Detailed Description
With reference to fig. 1 to 2, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a washing and drying all-in-one machine, including a housing 7, a drum 1, a drying and heating device 2, wherein the drum 1 is suspended in the housing 7 through a damper 6, a drying cycle is formed between the drying and heating device 2 and the drum 1 through a drying air outlet duct 11 and a drying air return duct 12, and the washing and drying all-in-one machine further includes a steam generating device 3, and a steam outlet of the steam generating device 3 is communicated with a pipeline of the drying air outlet duct 11. In the technical scheme, the high-temperature steam generated by the steam generating device 3 is conveyed into the washing cavity of the roller 1 through the drying air outlet duct 11, in the washing chamber, the high temperature steam comes into contact with the laundry therein, so that the laundry having wrinkles can be ironed using the high temperature steam, thereby realizing the steam ironing and wrinkle removal of the clothes, and simultaneously, the peculiar smell in the clothes can be effectively removed due to the permeation between the high-temperature steam and the clothes, and further, the steam generated by the steam generating device 3 in the technical proposal firstly enters the drying air outlet duct 11 and then enters the washing cavity of the roller 1, therefore, the temperature of the high-temperature steam entering the drying air outlet duct 11 can be adjusted to be matched with the material of the clothes in the washing cavity, and the adverse effect caused by the fact that the high-temperature steam directly enters the washing cavity and contacts with the clothes is avoided.
Furthermore, a fan 21 arranged in the drying and heating device 2 can efficiently drive the drying air flow generated by the drying and heating device 2, so that efficient circulation of the drying air flow can be ensured when the washing and drying integrated machine dries clothes, at the moment, a steam outlet of the steam generating device 3 is close to the fan 21 at a corresponding connection position on the drying air outlet duct 11 and is far away from the corresponding connection position of the drum 1 and the drying air outlet duct 11, and the temperature of steam entering the drying air outlet duct 11 can be adjusted to be matched with the material of clothes in the washing cavity by fully utilizing the rotational speed variability of the fan 21 and then enters the washing cavity, so that the clothes are protected.
In order to ensure that the steam in the steam generating device 3 can be generated in time, the amount of the liquid, that is, the water in the steam generating device 3 cannot be too large, and at the same time, the amount of the water in the steam generating device 3 must be ensured not to be too small, so as to prevent the safety hazard of dry burning of the electric heating component, therefore, preferably, the washing and drying all-in-one machine further comprises a water inlet control valve 4, the water inlet control valve 4 is provided with a first water outlet pipe 41, the first water outlet pipe 41 is connected with the steam generating device 3 in a penetrating manner, the water inlet control valve 4 can control whether water is replenished according to the level of the liquid in the steam generating device 3, and the steam generating device 3 can adopt any device capable of generating the steam, for example, an electric heater is arranged in a steam box. Furthermore, the water inlet control valve 4 further has a second water outlet pipe 42, a spray component 22 (for example, a commercially available spray head) is further disposed on a return air path of the drying and heating device 2, the second water outlet pipe 42 is connected to the spray component 22 in a penetrating manner, the return air path may be, for example, on the drying return air duct 12, or may be an area between a heating component in the drying and heating device 2 and the drying return air duct 12, during a high-temperature ironing process of clothes, odor molecule particles emitted from the clothes are mixed in steam tail gas, and the steam tail gas enters the drying and heating device 2 along the drying return air duct 12 to realize circulation under the action of the fan 21, at this time, the spray component 22 is disposed to effectively filter the odor molecule particles mixed in the steam tail gas by spraying to form a water curtain, that is, the peculiar smell molecular particles are dissolved in the water curtain, thereby realizing the removal of the peculiar smell of the clothes. In this case, further, the integrated washing and drying machine further has a drain pump 5 for discharging the waste water generated during the operation of the integrated washing and drying machine, where the waste water includes the aforementioned water curtain waste water mixed with the odor molecule particles, and the drain pump 5 may be a washing drain pump in the prior art.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a control method for a washing and drying all-in-one machine, the washing and drying all-in-one machine has a steam care mode, a washing and drying mode, and the like, wherein the washing mode and the washing and drying mode adopt corresponding modes in the prior art on the control method, and when the washing and drying all-in-one machine is in the steam care mode, the control method includes:
