Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing the overall configuration of an elevator system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
In fig. 1, a building is provided with a plurality of elevator groups 1. For each of the plurality of elevator groups 1, elevator groups within a predetermined range are set. An elevator group 1 in which the length of the path from one elevator group 1 is in a predetermined range is an example of an elevator group within a range previously specified for the one elevator group 1. The length of the predetermined path is set to, for example, a length of a path that a user can easily move.
Each of the plurality of elevator groups 1 has one or more hoistways 2. A plurality of elevator groups 1 each have a landing 3 at each floor of the building.
The hoistway 2 extends through each floor of the building.
Each landing 3 of the elevator group 1 faces each of one or more hoistways 2 included in the elevator group 1. A plurality of elevator groups 1 are respectively set with service floors. The service floors of the elevator group 1 are part or all of the floors of a building through which the hoistway of the elevator group 1 passes.
The elevator system 4 includes a plurality of cars 5, a plurality of guide devices 6, a plurality of control devices 7, a group control device 8, and an elevator monitoring device 9.
The plurality of cars 5 correspond to the plurality of hoistways 2, respectively. Each of the plurality of cars 5 is provided to be able to be raised and lowered inside the corresponding hoistway 2 by power of a hoisting machine, not shown. The plurality of cars 5 are arranged so as not to overlap each other on a horizontal projection plane. The elevator group 1 has cars 5 that stop at the service floors of the elevator group 1.
The plurality of guide devices 6 are disposed at each of the landings 3 of the plurality of elevator groups 1. The boot device 6 receives boot data. The guidance device 6 notifies the content of the received guidance data. The guidance device 6 is a display device that displays a character string. The guidance device 6 displays a character string indicating the received guidance data, thereby notifying the content of the guidance data.
The plurality of control devices 7 correspond to the respective cars 5 of the plurality of cars 5. The control device 7 controls the operation of the corresponding car 5. The operation of the car 5 includes, for example, an up-down operation and a door opening/closing operation.
The group control device 8 corresponds to an elevator group 1 having a plurality of cars 5. The group control device 8 controls the assignment of calls to each of the plurality of cars 5 in the corresponding elevator group 1.
The elevator system 4 includes a plurality of congestion degree calculation devices. A plurality of congestion degree calculation devices respectively correspond to the individual elevator groups 1 of the elevator group 1. The congestion degree calculation device includes a congestion degree calculation unit 21 and a communication unit 22.
The control device 7 is an example of a congestion degree calculation device corresponding to the elevator group 1 having only one car 5. The group control device 8 is an example of a congestion degree calculation device corresponding to the elevator group 1 having a plurality of cars 5.
The congestion degree calculation unit 21 calculates the congestion degree of the corresponding elevator group 1. The congestion degree calculation unit 21 calculates the congestion degree as follows, for example.
The congestion degree calculation unit 21 calculates the number of people who get in and out of the corresponding car 5 of the elevator group 1 for a predetermined period of time, based on the value indicated by the load sensor of the car 5. Then, the congestion degree calculation unit 21 calculates the number of people riding on each of the plurality of cars 5 based on the calculated number of people getting in and out of the car 5. Then, the congestion degree calculation unit 21 calculates the riding rate of the car 5 based on the number of people riding in each of the plurality of cars 5 and the rated number of people of the car 5. Then, the congestion degree calculation unit 21 calculates an average value of the riding rates of the cars 5 included in the corresponding elevator group 1 as the congestion degree of the corresponding elevator group 1.
The communication unit 22 of the congestion degree calculation device transmits the information of the congestion degree calculated by the congestion degree calculation unit 21 at predetermined intervals.
The elevator monitoring device 9 includes a communication unit 11, a congestion degree comparison unit 12, and a guidance instruction unit 13.
The communication unit 11 of the elevator monitoring device 9 receives the congestion degree information transmitted from the communication unit 22 of the congestion degree calculation device. The communication unit 11 transmits the received congestion degree information.
The congestion degree comparison unit 12 determines whether each of the plurality of elevator groups 1 is available based on the congestion degree information received from the communication unit 11 of the elevator monitoring apparatus 9. The congestion degree comparison unit 12 determines that the elevator group 1 having a congestion degree lower than the first threshold value is available, for example. The first threshold is a preset congestion degree value.
