Therefore, the connector provided by the embodiment can realize quick detachment and quick connection of the liquid container 12 for replacement or liquid addition, and improves the convenience of use.
Referring to fig. 2 to fig. 3, there are shown schematic structural views of a quick replacement device 10 for a liquid container according to a first embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment provides a quick change liquid container apparatus 10 comprising a holder 11, a liquid container 12 and a connecting head as described in the previous embodiment.
The bracket 11 is mainly formed by connecting a bottom wall 111, a rear wall 112 and two side walls 113, the bracket 11 is provided with at least one liquid container accommodating cavity 110 (in the embodiment, a plurality of liquid container accommodating cavities 110 are shown, but it is understood that the effect of the invention can be achieved by providing one liquid container accommodating cavity 110), and a partition plate 114 is provided between two adjacent liquid container accommodating cavities 110. Each of the liquid container receiving cavities 110 is configured to receive one liquid container 12, and each of the liquid containers 12 is configured to receive a different liquid. In specific implementation, the support 11 is placed in a certain cooking environment, the liquid container 12 is placed in the liquid container accommodating cavity 110 of the support 11 in a pushing manner, and the liquid container 12 is connected with the support 11 through a connector.
As an innovation of the embodiment, the quick replacement device 10 for liquid container disclosed in the embodiment uses the connector formed by the external connector 13 and the internal connector in the liquid container 12 as a quick-release device for liquid pipe connector, and the external connector and the internal connector in the liquid container can be quickly connected and disconnected, so that the liquid container can be quickly detached and installed from the bracket 11, and the liquid can be added or replaced.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5a to 5b, each liquid container receiving cavity 110 of the bracket 11 is used for fixing an external connector 13, and when each liquid container 12 is completely received in the corresponding liquid container receiving cavity 110, the internal connector in each liquid container 12 is just matched and connected with the external connector on the liquid container receiving cavity 110. Specifically, the external connector 13 disposed on each liquid container accommodating cavity 110 is fixed on the rear wall 112 of the bracket 11, and each liquid container 12 is pushed into the liquid container accommodating cavity 110 along the front end of the bottom wall 111 of the bracket 11 toward the rear end connected to the rear wall 112 to be connected to the corresponding external connector 13.
In specific implementation, each external connector 13 is fixed by a connecting member (e.g., a screw) and is inserted into the upper end of the rear wall 112 of the bracket 11, so that the input end 131 of each external connector 13 extends into the corresponding liquid container accommodating cavity 110, and the output end 132 of each external connector 13 extends out of the outer surface 1120 of the rear wall 112 of the bracket 11. Wherein, the input end 131 of each external connector 13 is used for being inserted into the cavity of the liquid container to be matched and connected with the internal connector in the liquid container 12, and the output end 132 of each external connector 13 is connected with a liquid pump 14 through an external pipe 141. It is understood that each of the external connectors 13 is connected to a corresponding one of the fluid pumps 14, and the fluid pump 14 connected to the output end 132 of a corresponding one of the external connectors 13 through the external connection tube 141 may also be fixed to the outer surface 1120 of the rear wall 112 of the bracket 11 and fixed below the corresponding external connector 13. The liquid input port of each liquid pump 14 is connected to the output port of the external connector 13 through the external connection pipe 141, the liquid output port of each liquid pump 14 is connected to the liquid pipe 1001 (see fig. 13) to output liquid to the outside, and the controlled port of the liquid pump 14 is electrically connected to a controller (for example, a control system 800 of a cooker) to be controlled by the controller. The liquid pump 14 is controlled to operate to pump the liquid in the liquid container out, and the liquid flows through the inner pipe 122, the inner joint 121 (refer to fig. 6a), the outer joint 13 and the outer pipe 141 in sequence to the liquid pump 14, and then is output through the liquid pipe 1001.
As shown in fig. 5a to 5b, in the present embodiment, each external connector 13 has a columnar structure, and the external diameter of the external connector 13 is smaller than the internal diameter of the internal connector of the liquid container 12. Specifically, the outer wall of the external connector 13 close to the input end 131 is provided with at least one annular groove, and each annular groove is sleeved with an O-ring 130 to realize sealing connection with the internal connector of the liquid container 12. In this embodiment, at least one O-ring 130 is designed on the external joint, so as to achieve better sealing effect when the external joint 13 is connected to the internal joint 121 of the liquid container 12 (the liquid pipe quick-release device is an intermediate mechanism for the liquid pump to pump into the pipeline, and if there is a poor sealing phenomenon, the liquid pump cannot pump liquid). Preferably, a plurality of O-rings 130 may be provided on the external connector, so long as the internal connector 121 of the liquid container 12 is abutted with the external connector 13, and the sealing effect can be achieved regardless of the pushing depth.
