Abstract
The invention provides an air deflector closing structure and an air conditioner. The air deflector closing structure comprises an air deflector and a panel body, wherein the air deflector can be closed or opened relative to the panel body, a magnetic attraction device is arranged between the air deflector and the opposite side surface of the panel body, the magnetic attraction device comprises a first attraction component and a second attraction component which can attract each other, and when the air deflector is closed, the first attraction component in the first attraction component and the second attraction component in the second attraction component can be mutually spliced. According to the air deflector closing structure and the air conditioner, the magnetic attraction device enables the air deflector to be positioned more accurately after being closed, the gap between the air deflector and the panel body is more uniform, and the overall attractiveness of the air conditioner is improved.

Technical Field

Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard, consumers have increasingly strict requirements on the appearance and the aesthetic property of the air conditioner. Preferably, the first suction assembly further comprises an elastic member, a second concave hole is formed in one side, facing the panel body, of the air deflector, and the first suction assembly is connected into the second concave hole through the elastic member.
Preferably, the first suction element is made of soft magnetic materials; and/or a chamfer is arranged on the outer edge of the end face of the first absorbing part facing the first concave hole; and/or when the elastic piece is in a free state, the outer end face of the first suction element is flush with the side face of the air deflector, which faces one side of the panel body; and/or the outer end face of the first absorbing element is provided with a coating, and the color of the coating is the same as that of the side face of the air deflector facing one side of the panel body.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an air guiding plate closing structure, including an air guiding plate 1 and a panel body 2, where the air guiding plate 1 can be closed or opened relative to the panel body 2 under the action of a driving motor at one end of the air guiding plate 1, a magnetic attraction device is disposed between opposite side surfaces of the air guiding plate 1 and the panel body 2 to generate attraction force between the air guiding plate 1 and the panel body 2 during a closing process of the air guiding plate 1 so as to stabilize the closing stability and smoothness of the air guiding plate 1, the magnetic attraction device includes a first attraction component 31 and a second attraction component 32 that can attract each other, and when the air guiding plate 1 is closed, a first attraction component 311 in the first attraction component 31 and a second attraction component 321 in the second attraction component 32 can be inserted into each other, where the insertion can be understood, at least a part of the first engaging element 311 can be inserted into the second engaging element 321 or at least a part of the second engaging element 321 can be inserted into the first engaging element 311. Preferably, the first absorbing element 311 may be, for example, a permanent magnet, but the permanent magnet may generate a reverse torque to the driving motor (to block the opening of the air deflector 1) during the opening process of the air deflector 1, so that it is only an alternative way but not preferred, and preferably, the first absorbing element 311 is made of a soft magnetic material, and the soft magnetic material is magnetically attached to the coil 3212, or not, when the coil 3212 is energized (i.e. during the closing process of the air deflector 1), the first absorbing element 31 is rapidly magnetized when approaching the first concave hole, so that both generate an absorbing force, and when the coil 3212 is de-energized (i.e. when the closing process of the air deflector 1 is finished or the opening process of the air deflector is in progress), the first absorbing element 31 is rapidly demagnetized, no absorbing force is generated between the first absorbing element 311 and the second absorbing element 321, and the first absorbing element 311 returns to the second concave hole to be concealed under the action of the elastic element 312, the end cap 3213 of the second engaging element 321 is restored to a state where the outer end surface thereof is flush with the outer side surface of the panel body 1 to hide the second engaging element 321, specifically, as described above, the second engaging element 321 includes the push-pull electromagnet, when the second engaging element is powered on, the end cap 3213 is driven by the iron core 3211 to move together in the inner direction of the air conditioner, after the power is off, the push-pull electromagnet resets the iron core 3211 by virtue of its own internal elastic structure, and the end cap 3213 is restored to an initial state where the outer end surface thereof is flush with the outer side surface of the panel body 1.
In order to further improve the aesthetic appearance of the air conditioner, preferably, the end caps 3213 are made of the same material as that of the panel body 2; and/or the color of the end cover 3213 is the same as that of the panel body 2; and/or the end cover 3213 is surface-treated in the same way as the panel body 2.
The magnetic attraction devices are provided with a plurality of groups, and the plurality of groups of magnetic attraction devices are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the air deflector 1.
According to an embodiment of the invention, an air conditioner is further provided, which includes the above air deflector closing structure.

The closing structure of claim 1, wherein the first absorbing element (311) is connected to the air deflector (1), a first concave hole is formed in a position of the panel body (2) corresponding to the first absorbing element (311), a second absorbing element (321) is arranged in the first concave hole, and when the air deflector (1) is closed, the first absorbing element (311) can be inserted into the first concave hole under the absorbing action of the second absorbing element (321).

The closure structure according to claim 3, wherein the second engaging member (321) comprises a push-pull electromagnet including a plunger (3211) and a coil (3212) at an outer periphery of the plunger (3211), the plunger (3211) being movable along an axial direction of the first recess hole when the coil (3212) is energized.

The closing structure of claim 5, wherein an end cover (3213) is disposed on an end of the iron core (3211) facing the first absorbing element (311), and when the air deflector (1) is in the open state, an end surface of the end cover (3213) facing the air deflector (1) is flush with an outer side surface of the panel body (2).

The closure structure of claim 6, wherein the end cap (3213) is made of the same material as the panel body (2); and/or the color of the end cover (3213) is the same as that of the panel body (2); and/or the surface treatment mode of the end cover (3213) is the same as that of the panel body (2).
8. The closing structure of claim 1, wherein the magnetic attraction devices comprise a plurality of groups, and the plurality of groups of magnetic attraction devices are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the air deflector (1).
9. An air conditioner comprising an air deflection closure arrangement, wherein the air deflection closure arrangement is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