The congestion degree comparison unit 12 determines whether each of the plurality of elevator groups 1 is congested based on the received congestion degree information. The congestion degree comparison unit 12 determines that the elevator group 1 has a congestion degree higher than the second threshold value, for example, as congested. The second threshold is a preset congestion degree value. The second threshold value is a value above the first threshold value.
The congestion degree comparison unit 12 sends results of determining whether or not each of the plurality of elevator groups 1 is available and whether or not it is congested.
The guidance instructing unit 13 generates guidance data based on the determination result received from the congestion degree comparing unit 12.
The guidance instruction unit 13 performs a transmission determination process of guidance data for each of the plurality of elevator groups 1.
The guidance instruction unit 13 selects an elevator group 1 for which the transmission determination process is not performed among the plurality of elevator groups 1. The guidance instruction unit 13 starts the transmission determination process of the guidance data for the selected elevator group 1.
The guidance instruction unit 13 performs a transmission determination process of guidance data for the selected elevator group 1 as follows.
When the selected elevator group 1 is judged to be empty by the congestion degree comparison unit 12, the guidance instruction unit 13 judges whether any of the elevator groups within a range previously defined for the selected elevator group 1 is judged to be congested by the congestion degree comparison unit 12.
When any of the elevator groups within a predetermined range for the selected elevator group 1 is judged to be congested by the congestion degree comparison section 12, the guidance instruction section 13 generates guidance data for prompting the use of the selected elevator group 1. Then, the guidance instruction unit 13 transmits the generated guidance data to the communication unit 11 of the elevator monitoring device 9. Then, the guidance instruction unit 13 ends the transmission determination process of the guidance data for the selected elevator group 1.
When none of the elevator groups within a predetermined range for the selected elevator group 1 is judged to be congested by the congestion degree comparison unit 12, the guidance instruction unit 13 does not generate guidance data. Then, the guidance instructing unit 13 does not transmit the guidance data, and ends the transmission determination process of the guidance data for the selected elevator group 1.
When the selected elevator group 1 is judged to be congested by the congestion degree comparison section 12, the guidance instruction section 13 judges whether any of the elevator groups within a range previously defined for the selected elevator group 1 is judged to be available by the congestion degree comparison section 12.
When any of the elevator groups within a range predetermined for the selected elevator group 1 is judged to be empty by the congestion degree comparison section 12, the guidance instruction section 13 generates guidance data for prompting the use of the other elevator group 1. Then, the guidance instruction unit 13 transmits the generated guidance data to the communication unit 11 of the elevator monitoring device 9. Then, the guidance instruction unit 13 ends the transmission determination process of the guidance data for the selected elevator group 1.
When none of the elevator groups within a predetermined range for the selected elevator group 1 is judged to be empty by the congestion degree comparison unit 12, the guidance instruction unit 13 does not generate guidance data. Then, the guidance instructing unit 13 does not transmit the guidance data, and ends the transmission determination process of the guidance data for the selected elevator group 1.
In the case where the selected elevator group 1 is not judged to be empty and not judged to be congested, the guidance instruction part 13 does not generate guidance data. Then, the guidance instructing unit 13 does not transmit the guidance data, and ends the transmission determination process of the guidance data for the selected elevator group 1.
The communication unit 11 of the elevator monitoring device 9 transmits the guidance data received from the guidance instruction unit 13 to the guidance device 6 disposed at the landing 3 of the selected elevator group 1 via the communication unit 22 of the congestion degree calculation device corresponding to the selected elevator group 1.
Next, an example of notification by the guidance device of the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of display of guidance data for prompting use of an elevator group provided with the guidance device of the present embodiment. On receiving the guidance data for prompting the use of the elevator group 1 provided with the guidance means 6, the guidance means 6 displays, e.g. in the format shown in fig. 2, "the elevator at this point is currently available, please use it. "is used.
Next, another example of notification by the guidance device according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of a guidance display for prompting the use of another elevator group according to the present embodiment. Upon receiving guidance data for prompting the use of other elevator groups, the guidance arrangement 6 displays "the elevator at that side is presently crowded e.g. in the format shown in fig. 3. Please use other elevators. "is used.
Next, the operation of the elevator system according to the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 4 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the elevator monitoring device according to the present embodiment. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the congestion degree calculation device and the guidance device according to the present embodiment.
