In order to solve the problem that the air output of the air conditioning system is reduced due to the fact that filth blockage occurs to the filter screen in the prior art, the application provides a constant air volume control method of the air conditioning system.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the constant air volume control method of the air conditioning system is suitable for the air conditioning system with a filter screen arranged at an air outlet, and comprises the following steps:
detecting operating parameters of a fan of an air conditioning system;
acquiring the power P of the fan according to the operation parameters;
and obtaining a wind resistance coefficient Kp according to the power P, and adjusting the rotating speed n of the fan through the wind resistance coefficient Kp so as to enable the air quantity blown out of the fan to be the preset air quantity Q all the time. Wherein the operating parameters include current values and voltage values.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, a user firstly sets the fan of the air conditioning system to operate at a preset rotating speed, so that the fan blows out wind with a preset air output. And then, detecting the operation parameters of a fan of the air conditioning system, and acquiring the power P of the fan according to the operation parameters. And then, obtaining a wind resistance coefficient Kp according to the power P, and adjusting the rotating speed n of the fan through the wind resistance coefficient Kp. Therefore, in the operation process of the air conditioning system, the operation parameters of the fan are monitored in real time to obtain the power P of the fan, and then the wind resistance coefficient Kp is obtained through the power P. If the air resistance coefficient Kp changes, the rotating speed n of the fan needs to be adjusted to ensure that the air volume blown out from the fan is always the preset air volume Q, so that the problem that the air volume of the air conditioning system is reduced due to the fact that the filter screen is dirty and blocked in the prior art is solved, the user use experience is improved, and the working efficiency of the air conditioning system is also increased.
In this embodiment, the air conditioning system includes the new trend device, and the air output of the fan of air conditioning system can be controlled to the constant air volume control method promptly, also can control the air output of the new trend fan of new trend device to ensure that the air output of the fan of air conditioning system and new trend fan is invariable all the time, avoid taking place filthy stifled filter screen and influence the normal air-out or the air output of air conditioning system.
In this embodiment, the rotation speed of the fan is adjusted by the wind resistance coefficient Kp to achieve the constant air output by adjusting the rotation speed, instead of adjusting the air output by detecting the air output at the air outlet by the flow sensor.
In this embodiment, the manner of obtaining the wind resistance coefficient Kp according to the power P is as follows: using the formula n3Obtained as P × Kp. The rotating speed n is constant, and the variation of the power P is consistent with the variation of the wind resistance coefficient Kp. Specifically, when dust or impurities on the filter screen accumulate to a certain degree during the operation of the fan at a preset rotating speed, the wind resistance coefficient Kp of the fan is increased, and the power P of the fan is reduced. Because the rotating speed n is constant, the power P can be detected, the increased wind resistance coefficient Kp can be obtained through the formula, and the rotating speed n of the fan is adjusted according to the increased wind resistance coefficient Kp, so that the air volume blown out of the fan is always the preset air volume Q, and the constant air volume operation is further realized.
In this embodiment, the manner of adjusting the rotation speed n of the fan by the wind resistance coefficient Kp is as follows:
a flow sensor is arranged at an air outlet of the fan;
controlling the fan to operate at a preset rotating speed and a constant speed so as to enable an air outlet of the fan to output air at a constant air output;
replacing filter screens with different meshes, wherein the filter screens with different meshes correspond to different wind resistance coefficients Kp so as to detect the air outlet amount value of the fan at different wind resistance coefficients Kp through a flow sensor;
and controlling the fan to decelerate or accelerate according to the magnitude relation between the air outlet quantity value and the constant air outlet quantity of the fan at different wind resistance coefficients Kp until the air outlet quantity value of the fan reaches the constant air outlet quantity, and recording the rotating speed n of the fan at the moment to obtain the rotating speed n of the fan corresponding to the different wind resistance coefficients Kp.
Specifically, in the debugging stage of the air conditioning system, the corresponding rotating speed n at different wind resistance coefficients Kp is recorded and stored, and the data is subjected to curve fitting through a computer, so that the corresponding relation between the wind resistance coefficients Kp and the rotating speed n is obtained. Therefore, the user can obtain the rotating speed n by looking up the table or calculating as long as the user can obtain the wind resistance coefficient Kp. And then, the user controls the rotating speed of the fan to reach the corresponding rotating speed, so that the constant air volume can be realized.
In this embodiment, the method for controlling the fan to decelerate or accelerate includes: when the air output value of the fan is smaller than the constant air output, controlling the fan to operate in an accelerated manner; and when the air outlet value of the fan is larger than the constant air outlet value, controlling the fan to operate in a speed reduction mode.
