The bottom and the peripheral side edges of the solar cell panel 2 are provided with mounting frames 9, the bottoms of the mounting frames 9 are hinged on the bracket 8 through two first hinges 10 with the same height, the inclination angle adjusting mechanism comprises an electric push rod 11, one end of the electric push rod 11 is hinged on the bottom of the mounting frames 9 through a second hinge 12, the other end of the electric push rod 11 is hinged on the upper surface of the mounting box 5 through a third hinge 13, the second hinge 12 is positioned below the first hinges 10, the distances from the second hinge 12 to the two first hinges 10 are equal, and the connecting lines of the second hinge 12 and the two first hinges 10 form an isosceles triangle; a sunlight tracking sensor 14 connected with the controller 6 through a signal line is installed at the middle position of the upper part of the installation frame 9. The outer sleeve 16 which is fixedly integrated with the upper turntable 19 synchronously rotates on the outer tube of the lamp post 1, plays a role of positioning the upper turntable 19 and can only rotate, and the mounting box 5 and the bracket 8 which are fixedly arranged at the tops of the outer sleeve 16 and the upper turntable 19 also synchronously rotate so as to drive the solar cell panel 2 to rotate, meanwhile, the electric push rod 11 stretches or shortens to drive the solar cell panel 2 to perform inclination angle adjustment by taking the two first hinges 10 as fulcrums, and under the combined action of the electric push rod 11 and the micro motor reducer 15, the surface of the solar cell panel 2 can be kept perpendicular to solar rays, so that the photoelectric conversion efficiency is further improved. In addition, in order to avoid excessive snowfall covering the solar cell panel 2 during winter, the electric putter 11 is shortened to keep the solar cell panel 2 in a nearly vertical state as much as possible.
The miniature motor speed reducer 15 can adopt a worm and gear type miniature motor speed reducer 15, has a good self-locking function, can prevent the solar cell panel 2 from rotating when strong wind acts on the miniature motor speed reducer 15, and if the windproof self-locking effect is further improved, the motor part of the miniature motor speed reducer 15 is matched with a brake motor.
The teflon coating has a low coefficient of friction, so that friction with the outer circle of the lamp pole 1 is reduced when the outer sleeve 16 rotates, abrasion is reduced, and service life is prolonged.
Since the sun rises from the east and falls from the west during the day, the rotation angle of the installation box 5 and the upper turntable 19 is approximately 180 °, and in order to avoid damage caused by stress to the control cables and lines, arc-shaped holes 25 concentric with the upper turntable 19 are formed in the bottom of the installation box 5 and the upper turntable 19.
The installation box 5 is exposed, so that the heat insulation material can be arranged outside to wrap, the influence of the environmental temperature on the controller 6 and the lithium cobaltate battery 7 in the installation box 5 is reduced, and the lithium cobaltate battery 7 has the advantages of small volume, stable structure, high capacity ratio and outstanding comprehensive performance of the lithium cobaltate battery 7.

The torsion spring plays a role in enabling the transparent PVC film 33 to be in a certain tension state, ensuring that the transparent PVC film 33 is unfolded on the surface of the solar panel 2, and preventing the transparent PVC film from being blown up by wind power. The surface of the transparent PVC film 33, which is in contact with the solar panel 2, is uniformly provided with a plurality of dot particles, so that the transparent PVC film 33 and the solar panel 2 can be prevented from being completely attached, and a ventilation gap is formed between the transparent PVC film 33 and the solar panel 2, thereby facilitating the updating and the movement of the transparent PVC film 33, i.e. reducing the tension of the tubular motor.
