3. The adhesive interlining for clothing according to claim 1, wherein a lower layer portion of the dots of the adhesive thermoplastic resin composition on the base fabric side is a photo-crosslinked product of the resin.
4. The adhesive interlining for clothing according to claim 1, wherein the dots of the resin composition have an average diameter of 0.1 to 4mm, and the resin composition is coated on the base fabric in a proportion of 0.5 to 50g per 1.2 m.
5. The adhesive interlining for clothing according to claim 1, wherein the thermoplastic resin is a polyamide resin or a polyester resin, and the content of the thermoplastic resin is preferably 50% or more.
6. The adhesive interlining for clothing according to claim 5, wherein the thermoplastic resin is polyamide resin or polyester resin, and the content of the thermoplastic resin is 70% to 99.9%.
7. The adhesive interlining for clothing according to claim 1, wherein the processing method of the scouring liquid comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing the scouring solution from water and an auxiliary agent;
s2, refining liquid comprises a softening agent and a refining agent, the ratio of the softening agent to the refining agent is 0.2g/L, the refining temperature is 90-100 ℃, and the refining time is 20-30 min.

s2: placing the lining cloth into essence liquid for soaking treatment, wherein the treatment liquid is organic siloxane polymer with the concentration of 2-5%, drying and carrying out heat setting treatment at the temperature of 100-200 ℃ and the speed of 30-40 m/min;
s3, mixing the heating fibers, the silk fibers and the ES bonding fibers according to the weight parts of the components of the non-woven base cloth layer, and then respectively stretching, lapping, hot rolling, pressing and coating the prepared heating fibers, the silk fibers and the ES bonding fibers, wherein the temperature of a hot roll during hot rolling pressing is 120-135 ℃, and the pressure of the hot roll is 0.5-1.0 kg/cm.
