Abstract
The invention relates to a bottom plate assembly and a compressor structure, comprising: a base plate; the fixing column is fixedly connected with the bottom plate, and one end, far away from the bottom plate, of the fixing column is provided with a step surface arranged facing the bottom plate; the bottom foot of the compressor is sleeved outside the fixed column, one end of the compressor is abutted to the bottom plate, and the other end of the bottom foot of the compressor is abutted to the step surface. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of compressor assembly, in particular to a bottom plate assembly and a compressor structure comprising the same.
Background
The compressor is a driven fluid machine that raises low-pressure gas to high-pressure gas, and is the heart of a refrigeration system. Generally, the compressor is fixed to the base plate to ensure the stability of the operation of the compressor.
In the conventional technology, the compressor and the bottom plate are fixed by screws, and during assembly, the screws penetrate through the compressor and the bottom plate and fasten the compressor and the bottom plate by screwing the screws. However, since the screw is screwed to both the compressor and the base plate, the screw is movable relative to the compressor and the base plate, and there is a problem that the compressor and the base plate are not tightly assembled.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a base plate assembly capable of tightly fitting and fastening a compressor and a base plate and a compressor structure including the same, in order to solve the problem that the conventional compressor is not tightly assembled with the base plate.

a base plate;

In one embodiment, the fixing clip includes a sleeve portion and an elastic abutting portion, the sleeve portion has a second sleeve hole, and the abutting portion is connected to the sleeve portion and is obliquely disposed on a periphery of the second sleeve hole;
the sleeving part is sleeved outside the fixed column through the second sleeving hole and is abutted to a bottom foot of the compressor, and the abutting part is elastically abutted to the step surface.
In one embodiment, the abutting portion includes a plurality of abutting portions, and all of the abutting portions are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second staking hole.

In one embodiment, the fixing column comprises a plurality of fixing clips which are arranged at intervals, the fixing clips comprise a plurality of fixing columns, the number of the fixing clips is equal to that of the fixing columns, and each fixing clip is matched with each fixing column.
In one embodiment, the bottom plate comprises a connecting part and two extending parts respectively connected to two ends of the connecting part, the fixing column is fixedly connected with the connecting part, and the two extending parts extend towards one side, far away from the fixing column, convexly arranged on the connecting part;

A compressor structure comprises a compressor and a bottom plate assembly as described in any one of the above, the compressor comprises a body and a bottom foot connected to the bottom of the body, the bottom foot is sleeved outside a fixing column, one end of the bottom foot is abutted to the bottom plate, and the fixing clamp is abutted between the other end of the bottom foot and the step surface.