In fig. 5, a plurality of congestion degree calculation means calculate the congestion degree of the corresponding elevator group. Then, the congestion degree calculation device transmits the calculated congestion degree information to the elevator monitoring device 9 (S201).
In fig. 4, the elevator monitoring device 9 receives the congestion degree information. The congestion degree comparison unit 12 determines whether or not each of the plurality of elevator groups 1 is available and whether or not the elevator group is congested, based on the congestion degree information received by the elevator monitoring device 9 (S101).
The guidance instruction unit 13 selects one elevator group 1 for which the transmission determination process of the guidance data is not performed (S102).
The guidance instruction unit 13 determines whether or not the selected elevator group 1 is determined to be available by the congestion degree comparison unit 12 (S103). If the determination result is yes, the operation of the elevator monitoring device 9 proceeds to S104. If the determination result is "no", the operation of the elevator monitoring device 9 proceeds to S106.
The guidance instruction unit 13 determines whether or not there is a congested elevator group 1 for an elevator group within a range previously defined for the selected elevator group 1 (S104). If the determination result is yes, the operation of the elevator monitoring device 9 proceeds to S105. If the determination result is "no", the operation of the elevator monitoring device 9 proceeds to S109.
The guidance instruction part 13 generates guidance data for prompting the use of the selected elevator group. The elevator monitoring device 9 transmits the guidance data generated by the guidance instruction unit 13 to the congestion degree calculation device corresponding to the selected elevator group 1 (S105).
The guidance instruction unit 13 determines whether or not the selected elevator group 1 is determined to be congested by the congestion degree comparison unit 12 (S106). If the determination result is yes, the operation of the elevator monitoring device 9 proceeds to S107. If the determination result is "no", the operation of the elevator monitoring device 9 proceeds to S109.
The guidance instruction unit 13 determines whether or not an empty elevator group 1 exists for an elevator group within a range previously defined for the selected elevator group 1 (S107). If the determination result is yes, the operation of the elevator monitoring device 9 proceeds to S108. If the determination result is "no", the operation of the elevator monitoring device 9 proceeds to S109.
The guidance instruction part 13 generates guidance data for prompting the use of the other elevator group. The elevator monitoring device 9 transmits the guidance data generated by the guidance instruction unit 13 to the congestion degree calculation device corresponding to the selected elevator group 1 (S108).
The guidance instruction unit 13 determines whether or not the transmission determination process of the guidance data has been performed for all the elevator groups 1 (S109). If the determination result is yes, the operation of the elevator monitoring device 9 proceeds to S101. If the determination result is "no", the operation of the elevator monitoring device 9 proceeds to S102.
In fig. 5, the congestion degree calculation device determines whether or not guidance data is received from the elevator monitoring device 9 (S202). If the determination result is yes, the operation of the congestion degree calculation apparatus proceeds to S203. If the determination result is "no", the operation of the congestion degree calculation apparatus proceeds to S204.
The congestion degree calculation device transmits the received guidance data to the guidance devices 6 disposed at the landings 3 of the corresponding elevator group 1 (S203).
The congestion degree calculation device determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed (S204). If the determination result is yes, the operation of the congestion degree calculation apparatus proceeds to S201. If the determination result is "no", the operation of the congestion degree calculation apparatus proceeds to S202.
The guidance device 6 determines whether or not guidance data is received from the congestion degree calculation device (S301). If the determination result is yes, the operation of the guidance device 6 proceeds to S302. If the determination result is "no", the operation of the guidance device 6 proceeds to S301.
The guidance device 6 notifies the content of the received guidance data (S302).
As described above, the guidance instruction unit 13 transmits guidance data for providing a guidance to use the empty elevator group 1 to the guidance device 6. The guidance device 6 notifies the content of the received guidance data. The user can select an empty elevator group according to the contents of the notification without going to a congested landing of the elevator group 1.
A guidance device 6 that notifies the content of the guidance data is disposed in the hall 3. Thus, the user does not need to carry a portable information terminal that displays information on the degree of congestion of each of the plurality of elevator groups 1, for example, in order to know the congestion status of each of the plurality of elevator groups 1.
