as shown in fig. 9, the pressing and shearing seat 68 includes a fixing strip 681, a rotating shaft 682 is disposed at a middle portion of a side wall of the fixing strip 681, the rotating shaft 682 is mounted on the positioning block 67 and connected to a power output end of the fourth gear motor, a pressing roller 683 and a cutter 684 are respectively mounted at two ends of the other side wall of the fixing strip 681, wherein the cutting edge of the cutting knife 684 faces outward, when the pressing is needed in the using process, the pressing roller barrel 683 is arranged downward, then the seventh hydraulic cylinder is controlled to work to drive the sliding fixing plate 66 to move to realize the pressing of the two pressing rollers 683 on the surface of the corrugated board, after the pressing, the sixth hydraulic cylinder 63 is controlled to drive the positioning support bars 64 to move upwards, then, the fourth speed reducing motor is controlled to drive the pressing and shearing seat 68 to rotate, the pressing and shearing seat 68 rotates to enable the blade of the cutter 684 to face downwards, then the plastic film is cut, and the completely waterproof corrugated board after pressing is obtained;
the production process of the production equipment is as follows:
the first step, the PVC plastic film roll is placed on a transmission mechanism 2 after being unfolded, the PVC plastic film roll is transmitted forwards through the transmission mechanism 2, and when the PVC plastic film roll moves to the position below a gluing mechanism 3, the PVC plastic film roll is glued through the forward and backward movement of the gluing mechanism 3;
secondly, after the surface of the plastic film is coated with glue solution, the plastic film is driven through the flat rubber roller 434, so that forward driving of the plastic film is achieved, the glue solution on the surface of the plastic film is uniformly coated in a rolling mode in the driving process, meanwhile, the glue solution is adhered to the surface of the rubber roller after the glue is coated, the glue solution on the surface of the flat rubber roller is scraped through the doctor 435, and when a certain amount of glue solution is accumulated, the glue solution drops to the surface of the plastic film and is continuously leveled through the flat rubber roller;
thirdly, controlling the third support column 52 and the fourth support column 53 to rotate through a third speed reducing motor and a fourth speed reducing motor until the fixing plate 55 rotates to the upper side of the corrugated board, then controlling the fifth hydraulic rod 54 to work and move to the surface of the corrugated board to realize the adsorption of the corrugated board, then controlling the third support column 52 and the fourth support column 53 to rotate through the third speed reducing motor and the fourth speed reducing motor until the corrugated board moves to the upper side of the plastic film, and then controlling the fifth hydraulic cylinder 54 to move downwards to place the corrugated board on the surface of the plastic film;
fourthly, controlling the pressing roller 683 to be arranged downwards, controlling the sixth hydraulic cylinder 63 to drive the positioning support bar 64 to move downwards, enabling the pressing roller 683 to be pressed on the surface of the corrugated board, controlling the seventh hydraulic cylinder to work to drive the sliding fixing plate 66 to move to realize the pressing of the two pressing rollers 683 on the surface of the corrugated board, controlling the sixth hydraulic cylinder 63 to drive the positioning support bar 64 to move upwards after the pressing, controlling the fourth speed reducing motor to drive the pressing and shearing seat 68 to rotate, enabling the pressing and shearing seat 68 to rotate to realize the downward cutting edge of the cutter 684, cutting the plastic film to obtain the complete waterproof corrugated board after the pressing, and then compounding the next corrugated board.

Claims (6)
1. A production device of a waterproof corrugated board comprises a processing machine tool (1), wherein a transmission mechanism (2) is arranged in the middle of the surface of the processing machine tool (1), and is characterized in that a gluing mechanism (3), a glue leveling mechanism (4), a board suction positioning mechanism (5) and a pressing and shearing mechanism (6) are sequentially arranged on one side of the processing machine tool (1) from left to right;
the glue leveling mechanism (4) comprises a transverse transmission mechanism (41) and a fourth hydraulic cylinder (42) installed on the transverse transmission mechanism (41), a glue leveling seat (43) is installed at the power output end of the fourth hydraulic cylinder (42), the transverse transmission mechanism (41) comprises a strip-shaped positioning plate (411), an installation groove is formed in the middle of the surface of the strip-shaped positioning plate (411), a transmission screw (412) is installed on one side wall of the strip-shaped positioning plate (411), one end of the transmission screw (412) is connected with the power output end of a first speed reducing motor, a sliding block (413) is installed on the transmission screw (412) in a threaded fit mode, a supporting plate (414) is fixed on the surface of the sliding block (413), and the fourth hydraulic cylinder (42) is installed on the surface of the supporting plate;
the flat rubber seat (43) comprises a first fixed block (431) fixed at the power output end of the fourth hydraulic cylinder (42), one end face of the first fixed block (431) is vertically bent upwards to form a second fixed block (432), meanwhile, the side wall of the second fixed block (432) is vertically fixed with an installation fixing strip (433), the side wall of the second fixed block (432) is provided with a flat rubber roller (434), and the side wall of the installation fixing strip (433) is fixedly provided with a rubber scraping knife (435).

The production equipment of the waterproof corrugated board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the glue coating mechanism (3) comprises two first supporting columns (31) fixed on one side of the surface of the processing machine tool (1), a first sliding rail (32) is installed between the surfaces of the two first supporting columns (31), a first sliding sheet (321) is installed on the surface of the first sliding rail (32) in a matched manner, a first fixing strip (322) is installed on the surface of the first sliding sheet (321), a second sliding rail (33) is installed on the side wall of the first fixing strip (322), the side wall of the first fixing strip (322) is connected with the power output end of a first hydraulic cylinder, the first fixing strip (322) is pushed by the first hydraulic cylinder to slide on the first sliding rail (32) under the matched action of the first sliding sheet (321) and the first sliding rail (32), and a second sliding sheet (331) is installed on the second sliding rail (33) in a matched manner, the lateral wall of second gleitbretter (331) is fixed with second fixed strip (332), third slide rail (34) are installed to second fixed strip (332) lateral wall, and the lateral wall of third slide rail (34) is connected with the power take off of second pneumatic cylinder, installs third gleitbretter (341) rather than matched with on third slide rail (34) simultaneously, and vertical glue gun (35) of installing on third gleitbretter (341), and the top terminal surface of third gleitbretter (341) is connected with the power take off of third pneumatic cylinder.

The production equipment of the waterproof corrugated board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing and shearing mechanism (6) comprises two fifth supporting columns (61) which are oppositely arranged, the bottom ends of the two fifth supporting columns (61) are respectively connected and fixed through a connecting lath (62), meanwhile, a sixth hydraulic cylinder (63) is installed on the surface of the connecting lath (62), a positioning supporting bar (64) is installed and fixed on the power output end of the sixth hydraulic cylinder (63), a limiting cylinder (641) is installed on the bottom surfaces of the two ends of the positioning supporting bar (64), the top ends of the two fifth supporting columns (61) are slidably sleeved in the limiting cylinder (641), and the positioning supporting bar (64) is driven to move up and down along the limiting cylinder (641) through the up-and-down movement of the sixth hydraulic cylinder (63); two fourth slide rails (65) are installed respectively on the surface of location support bar (64), and sliding fixing plate (66) are installed in the cooperation on two fourth slide rails (65), and a terminal surface of sliding fixing plate (66) is connected with the power take off end of seventh pneumatic cylinder, and the one end bottom surface of sliding fixing plate (66) is bent perpendicularly downwards to form locating piece (67), installs pressfitting shearing seat (68) on locating piece (67).