Referring to fig. 6a to 6b and fig. 7a to 7b, a specific structure of the liquid container 12 employed in the present embodiment is shown. The inner joint 121 and the inner joint pipe 122 are disposed inside the cavity of the liquid container 12 disclosed in this embodiment, and the liquid container 12 is provided with a butt joint port 123 for communicating the inside and the outside of the cavity of the liquid container. The internal joint 121 is in a right-angle structure, one end of the internal joint 121 serves as an internal joint 1211, the internal joint 1211 is connected to one end 1221 of the internal joint 122, and the other end 1222 of the internal joint 122 extends to the bottom of the liquid container cavity. The other end of the internal connector 121 serves as an external connector connecting end 1212, and the external connector connecting end 1212 is opposite to the docking port 123.
In the liquid container 12 provided by this embodiment, the inner joint 122 and the inner joint 121 connected to the inner joint 122 are disposed inside the cavity, and the liquid container 12 is provided with the docking port 123 which communicates with the inside and the outside of the cavity of the liquid container and is opposite to the outer joint connecting end 1212 of the inner joint, so that the docking port of the liquid container is aligned with and pushed into the outer joint 13, and the outer joint 13 can be inserted into the cavity of the liquid container 12 to realize the quick connection with the inner joint 121 inside the liquid container 12. When the liquid in the liquid container 12 is used up and the liquid needs to be added or the liquid container 12 needs to be replaced, the internal connector 121 in the liquid container can be separated from the external connector 13 only by forcibly drawing the liquid container 12 outwards, so that the liquid container 12 can be quickly disassembled. Therefore, the liquid container provided by the embodiment can realize the freehand quick detachment and quick connection of the liquid container 12 for replacing or adding liquid, and the use convenience is improved.
Specifically, the opening size of the external connector connecting end 1212 of the internal connector 121 is smaller than the size of the docking port 123, and the opening center of the external connector connecting end 1212 is flush with the center of the docking port 123. Preferably, the external connection joint connecting end 1212 is directly opposite to the docking port 123, and a distance H exists between the external connection joint connecting end 1212 and the docking port 123. In the embodiment, a certain distance is designed between the internal connector 121 and the butt joint port 123 of the liquid container 12, which is used for enabling the liquid in the internal pipe 122 to flow back under the action of vacuum negative pressure when the liquid container 12 is drawn out, and the liquid remained on the external connector 13 drips in the middle of the distance in the drawing-out process, namely drips in the liquid container 12, so that the liquid drips outside the liquid container to influence cleaning.
Preferably, the size of the distance H is proportional to the size of the opening of the external connector connecting end 1212 of the internal connector 121. The design enables the space to be large enough to ensure that liquid remaining on the external connector 13 drips in the middle of the space during the process of pulling out.
Specifically, the liquid container 12 provided in this embodiment includes a body 1201 with an open top and a cover 1202, and the cover 1202 is detachably connected to the body 1201. Specifically, the cover 1202 is connected to the top of the body 1201 in a press-fit manner. Preferably, the docking port 123 provided in the liquid container 12 of the present embodiment is provided in the side wall 1200 of the body 1201 and near the top opening. An internal connector 121 disposed in the liquid container 12 is disposed on an inner wall 12020 of the cover 1202 and is integrally formed with the cover 1202. By integrally forming the inner connector 121 and the detachable cover 1202, the mold opening manufacturing is facilitated, and the production efficiency and the structure standardization can be improved.
In addition, a liquid adding port 1203 is formed in the cover body 1202, and a cover plate 1204 (a flip cover plate or a sliding cover plate) is arranged on the liquid adding port 1203 of the cover body 1202 to open or close the liquid adding port 1203. In the present embodiment, a flip-type or sliding top cover plate is designed on the detachable cover 1202 of the liquid container, so as to facilitate the addition of liquid, and when the liquid in the liquid container 12 is used up, the liquid can be added by opening the top cover 1204. In addition, a liquid guiding cavity 1205 communicated with the liquid adding port 1203 is further arranged on the inner wall of the cover body 1202, and the function of the liquid guiding cavity 1205 is to guide the added liquid to enter the cavity of the liquid container 12 through the liquid guiding cavity 1205.