Specifically, when the air output value of the fan is smaller than the constant air output, the fan is controlled to operate at an accelerated speed so as to increase the air output of the fan until the air output value is consistent with the constant air output, the rotating speed of the fan at the moment is obtained, and the rotating speed n required by the fan for ensuring the constant air output when the wind resistance coefficient Kp is obtained.
Specifically, when the air output value of the fan is greater than the constant air output, the fan is controlled to operate in a speed reducing mode to reduce the air output of the fan until the air output value is consistent with the constant air output, the rotating speed of the fan at the moment is obtained, and the rotating speed n required by the fan for ensuring the constant air output when the wind resistance coefficient Kp is obtained.
In this embodiment, the method for controlling the constant air volume of the air conditioning system further includes:
a flow sensor is arranged at an air outlet of the fan;
after the rotating speed n of the fan is adjusted through the wind resistance coefficient Kp, the flow sensor detects the air output at the air outlet so as to control the fan to accelerate or decelerate or maintain the real-time rotating speed operation of the fan according to the detection value.
Specifically, after the rotating speed n of the fan is adjusted through the wind resistance coefficient Kp, the air quantity at the air outlet is detected by the flow sensor, so that the air quantity is secondarily checked through the flow sensor, the air quantity is further guaranteed to be constant, and the constant air quantity reliability of the air conditioning system is further improved.
In this embodiment, the method for detecting the air output at the air outlet by the flow sensor includes: when the flow sensor detects that the air output blown out from the air outlet is consistent with the preset air output Q, the fan is controlled to maintain the real-time rotating speed operation. Specifically, the air output at the air outlet is secondarily detected through the flow sensor, so that the air output is further ensured to be constant. When the air output reaches the preset air output Q, the fan is controlled to operate at the real-time rotating speed, and the air output requirement can be met without adjusting the rotating speed of the fan.
In this embodiment, the method for detecting the air output at the air outlet by the flow sensor includes: when the flow sensor detects that the air output blown out from the air outlet is smaller than a preset air output Q, the fan is controlled to accelerate. Specifically, the air output at the air outlet is secondarily detected through the flow sensor, so that the air output is further ensured to be constant. When the air output is less than the preset air output Q, the fan is controlled to accelerate until the air output reaches the preset air output Q, and then the constant air output operation is realized.
In this embodiment, the method for detecting the air output at the air outlet by the flow sensor includes: and when the flow sensor detects that the air output blown out from the air outlet is greater than the preset air output Q, controlling the fan to decelerate. Specifically, the air output at the air outlet is secondarily detected through the flow sensor, so that the air output is further ensured to be constant. When the air output is greater than the preset air output Q, the fan is controlled to decelerate until the air output reaches the preset air output Q, and then the constant air output operation is realized.
In this embodiment, the method for controlling the accelerated operation of the fan includes: and controlling the fan to accelerate at the maximum rotating speed. Like this, above-mentioned setting has realized the quick adjustment of fan rotational speed, shortens the adjustment consuming time to guarantee that air conditioning system's air outlet department is invariable air output all the time.
In this embodiment, the method for controlling the deceleration operation of the fan includes: and controlling the fan to decelerate at the maximum rotating speed. Like this, above-mentioned setting has realized the quick adjustment of fan rotational speed, shortens the adjustment consuming time to guarantee that air conditioning system's air outlet department is invariable air output all the time.
Example two
The difference between the constant air volume control method of the air conditioning system in the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that: the manner of adjusting the rotation speed n of the fan is different.
As shown in fig. 2, the wind resistance coefficient variation Δ Kp of the wind resistance coefficient Kp in the preset time is obtained according to the power variation Δ P of the power P in the preset time, so as to adjust the rotation speed n of the fan according to the wind resistance coefficient variation Δ Kp. Specifically, a user firstly sets a fan of the air conditioning system to operate at a preset rotating speed, so that the fan blows out wind with a preset air output. And then, detecting the operation parameters of a fan of the air conditioning system, and acquiring the power P of the fan according to the operation parameters. And then, obtaining the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp of the wind resistance coefficient Kp in the preset time according to the power variation delta P of the power P in the preset time, so as to adjust the rotating speed n of the fan according to the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp. Therefore, in the operation process of the air conditioning system, the operation parameters of the fan are monitored in real time to obtain the power variation delta P of the fan, and then the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp is obtained through the power variation delta P. If the variable quantity delta Kp of the wind resistance coefficient is not zero, the rotating speed n of the fan needs to be adjusted to ensure that the air quantity blown out of the fan is always the preset air quantity Q, so that the problem that the air quantity of the air conditioning system is reduced due to the fact that the filter screen is dirty and blocked in the prior art is solved, the user use experience is improved, and the working efficiency of the air conditioning system is also increased.