The guidance instruction unit 13 sends guidance data for presenting an elevator group other than the elevator group 1 having a congested use to the guidance device 6. The guidance device 6 notifies the content of the received guidance data. The user can know from the content of the notification that the elevator group is congested so that an empty elevator group can be selected.
If there is no empty elevator group within a predetermined range for the congested elevator group 1, the guidance instruction unit 13 does not transmit guidance data to the guidance device 6 of the congested elevator group 1. In the case where there is no empty elevator group within a predetermined range, the user cannot avoid congestion even if using another elevator group 1. That is, the elevator system 4 does not notify that it is ineffective to avoid congestion for the user. This allows the elevator system 4 to notify the user of the congestion with high reliability.
If there is no congested elevator group within a predetermined range for an empty elevator group 1, the guidance instruction unit 13 does not transmit guidance data to the guidance device 6 of the empty elevator group 1. In the case of an elevator group that is not congested within a predetermined range, the user does not need to select elevator group 1 in order to avoid congestion. That is, the elevator system 4 does not notify that it is ineffective to avoid congestion for the user. This allows the elevator system 4 to notify the user of the congestion with high reliability.
In S107, the guidance instruction unit 13 may determine whether an empty elevator group 1 exists in an elevator group having the same service floor as the selected elevator group 1, instead of an elevator group within a predetermined range for the selected elevator group 1.
In S107, the guidance instruction unit 13 may determine whether or not an empty elevator group 1 exists in an elevator group within a predetermined range for the selected elevator group 1 and having the same service floor as the selected elevator group 1.
In the case where neither of the elevator groups having the same service floors as the empty elevator group 1 is a crowded elevator group, the guidance instruction unit 13 does not transmit guidance data to the guidance device 6 of the empty elevator group 1. In the case that the elevator group 1 serving the same floors does not have a crowded elevator group, the user does not need to select the elevator group 1 in order to avoid the crowding. That is, the elevator system 4 does not notify that it is ineffective to avoid congestion for the user. This allows the elevator system 4 to notify the user of the congestion with high reliability.
The guidance device 6 may be a voice reproducing device that reproduces voice. In the case where the guidance apparatus 6 is a voice reproducing apparatus, the guidance apparatus 6 notifies the content of the guidance data by voice.
Upon receiving the guiding data for prompting the use of the elevator group 1 provided with the guiding device 6, the guiding device 6 e.g. reproduces "the elevator on this side is currently available, please use. "is used.
The guiding arrangement 6 reproduces e.g. "the elevator is presently crowded" when guiding data is received prompting the use of other elevator groups. Please use other elevators. "is used.
The user sometimes does not pay attention to the elevator group 1 not reserved for use. The notification by voice may attract the attention of a user who is not looking at the guide device 6. I.e. the guiding arrangement 6 may also be able to give notification of guidance to a user who is not scheduled to use the corresponding elevator group 1. The guiding means 6 can thereby effectively prompt the user to select the elevator group 1 in order to avoid congestion.
The guidance instruction unit 13 may not transmit guidance data to the guidance devices 6 of the crowded elevator group 1. The guide 6 of an empty elevator group 1 can effectively draw the attention of the user by not informing the guide 6 of a congested elevator group 1. The guiding means 6 can thereby effectively prompt the user to select the elevator group 1 in order to avoid congestion.
The elevator monitoring apparatus 9 may transmit guidance data for giving a guidance to use the empty elevator group 1 to the guidance apparatus 6 of the elevator group 1 determined to be empty by the congestion degree comparison section 12 regardless of the congestion degree of the other elevator group 1.
The elevator monitoring apparatus 9 may transmit guidance data for prompting the use of the other elevator group 1 to the guidance apparatus 6 of the elevator group 1 determined to be congested by the congestion degree comparison section 12 regardless of the congestion degree of the other elevator group 1.
The congestion degree calculation unit 21 may calculate the number of people who get in and out of the car 5 by analyzing the image data obtained by imaging the inside of the car 5.
The congestion degree calculation unit 21 may calculate the congestion degree as described below. The congestion degree calculation unit 21 calculates the riding rates of the cars 5 of the corresponding elevator group 1. The congestion degree calculation unit 21 calculates the occupancy rate from a value indicated by a load sensor included in the car 5, for example. Then, the congestion degree calculation unit 21 calculates an average value of the riding rates of the cars 5 of the corresponding elevator group 1 as the congestion degree of the corresponding elevator group 1.
