Claims (10)

a frame (2);
the rotary filter cylinder (4) is rotatably arranged on the filter cylinder rotary seat (3) and is used for collecting the filtered clean water and is provided with a clean water outlet through which the filtered clean water flows out;
the backwashing shaft tube (5) is fixedly arranged on the filter cylinder rotating base (3), one end of the backwashing shaft tube extends into the rotating filter cylinder (4) and is arranged along the rotating axis direction of the rotating filter cylinder (4), and the backwashing shaft tube (5) is provided with a water inlet for backwashing water to flow in;
the back washing branch pipe (6) is communicated with the back washing shaft pipe (5) and is positioned inside the rotary filter cylinder (4); a pipe section of the back washing branch pipe (6) close to the inner wall of the rotary filter cylinder (4) is provided with a plurality of nozzles (7) with opening directions facing the rotary filter cylinder (4);
and the driving mechanism (8) is installed on the rack (2) and assembled with the rotary filter cylinder (4) and used for driving the rotary filter cylinder (4) to rotate around the axial direction of the backwashing shaft tube (5) so as to enable backwashing water sprayed out from the plurality of nozzles (7) to tangentially flush the rotary filter cylinder (4).

A performance testing apparatus of a fixed self-cleaning microfilter according to claim 1, wherein the backwash manifold (6) comprises a connecting pipe section (61) having one end communicating with the backwash shaft pipe (5) and the other end extending in the direction of the inner wall of the rotary filter cartridge (4), and a water outlet pipe section (62) connected to the other end of the connecting pipe section (61) and arranged in the vertical direction; the nozzles (7) are uniformly arranged on the water outlet pipe section (62) at intervals.
3. A performance testing apparatus of a fixed self-cleaning microfilter according to claim 2, wherein the backwash shaft tube (5) is connected to a support structure (12) providing support for the outlet pipe section (62).

A performance testing apparatus of a fixed self-cleaning micro-filter according to claim 1, characterized in that a clean water tank (1) is arranged below the rotary filter cartridge (4), the frame (2) and the filter cartridge rotary base (3) are both mounted on the clean water tank (1), and the clean water tank (1) has a water inlet communicated with the clean water outlet of the rotary filter cartridge (4) and a water outlet for discharging filtered clean water.

A performance testing apparatus of a fixed self-cleaning microfilter according to claim 4, characterized in that said frame (2) is provided with water level detection means communicating with said rotary cartridge (4) through said clean water tank (1) for detecting the water level inside said rotary cartridge (4) and electrically connected to external control means.

The fixed self-cleaning microfilter performance testing apparatus of claim 5, wherein the water level sensing means comprises: a water level detection cylinder (9) which is fixed on the frame (2) and the bottom of which is communicated with the clean water tank (1); and a float ball water level detection sensor (10) disposed in the water level detection cylinder (9) for detecting a water level.

A performance testing apparatus for a stationary self-cleaning microfilter according to claim 1, wherein a dirt collecting cylinder (13) is mounted on the frame (2) outside the rotary filter cartridge (4) and corresponding to the nozzles (7) for collecting the impurities flushed from the outer wall of the rotary filter cartridge (4).
8. The fixed self-cleaning microfilter performance testing apparatus of claim 7, wherein the dirt collecting cylinder (13) is provided with a dirt collecting cylinder (13) outlet connected to the inlet of the dirt suction pump (15).
9. A performance testing apparatus of a fixed self-cleaning micro-filter according to claim 8, characterized in that the outlet of the sewage pump (15) is connected with a sewage filtering device (16).
10. A performance test device of a fixed self-cleaning micro-filter according to claim 4, characterized in that the water outlet of the clean water tank (1) is communicated with a water suction pump (17).