In this embodiment, the manner of obtaining the wind resistance coefficient variation Δ Kp of the wind resistance coefficient Kp within the preset time according to the power variation Δ P of the power P within the preset time is as follows: using the formula n3Obtained as P × Kp. The rotating speed n is constant, and the variation of the power P is consistent with the variation of the wind resistance coefficient Kp. Specifically, in the process that the fan runs at a preset rotating speed, when dust or impurities on the filter screen are accumulated to a certain degree, the wind resistance coefficient Kp of the fan is increased, the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp is larger than zero, the power P of the fan is reduced, and the power variation delta P is smaller than zero. Because the rotating speed n is constant, the power variation delta P can be calculated, the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp can be obtained through the formula, and the rotating speed variation delta n of the fan is adjusted according to the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp, so that the air volume blown out of the fan is always the preset air volume Q, and the constant air volume operation is further realized.
In this embodiment, the method for adjusting the rotation speed n of the fan by the wind resistance coefficient variation Δ Kp further includes:
when the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp is larger than zero, the adjusted rotating speed n of the fan is the sum of the initial rotating speed of the fan and the rotating speed variation delta n corresponding to the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp;
when the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp is smaller than zero, the adjusted rotating speed n of the fan is the difference between the initial rotating speed of the fan and the rotating speed variation delta n corresponding to the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp.
Specifically, when the wind resistance coefficient variation Δ Kp is greater than zero, the wind resistance coefficient Kp increases, and the rotation speed of the fan needs to be increased. When the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp is smaller than zero, the wind resistance coefficient Kp is reduced, and the rotating speed of the fan needs to be reduced.
In this embodiment, the method for controlling the constant air volume of the air conditioning system further includes:
a flow sensor is arranged at an air outlet of the fan;
after the rotating speed n of the fan is adjusted through the wind resistance coefficient variable quantity delta Kp, the flow sensor detects the air quantity at the air outlet so as to control the fan to accelerate or decelerate or maintain the real-time rotating speed operation of the fan according to the detection value.
Specifically, after the rotating speed n of the fan is adjusted through the wind resistance coefficient variable quantity delta Kp, the air quantity at the air outlet is detected by the flow sensor, so that the air quantity is secondarily checked through the flow sensor, the air quantity is further guaranteed to be constant, and the constant air quantity reliability of the air conditioning system is further improved.
In this embodiment, the adjusting the rotation speed n of the fan by the wind resistance coefficient variation Δ Kp includes:
a flow sensor is arranged at an air outlet of the fan;
controlling the fan to operate at a preset rotating speed and a constant speed so as to enable an air outlet of the fan to output air at a constant air output;
replacing filter screens with different meshes, wherein the mesh difference between the filter screens with different meshes corresponds to different wind resistance coefficient variable quantities delta Kp so as to detect the air outlet quantity value of the fan when the filter screens with different meshes are replaced by a flow sensor;
the method comprises the steps of controlling the fan to decelerate or accelerate according to the size relation between the air outlet quantity value and the constant air outlet quantity of the fan when the fan is used for filtering nets with different meshes until the air outlet quantity value of the fan reaches the constant air outlet quantity, recording the rotating speed n of the fan at the moment, obtaining the rotating speed variation delta n of the fan through the rotating speed n and the preset rotating speed, and further obtaining the rotating speed variation delta n corresponding to different wind resistance coefficient variations delta Kp.
Specifically, in the debugging stage of the air conditioning system, the corresponding rotation speed variation Δ n at different windage coefficient variations Δ Kp is recorded and stored, and the data is subjected to curve fitting by a computer, so as to obtain the corresponding relationship between the windage coefficient variation Δ Kp and the rotation speed variation Δ n. Therefore, the user can obtain the rotating speed variation delta n by looking up the table or calculating as long as the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp can be obtained, and the rotating speed after the fan is adjusted can be obtained by adding or subtracting the preset rotating speed and the rotating speed variation delta n. And then, the user controls the rotating speed of the fan to reach the corresponding rotating speed, so that the constant air volume can be realized.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
a user firstly sets a fan of the air conditioning system to operate at a preset rotating speed, so that the fan blows out wind with a preset air outlet quantity. And then, detecting the operation parameters of a fan of the air conditioning system, and acquiring the power P of the fan according to the operation parameters. And then, obtaining a wind resistance coefficient Kp according to the power P, and adjusting the rotating speed n of the fan through the wind resistance coefficient Kp, or obtaining the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp of the wind resistance coefficient Kp in a preset time according to the power variation delta P of the power P in the preset time, and adjusting the rotating speed n of the fan through the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp. Therefore, in the operation process of the air conditioning system, the operation parameters of the fan are monitored in real time to obtain the power P or the power variation delta P of the fan, and then the wind resistance coefficient Kp is obtained through the power P, or the wind resistance coefficient variation delta Kp is obtained through the power variation delta P.