Preferably, a handle 127 is provided on the other side wall 1209 of the body 1201 of the liquid container 12 of the present embodiment, which is opposite to the side wall 1200 provided with the docking port 123, and the handle 1207 is integrally formed with the body 1201. Specifically, a protrusion 129 (refer to fig. 3) extends outwards from the other side wall 1209 of the body 1201 near the top opening, and the protrusion 129 is provided with a through slot 128 penetrating through the upper and lower surfaces (or left and right surfaces) of the protrusion 129 to form the handle. The present embodiment can further facilitate the user to operate by hands to realize the quick detachment and quick connection of the liquid container 12 by providing the handle 127 of the through-groove structure at the front end of the liquid container 12.
Preferably, the liquid container 12 provided in this embodiment is set to have a maximum liquid level position (a maximum liquid level scale mark 126 is set on the auxiliary material bottle 12 corresponding to the maximum liquid level position), and the maximum liquid level scale mark 126 is lower than the position of the pair of interfaces 123. This is designed to effectively prevent the liquid in the liquid container from overflowing the docking port 123 in the event that there is a sealing problem with the docking port.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8 to 9, the liquid container quick change apparatus 10 of the present embodiment is further provided with a non-contact liquid level sensor for detecting a liquid level (liquid level height) in the liquid container. Specifically, a floating block positioning column 1261 and a floating block with a magnet 1262 are arranged in each liquid container 12, a hall proximity switch is arranged on the outer surface of the rear wall 112 of the support 11 corresponding to each liquid container accommodating cavity 110, when the liquid container 12 is accommodated in the liquid container accommodating cavity 110 of the support 11, the floating block with the magnet 1262 in the liquid container 12 can be detected by the corresponding hall proximity switch, so that the liquid level condition (liquid level height) in the liquid container 12 accommodated in the liquid container accommodating cavity 110 can be detected by the hall proximity switch without contact, and compared with the contact type liquid level sensor, the liquid overflow condition caused by the sealing problem can be effectively avoided. Preferably, a fastening piece 119 for fixing the hall proximity switch is arranged on the outer surface of the rear wall 112 of the bracket 11 corresponding to each liquid container accommodating cavity 110, so that the hall proximity switch can be quickly and conveniently mounted and fixed on the rear wall 112 of the bracket 11 in a fastening manner.
Specifically, the lower end 12611 of the float positioning post 1261 provided in the liquid container 12 is connected to the bottom of the liquid container 12, the upper end 12610 of the float positioning post 1261 is suspended, and the float with magnet 1262 moves between the two ends of the float positioning post 1261 (and is not separated from the float positioning post 1261) under the action of the liquid in the liquid container 12.
It will be appreciated that the position of the hall proximity switch needs to correspond to the position of the non-contact level sensor disposed within the liquid container 12. For example, in this embodiment, in order to avoid the liquid in the liquid container 12 running out and the liquid container quick change device 10 cannot automatically add liquid, the low liquid level reminding position of the liquid container 12 corresponds to the specific position. Specifically, a low liquid level scale mark 136 is arranged at a low liquid level reminding position of the auxiliary material bottle 12, a specific position between two ends of the floating block positioning column 1261 and a lower end of the floating block positioning column 1261 form a low liquid level detection area, and the low liquid level scale mark 136 corresponds to the specific position. Correspondingly, in this embodiment, the hall proximity switch corresponding to each liquid container accommodating cavity 110 is a low liquid level hall proximity switch 118, and the low liquid level hall proximity switch 118 is disposed corresponding to a low liquid level detection area of a liquid level sensor accommodated in the liquid container 12 corresponding to the liquid container accommodating cavity 110. Thus, when liquid is added to the liquid container 12, the magnetized floating block 1262 floats upward away from the hall proximity switch detection area (low liquid level detection area) as the liquid level rises; when the liquid in the liquid container is running out, the magnetized float 1262 drops back to the bottom of the liquid container 12 (at or below the low level scale mark) and can be detected by the low level hall proximity switch outside the liquid container cavity and signal the controller via the low level hall proximity switch 118 to prompt the user to add liquid or replace the liquid container.
It is understood that the liquid container quick change device 10 of the present embodiment further includes a controller and a liquid level indicator (not shown), wherein the controller is connected to each of the hall proximity switches and the liquid level indicator, respectively. Wherein, the liquid level prompting device is a light display component, an audio device or a display.