The congestion degree calculation unit 21 may calculate the congestion degree of the corresponding elevator group 1 from a value indicated by a load sensor provided on the floor of the landing 3. The congestion degree calculation unit 21 may calculate the congestion degree of the corresponding elevator group 1 from a value indicated by an illuminance sensor provided in the landing 3. The congestion degree calculation unit 21 may analyze images of video data obtained by imaging the car 5 or the hall 3 to calculate the congestion degree of the corresponding elevator group 1. The congestion degree calculation unit 21 may calculate the congestion degree of the corresponding elevator group 1 based on the number of calls assigned to each of the plurality of cars 5.
The congestion degree comparison unit 12 may dynamically set the first threshold value and the second threshold value according to the value of the congestion degree of each of the plurality of elevator groups 1.
The congestion degree comparison unit 12 may set, for example, an average value of the congestion degrees of the plurality of elevator groups 1 calculated at predetermined time intervals as the first threshold value and the second threshold value. The congestion degree comparison unit 12 may set, for example, the first quartile of the plurality of elevator groups 1 calculated at predetermined time intervals as the first threshold value. The congestion degree comparison unit 12 may set, for example, the third quartile of the congestion degrees of the plurality of elevator groups 1 calculated at predetermined time intervals as the second threshold value.
The congestion degree calculation unit 21 may transmit the information of the congestion degree to the elevator monitoring apparatus 9 via the communication unit 22 of the congestion degree calculation apparatus only when the change in the congestion degree of the corresponding elevator group 1 is larger than the preset change width of the congestion degree.
The elevator group 1 can also change the service floors according to the time period. The elevator group 1 can also change the service floors according to the operation of the manager of the building or the like.
The guidance commanding unit 13 may directly transmit guidance data to each of the guidance devices 6 without going through the communication unit 11 of the elevator monitoring device 9 and the congestion degree calculating device.
In the case of an elevator group 1 with only one plurality of cars 5, the elevator system 4 can also have only one group control 8. In the case where there is no elevator group 1 having a plurality of cars 5, the elevator system 4 may not have the group control device 8.
The elevator system 4 may also include a congestion degree calculation device independent of the control device 7 and the group control device 8.
The elevator system 4 may have a plurality of cars 5 that are overlapped on a horizontal projection plane inside the same hoistway 2.
Next, an example of the elevator monitoring device of the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 6 is a diagram showing a hardware configuration of a main part of the elevator monitoring device of the present embodiment.
The respective functions of the elevator monitoring device 9 can be realized by a processing circuit. The processing circuit is provided with at least one processor 9b and at least one memory 9 c. The processing circuit has at least one dedicated hardware 9a in addition to or as an alternative to the processor 9b and the memory 9c, at least one dedicated hardware 9 a.
In the case where the processing circuit includes the processor 9b and the memory 9c, each function of the elevator monitoring device 9 is realized by software, firmware, or a combination of software and firmware. At least one of the software and the firmware is described as a program. The program is stored in the memory 9 c. The processor 9b reads out and executes the program stored in the memory 9c, thereby realizing each function of the elevator monitoring apparatus 9.
The processor 9b is also called a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a Central Processing Unit, a Processing Unit, an arithmetic Unit, a microprocessor, a microcomputer, or a DSP. The memory 9c is constituted by, for example, a nonvolatile or volatile semiconductor memory such as a RAM, a ROM, a flash memory, an EPROM, or an EEPROM, a magnetic disk, a flexible disk, an optical disk, a compact disk, a mini disk, or a DVD.
When the processing circuit includes the dedicated hardware 9a, the processing circuit is realized by, for example, a single circuit, a composite circuit, a programmed processor, a parallel programmed processor, an ASIC, an FPGA, or a combination thereof.
The respective functions of the elevator monitoring device 9 can be realized by a processing circuit. Alternatively, the functions of the elevator monitoring device 9 can be realized by a processing circuit in a centralized manner. The functions of the elevator monitoring device 9 may be implemented as one part by dedicated hardware 9a and another part by software or firmware. In this way, the processing circuit can implement the functions of the elevator monitoring device 9 by hardware 9a, software, firmware, or a combination thereof.
