save the pesticide application cost, but also can effectively prevent and treat soil-borne diseases caused by pathogenic fungi, and have the advantages of simple application method, slow release of pesticide effect and pesticide, long duration and high utilization rate.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
in order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides hymexazol and metalaxyl-M composite granules, which comprise the following substances in parts by mass: 3-12% of hymexazol, 2-8% of metalaxyl-M, 10-25% of solvent, 10-20% of fertilizer, 40-70% of attapulgite and 2-6% of auxiliary agent.
The attapulgite is an inorganic mineral material which is cheap and easy to obtain, is a hydrous layer chain magnesium silicate mineral, grooves are alternately distributed on the surface of the attapulgite, the channels are rich, and the surface of a crystal contains an active center and Si-OH groups, so that the attapulgite has a large specific surface area, strong adsorbability and carrier property.
Preferably, the fertilizer comprises water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate and potassium humate. The water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate is a fertilizer with slow-release long-acting effect, the nutrition of the fertilizer can not be directly absorbed by plants, but the fertilizer can be gradually decomposed under certain environmental conditions to release ammonium ions and phosphate ions to be absorbed by the plants, and the gradual decomposition and release of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients are synchronous with the growth process of the plants, so that the condition that a large amount of nutrients are released and the plants can not be completely absorbed can not occur after the fertilizer is applied, the utilization rate of the nutrients of the fertilizer is improved, meanwhile, the potassium humate can also provide the plants with nutrients such as humic acid, potassium elements and the like, the nutrients are comprehensive in variety, and the plant growth is facilitated.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate to the potassium humate is 5: 3.
Preferably, the fertilizer is in powder form. Is more favorable for being adsorbed on the attapulgite.
Preferably, the solvent is methanol.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent comprises a binder and a slow release agent. The binder and the slow release agent are used in the prior art, and are not limited, so that the effective components of the pesticide and the fertilizer can stably exist in the preparation and exert the pesticide effect, the slow release agent can greatly prolong the duration of the pesticide and the fertilizer, the utilization rate is high, the waste is avoided, the application times of the pesticide and the fertilizer are reduced, and the input cost of agricultural production is reduced.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the binder to the sustained-release agent is 1: 2.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the hymexazol and metalaxyl-M composite granules, which comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving hymexazol and metalaxyl-M in solvent to obtain mother solution;
(2) pulverizing attapulgite, and grinding into powder;
(3) and mixing and stirring the mother liquor, attapulgite powder and the auxiliary agent uniformly to prepare a soft material, granulating by an extrusion granulator, and drying to obtain the hymexazol and metalaxyl-M composite granules.
Preferably, the particle size of the attapulgite powder is 170-200 meshes.
Preferably, the drying is carried out at 100-110 ℃, and the drying is carried out until the water content of the particles is lower than 5%.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the attapulgite is added into the bactericide compound components, and the attapulgite has a large specific surface area, strong adsorbability and carrier property, so that the attapulgite is used as a carrier of the hymexazol crude drug and the metalaxyl-M crude drug, the hymexazol crude drug, the metalaxyl-M crude drug and the fertilizer can be efficiently and stably loaded on the attapulgite, the loading rate is high, the drug effect is not easy to lose, the compound granules play a role in sterilization and fertilization, the pesticide application cost is saved, and the effect of preventing and treating soil-borne diseases caused by pathogenic fungi is greatly improved.
2. According to the invention, water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate and potassium humate are used as fertilizer loads on attapulgite, the water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate with the slow-release long-acting effect is gradually decomposed under certain environmental conditions to release ammonium root ions and phosphate radical ions to be absorbed by plants, the gradual decomposition and release of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients are synchronous with the growth process of the plants, the phenomenon of overnutrition is avoided, the utilization rate of fertilizer nutrients is improved, and meanwhile, the potassium humate can also provide nutrients such as humic acid and potassium elements for the plants, so that the nutrient variety is comprehensive, and the plant growth is facilitated.
3. The composite bactericide is granular, can be directly applied when in use, has simple use method, avoids the problem of troublesome use of powder or liquid medicines, greatly improves the drug effect after compounding, can reduce the use dosage of the medicament and saves the cost.
4. The invention adds the slow release agent into the bactericide, thereby greatly prolonging the duration of the pesticide and the fertilizer, having high utilization rate, avoiding waste, reducing the application times of the pesticide and the fertilizer and reducing the investment cost of agricultural production.
