Abstract

本发明提供的一种圆柱形电芯单边焊接的方法,包括多个电芯、汇流排、上支架、下支架、铝丝、电芯正极、电芯负极和电芯边缘,先将所述多个电芯整齐排布于所述上、下支架之间形成电池模组,再将所述电芯正极与所述上支架固定连接,所述电芯负极与所述下支架固定连接。所述汇流排固定在所述上支架上,所述电芯正极与所述汇流排通过所述铝丝焊接连接。本发明通过上述电芯排布方式,只在正极一面装配所述汇流排,将所述汇流排分别与所述电芯正极、所述电芯边缘通过所述铝丝焊接,从而将电芯串并联连接,能够减少汇流排和铝丝等材料的使用,还能减少焊接工作量,能进一步提高电池组的散热效果。

一种圆柱形电芯单边焊接的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及新能源动力电池***焊接方法,特别地说是一种圆柱形电芯单边焊接的方法。
背景技术
随着PACK工艺的不断发展,连接方式不断改进,从传统的导线锡焊工艺、镍片锡焊工艺、镍片点焊工艺、到激光焊接工艺和超声铝丝焊接工艺。传统焊接工艺十分耗时、容易失败,也很难测试电池之间的连接、导体是否存在问题。相比之下激光焊及超声焊拥有多个“碾压性”优势:一是采用铝丝可实现重复焊接,大大提高可维修性和回收率;二是铝丝可以适应汽车对连接处的应力要求和拉力测试要求,甚至可以充当‘保险丝’,在短路时自动熔断保障电路安全。但是目前电池模组排布方式是正负极交错排布,即一部分正极朝上一部分负极朝上,然后将电池组上部和下部分别装配汇流排,利用铝丝超声焊接工艺进行串并联连接,这种电池排布方式需要电池组上下两面均装配汇流排,且两面都要进行焊接,不仅增加了汇流排和铝丝等材料的使用,还耗费了焊接工作量,并且影响了电池组的散热。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种圆柱形电芯单边焊接的方法,能够减少汇流排和铝丝等材料的使用,还能减少焊接工作量,能进一步提高电池组的散热效果。
本发明公开的一种圆柱形电芯单边焊接的方法,包括多个电芯、汇流排、上支架、下支架、铝丝、电芯正极、电芯负极和电芯边缘,先将所述多个电芯整齐排布于所述上、下支架之间形成电池模组,所述汇流排固定在所述上支架上,再将所述电芯正极与所述汇流排通过所述铝丝焊接连接,所述电芯边缘与所述汇流排通过所述铝丝焊接连接。
进一步的,所述多个电芯正极与所述上支架固定连接,所述多个电芯负极与所述下支架固定连接。
有益效果:
本发明提供的一种圆柱形电芯单边焊接的方法,通过上述电芯排布方式,只在正极一面装配所述汇流排,将所述汇流排分别与所述电芯正极、所述电芯边缘通过所述铝丝焊接,从而将电芯串并联连接,能够减少汇流排和铝丝等材料的使用,还能减少焊接工作量,能进一步提高电池组的散热效果。

本发明公开的一种圆柱形电芯单边焊接的方法,包括多个电芯、汇流排(1)、上支架(2)、下支架、铝丝(3)、电芯正极(4)、电芯负极和电芯边缘(5),先将所述多个电芯整齐排布于所述上支架(2)、下支架之间形成电池模组,所述汇流排(1)固定在所述上支架(2)上,再将所述电芯正极(4)与所述汇流排(1)通过所述铝丝(3)焊接连接,所述电芯边缘(5)与所述汇流排(1)通过所述铝丝(3)焊接连接。
进一步的,电芯正极(4)与上支架(2)固定连接,所述电芯负极与所述下支架固定连接。
优选的,本实施例中所述电芯为18650圆柱电芯;
优选的,本实施例中所述汇流排(1)与所述上支架(2)通过AB胶粘结固定;
优选的,本实施例中焊接工艺为超声铝丝焊接工艺。

1.本发明公开的一种圆柱形电芯单边焊接的方法,包括多个电芯、汇流排、上支架、下支架、铝丝、电芯正极、电芯负极和电芯边缘,先将所述多个电芯整齐排布于所述上、下支架之间形成电池模组,其特征在于,所述电芯正极与所述上支架固定连接,所述电芯负极与所述下支架固定连接,所述汇流排固定在所述上支架上,再将所述电芯正极与所述汇流排通过所述铝丝焊接连接、所述电芯边缘与所述汇流排通过所述铝丝焊接连接。