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a compressor structure 100, which includes a compressor and a base plate assembly 10, wherein the base plate assembly 10 includes a base plate 11, and the compressor is fixedly connected to the base plate 11. Specifically, the compressor includes a body and a foot 21 connected to the bottom of the body, and the compressor is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 11 through the foot 21.
The bottom plate assembly 10 further includes a fixing post 12 (see fig. 1 and 2) and a fixing clip 13, the fixing post 12 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 11, one end of the fixing post 12, which is far away from the bottom plate 11, has a step surface 30 (see fig. 3) disposed facing the bottom plate 11, a bottom foot 21 of the compressor is sleeved outside the fixing post 12, one end of the bottom foot is abutted to the bottom plate 11, and the fixing clip 13 is abutted between the other end of the bottom foot 21 of the compressor and the step surface 30. Because fixed column 12 and bottom plate 11 fixed connection, and fixing clip 13 and fixed column 12 cooperation are spacing the footing 21 of compressor between fixing clip 13 and bottom plate 11, then the problem that compressor and bottom plate 11 assembly are not tight can not appear.
Continuing to refer to fig. 1, the bottom plate 11 includes a connection portion 111 and two extension portions 112 respectively connected to two ends of the connection portion 111, the fixing post 12 is connected to the connection portion 111, the two extension portions 112 both extend towards a side away from the compressor relative to the connection portion 111, and one end of each extension portion 112 away from the connection portion 111 is in an arc shape with an opening facing the connection portion 111. By providing the extension 112 in an arc shape, the occurrence of the base plate 11 scratching the work surface in contact therewith can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the fixing post 12 includes a first post 121, a second post 122 and a third post 123 connected to each other, the first post 121 abuts against the bottom plate 11, the second post 122 is connected between the first post 121 and the third post 123, outer diameters of the second post 122, the third post 123 and the first post 121 are sequentially increased, a bottom foot 21 of the compressor is sleeved outside the first post 121, the fixing clip 13 is sleeved outside the second post 122, and the step surface 30 is formed on the third post 123. Accordingly, the inner diameter of the first engaging hole of the foot 21 matches with the inner diameter of the first cylinder 121, so that the foot 21 can smoothly engage with the first cylinder 121 via the third cylinder 123 and the second cylinder 122.
It is contemplated that in other embodiments, the fixing post 12 is not limited to the above-mentioned manner, as long as the bottom 21 can be conveniently sleeved outside the fixing post, and the fixing clip 13 is not prevented from abutting between the other end of the bottom 21 and the step surface 30.
Specifically, the first column 121 includes a fixing portion 1211 and an inclined portion 1212, the fixing portion 1211 abuts against the bottom plate 11, and the inclined portion 1212 is disposed at an angle between the fixing portion 1211 and the second column 122. Accordingly, the first coupling hole of the foot 21 includes a first sub-hole and a second sub-hole connected to each other, the first sub-hole is disposed away from the body with respect to the second sub-hole, the first sub-hole is engaged with the fixing portion 1211, and the second sub-hole is engaged with the inclined portion 1212. It is understood that the arrangement of the first cylinder 121 is not limited to the above-mentioned manner in other embodiments.
Further, the fixing post 12 is riveted to the bottom plate 11. Specifically, the bottom plate 11 is provided with a riveting hole 113 (see fig. 4), the fixing post 12 further includes a riveting portion 124 (see fig. 5) connected to an end of the first column 121 far from the second column 122, the riveting portion 124 is provided with a through hole 1241, when the fixing post 12 and the bottom plate 11 are riveted, the riveting portion 124 is inserted into the riveting hole 113, and then the working end of the punch is inserted into the through hole 1241 of the riveting portion 124 to expand the riveting portion 124 to be riveted on the bottom plate 11. It is understood that in other embodiments, the fixing post 12 may be fixed to the bottom plate 11 by welding, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in an embodiment, the fixing clip 13 includes a socket portion 131 and an elastic abutting portion 132, the socket portion 131 has a second socket hole 1311, and the abutting portion 132 is connected to the socket portion 131 and is obliquely disposed on a periphery of the second socket hole 1311 (the abutting portion 132 is obliquely disposed relative to an axial direction of the second socket hole 1311). The engaging portion 131 engages with the second post 122 through the second engaging hole 1311, and the engaging portion 132 elastically engages with the step surface 30. So set up, can be convenient for the shock attenuation of compressor. In particular, the feet 21 of the compressor are elastic to further facilitate the damping of the compressor.
Further, the abutting portion 132 includes a plurality of, and all the abutting portions 132 are disposed along the circumferential interval of the second socket hole 1311, so that the fixing clip 13 abuts against the step surface 30 along a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction of the second socket hole 1311, and the fixing effect and the shock absorbing effect are further ensured. It is understood that in other embodiments, the abutting portion 132 may include only one abutting portion 132, and one abutting portion 132 is disposed around the second socket 1311 in one circle, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the fixing column 12 includes a plurality of fixing clips 13, the number of the fixing clips 13 is equal to that of the fixing columns 12, the compressor includes a plurality of feet 21, each foot 21 is sleeved outside each fixing column 12, and each fixing clip 13 is matched with each fixing column 12 to fix each foot 21. Specifically, the compressor includes four feet 21, and the fixed column 12 and the fixed clip 13 are also four. It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of the feet 21, the fixing posts 12 and the fixing clips 13 is not limited.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a base plate assembly 10 included in the compressor structure 100.
The base plate assembly 10 and the compressor structure 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention have the following beneficial effects:
1. the fixed column 12 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 11, and the fixed clamp 13 is matched with the fixed column 12 to limit the bottom foot 21 of the compressor between the fixed clamp 13 and the bottom plate 11, so that the problem of loose assembly of the compressor and the bottom plate 11 can be avoided;
2. the fixing clip 13 includes an elastic abutting portion 132, and the abutting portion 132 cooperates with the step surface 30 to not only fix the bottom leg 21 of the compressor, but also the abutting portion 132 has a certain damping effect;
3. each fixing clip 13 includes a plurality of abutting portions 132 spaced apart from each other, so that the fixing and damping effects of the fixing clip 13 are further ensured.

The bottom plate assembly according to claim 1, wherein the fixing column (12) comprises a first column (121), a second column (122) and a third column (123) which are connected with each other, the first column (121) is abutted with the bottom plate (11), the second column (122) is connected between the first column (121) and the third column (123), and the outer diameters of the second column (122), the third column (123) and the first column (121) are sequentially increased;
the bottom foot (21) of the compressor is sleeved outside the first column body (121), the fixing clamp (13) is sleeved outside the second column body (122), and the step surface (30) is formed on the third column body (123).
5. The bottom plate assembly of claim 4, wherein the first cylinder (121) includes a fixing portion (1211) and an inclined portion (1212), the fixing portion (1211) is fixedly connected to the bottom plate (11), and the inclined portion (1212) is angularly disposed between the fixing portion (1211) and the second cylinder (122).
6. Floor assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that said fixing posts (12) are riveted to said floor (11).

The bottom plate assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the bottom plate (11) comprises a connecting portion (111) and two extending portions (112) respectively connected to two ends of the connecting portion (111), the fixing post (12) is fixedly connected to the connecting portion (111), and both of the extending portions (112) extend towards a side of the connecting portion (111) away from the fixing post (12) in a protruding manner;
wherein, one end of each extension part (112) far away from the connecting part (111) is in an arc shape with an opening facing the connecting part (111).

A compressor structure, characterized by comprising a compressor and a bottom plate assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the compressor comprises a body and a bottom foot (21) connected to the bottom of the body, the bottom foot (21) is sleeved outside the fixing column (12) and one end of the bottom foot abuts against the bottom plate (11), and the fixing clip (13) abuts between the other end of the bottom foot (21) and the step surface (30).