Thus, when the floating block 1262 with the magnet falls back to the bottom of the liquid container 12 (reaches or is lower than the low liquid level scale mark) and can be detected by the low liquid level hall proximity switch, the hall element on the detection surface of the low liquid level hall proximity switch 118 changes the state of the internal circuit of the switch due to the hall effect, thereby identifying the existence of a magnetic object nearby, the hall proximity switch sends out an electric signal, the controller is powered on when receiving the electric signal, and a prompt signal (a lamp signal, a sound signal, a display prompt message and the like) is sent out to a user through the liquid level prompter so as to remind the user to add liquid into the liquid container or replace the liquid container.
The working principle of the liquid container quick change device 10 provided in the present embodiment will be described in detail below:
an internal connection joint 121 is designed in each liquid container 12, one end of the internal connection joint 121 of the liquid container is connected with the internal pipe 122, the internal pipe 123 vertically reaches the bottom of the liquid container, and the other end of the internal connection joint 121 is used as an external connection joint connecting end 1212 and is aligned with an interface 123 on the liquid container 12, which is communicated with the inside and the outside of the cavity of the liquid container. An external connector 13 corresponding to the internal connector 121 of the liquid container 12 is mounted on each liquid container receiving cavity 110 of the bracket 11, an input end 131 of each external connector 13 is inserted into the cavity of the liquid container to be matched and connected with the internal connector in the liquid container 12, and an output end 132 of each external connector 13 is connected with the liquid pump 14 through an external pipe 141. The liquid container 12 is pushed into the liquid container accommodating chamber 110 of the holder 11, and the external connector 13 is inserted into the liquid container 12 from the butt joint port 123 and connected to the internal connector 121, whereby the liquid in the liquid container 12 is pumped by the liquid pump 14. In addition, a floating block positioning column 1261 and a floating block 1262 with a magnet are arranged in each liquid container 12, when the liquid in the liquid container 12 is about to be used up, the floating block 1262 with the magnet falls back to the bottom of the liquid container (reaches or is lower than the scale line of the low liquid level), so that the low liquid level Hall proximity switch 118 outside the cavity of the liquid container can detect the liquid, and a signal is sent to the controller through the low liquid level Hall proximity switch 118 to prompt a user to add liquid or replace the liquid container. When a user needs to add liquid or replace a liquid container, the liquid container 12 is only required to be pulled out by bare hands, and the internal connector 121 and the external connector 123 in the liquid container 12 can be separated, so that the liquid container can be quickly disassembled.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12, there is shown a schematic structural view of a quick change device 10 for liquid containers according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The quick change device 10 for liquid container provided in this embodiment is substantially identical to the quick change device 10 for liquid container provided in the first embodiment, and includes a bracket 11 and a liquid container 12, except that the bracket 11 of this embodiment includes the hall proximity switch corresponding to each liquid container receiving cavity 110, and includes a high level hall proximity switch 117 for detecting whether the added liquid reaches the highest limit level of the liquid container in addition to a low level hall proximity switch 118 for detecting whether the liquid in the liquid container is used up. Accordingly, the upper end 12610 (free end) of the float positioning post 1261 in each liquid container 12 corresponds to the highest liquid level position of the auxiliary material bottle 12. Specifically, the auxiliary material bottle 12 is provided with a maximum liquid level scale mark 126 corresponding to the maximum liquid level position, and an upper end 12610 (a suspension end) of the floating block positioning column 1261 in each auxiliary material bottle 12 corresponds to the maximum liquid level scale mark 126 provided on the liquid container 12. A high liquid level detection area is defined between the other specific position between the two ends of the floating block positioning column 1261 and the upper end of the floating block positioning column 1261, and the high liquid level hall proximity switch 117 is disposed corresponding to the high liquid level detection area of the liquid level sensor accommodated in the liquid container 12 corresponding to the liquid container accommodating chamber 110. When the magnetic float 1262 is in the high level detection zone (and the liquid container is received in the liquid container receiving cavity 110), it can be detected by the corresponding high level hall proximity switch 117. That is, in the present embodiment, a high liquid level detection sensor is added on the basis of the previous embodiment, when a user directly adds liquid to the liquid container 12, the floating block 1262 with the magnet rises to a high liquid level detection region (reaching or slightly lower than the highest liquid level scale line) at any time, so that the liquid level in the liquid container 12 can be detected by the high liquid level hall proximity switch 117, and a signal is sent to the controller through the high liquid level hall proximity switch to prompt the user to notice that the liquid has reached the highest liquid level scale line.
