Claims (9)
1. The bolt is characterized by comprising a bolt head and a screw rod, wherein the bolt head comprises a fixed part integrated with the screw rod and a rotating part separated from the screw rod, the fixed part and the rotating part are semi-cylindrical, the cross sections of the fixed part and the rotating part are attached, and the edge parts of the rotating part at the fixed part and the screw rod are rounded off; the rotating part is hinged to the rotating part through a hinge pin, and the rotating part is driven to rotate around the hinge pin; the distance L between the communicating hole and one end of the rotating part close to the screw rod2Is greater than half length L of the rotary part1And/2 and satisfies: l is1/20≤L2-L1/2≤L1A distance from the communication hole to the other end of the rotating portion is larger than the diameter of the screw;

4. The bolt of claim 1, wherein the arcuate side surfaces of the rotary portion are planar at opposite ends parallel to the axis of the rotary portion.
5. A bolt assembly, comprising a bolt according to any one of claims 1 to 4, and a nut associated with the bolt.

The bolt assembly of claim 5, further comprising a flexible packing sleeve disposed over the shank, the flexible packing sleeve having a length greater than a depth of the bolt hole; when the screw is in a fastening state, the diameter of the flexible plug sleeve at one end of the head of the screw is larger than the length of the rotating part, and the diameter of the flexible plug sleeve at the other end of the screw is larger than the diameter of the nut.
7. The bolt assembly of claim 6, wherein the flexible packing sleeve is whisker-shaped at both ends.
8. The bolt assembly of claim 6, wherein the thickness of the flexible packing sleeve is equal to or greater than one-half the depth of the teeth of the external threads of the threaded shank.
9. The bolt assembly of claim 6, further comprising a slip resistant washer between the flexible packing sleeve and the nut.