Referring to fig. 13, there is shown an application scenario of the liquid container quick change device 10 provided in any embodiment of the present invention, which is used as an auxiliary device of a fully automatic intelligent cooker. The full-automatic intelligent cooking machine comprises a rack 200, a wok 100, a blanking mechanism 300, an oil fume treatment device 400, a lifting mechanism 500, an auxiliary material device (adopting the liquid container quick replacement device provided by any one of the embodiments) 10 and a control system 800, wherein the wok 100 comprises a wok body (comprising a furnace core 102, a furnace body 103) and a wok cover 101, the blanking mechanism 300 is arranged above a wok opening of the wok 100, the oil fume treatment device 400 is communicated with the wok cover 101, the furnace core 102 is arranged in the furnace body 103, the furnace body 103 is obliquely arranged in the rack 200, and an output end of the lifting mechanism 500 is connected with the furnace body 103 so as to control the wok opening of the furnace core 102 to be covered or opened with the wok cover 101; the auxiliary material device 10 is arranged below the wok 100, different auxiliary materials are filled in a liquid container of the auxiliary material device 10, and a liquid outlet of the liquid pump is communicated with the wok cover 101 through a liquid pipe 1001. The control system 800 controls the wok 100, the blanking mechanism 300, the oil fume processing device 400, the lifting mechanism 500 and the auxiliary material device 10 to work cooperatively. The full-automatic intelligent cooking machine disclosed by the embodiment controls the liquid pump of the auxiliary material device 10 through the control system 800 to realize that the auxiliary material device 10 adds the auxiliary material into the frying pan 100, and further make the cooking machine have the function of automatically adding the auxiliary material, so as to improve the convenience of using the cooking machine by a user. In addition, the disclosed full-automatic intelligent cooking machine of this embodiment is owing to adopt the liquid container quick replacement device of any one above-mentioned embodiment as the auxiliary material device, can realize that liquid container's quick disconnect and quick connection change or add liquid solution in order to improve the convenience of using.

Claims (10)

1. A connector is used for realizing the quick replacement of a liquid container and is characterized by comprising an external connector and an internal connector arranged in a cavity of the liquid container; one end of the internal joint is used as an internal connecting pipe connecting end and is used for connecting an internal connecting pipe arranged in the cavity of the liquid container; the other end of the internal connector is used as an external connector connecting end which is opposite to a butt joint port which is arranged on the liquid container and is communicated with the inside and the outside of the cavity of the liquid container; the input end of the external connector is inserted into the cavity of the liquid container through the butt joint in the pushing process of the liquid container so as to be connected with the internal connector in the liquid container in a matching mode, and the output end of the external connector serves as a liquid pump connecting end.

The connector according to claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the external connector is smaller than the inner diameter of the internal connector, and at least one sealing ring is sleeved on the outer wall of the external connector close to the input end to realize sealing connection with the external connector connecting end of the internal connector.
3. The connector according to claim 2, wherein the outer wall of the external connector adjacent to the input end is provided with at least one annular groove, and each annular groove is used for being sleeved with at least one sealing ring.
4. The connector according to claim 1, wherein the size of the opening of the external connector connecting end is smaller than the size of the mating interface, and the center of the opening of the external connector connecting end faces the center of the mating interface.
5. The connector according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the external connector connecting end is opposite to the butt joint port, and a space exists between the external connector connecting end and the butt joint port.
6. The connector of claim 1, wherein the size of the gap is proportional to the size of the opening of the external connector connection end.
7. The connector of claim 1, wherein the female connector is a right angle configuration.

A liquid container quick replacement device is characterized by comprising a support, liquid containers and a connector according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein at least one liquid container accommodating cavity is formed in the support to accommodate one liquid container, one external connector is fixed in each liquid container accommodating cavity, and the internal connectors are arranged in cavities of the liquid containers; when each liquid container is accommodated in the corresponding liquid container accommodating cavity in a pushing-in mode, the input end of the external connector fixed on the liquid container accommodating cavity is inserted into the cavity of the liquid container through the butt joint of the liquid container so as to be connected with the internal connector in the liquid container in a matching mode.

The apparatus for rapidly replacing liquid containers as claimed in claim 8, wherein the frame is formed by connecting a bottom wall, a rear wall and two side walls, and a partition is provided between two adjacent liquid container receiving cavities; and each liquid container is pushed into the liquid container accommodating cavity along the front end of the bottom wall of the support towards the direction of the rear end connected with the rear wall so as to be connected with the corresponding external connector.

The quick change device for liquid containers as claimed in claim 9, wherein each of the external connectors is inserted through the rear wall of the holder such that the output end of each of the external connectors protrudes to the outer surface of the rear wall of the holder; and the liquid pump connected with the output end of the corresponding external connector through an external connecting pipe is arranged on the outer surface of the rear wall of the bracket.