a water level detection step of detecting whether the water level in the steam generation device 3 is higher than a preset water level, wherein the preset water level is the lowest water level when the steam nursing mode operates;
and a steam wrinkle removing step of controlling the steam generating device 3 to operate to generate steam and controlling the drum 1 to rotate at the first drum rotation speed when it is higher than a preset water level. In the technical scheme, the subsequent steam wrinkle removing step can be carried out only when the water level in the steam generating device 3 is higher than the preset water level, so as to ensure the safety of the steam nursing mode. The high-temperature steam continuously reaches the glass transition temperature of the fabric fibers according to the damp-heat setting mechanism, the fabric fibers are softened, the fabric is easy to deform, the steam humidifies the fabric fibers, the glass transition temperature of the fibers is further reduced, and clothes wrinkles are gradually eliminated and are carried out in a smooth direction under the cooperation of wind smoothing and the rotating speed of the drum, so that the effect of removing the wrinkles by the steam is efficiently realized.
Further, before the steam wrinkle removing step, the method further comprises the following steps: and an air duct preheating step, namely controlling the compressor to operate at a first frequency and controlling the fan 21 to operate at a first fan rotating speed. That is, before the steam wrinkle removing step, the temperature of the whole circulating air duct (including the drying air outlet duct 11, the drying air return duct 12, the washing chamber and the corresponding air ducts in the drying and heating device 2) is controlled by the compressor and the fan, so that the phenomenon that the steam is condensed when meeting the cold air temperature after the steam is generated is prevented, and the action starting time and the action effect of the steam wrinkle removing step are delayed.
The steam wrinkle removing step further comprises: detecting the temperature Ts of steam generated by the operation of the steam generating device 3, controlling the compressor to operate at a second frequency when the temperature Ts is not lower than a preset temperature Tc, controlling the fan 21 to operate at a second fan rotating speed, and controlling the rotating speed of the roller 1 to gradually increase to the second roller rotating speed, wherein the second frequency is lower than the first frequency, the second fan rotating speed is lower than the first fan rotating speed, and the second roller rotating speed is matched with the weight of clothes in the roller 1. For example, the preset temperature Tc may be 100 ℃, and it is understood that the temperature of the steam is closely related to the geographical location (air pressure) where the integrated washing and drying machine is located or the air pressure of the internal environment, and may be set to be relatively high or low. In the technical scheme, when Ts reaches Tc, the operating frequency of the compressor and the operating speed of the fan are reduced, so that steam and clothes (fabrics) in the washing cavity can be immersed and contacted fully and thoroughly, and the process is favorable for removing wrinkles and peculiar smell of the steam. Meanwhile, the problem of dead weight increase caused by the fact that the clothes absorb water vapor can be better matched by controlling the rotation speed of the drum 1 to rise, the specific setting of the rotation speed of the second drum specifically takes the principle that the clothes are not attached to the inner wall of the drum (the rotation speed is too large) or are coiled (the rotation speed is too small) in the process, so that the clothes can be always in a loose and thrown state in the steam wrinkle removing process, the steam and the clothes can be favorably and fully infiltrated, and the specific set value of the rotation speed of the second drum can be obtained through tests according to different clothes and working conditions.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps of: and a peculiar smell removing step, namely, controlling the spraying part 22 to spray to form a water curtain, and controlling the drainage pump 5 to be started, namely, the peculiar smell removing step and the steam wrinkle removing step are preferably operated synchronously, after the steam and the clothes are infiltrated and ironed, the steam tail gas is driven to the drying and heating device 2 along with the air flow under the action of the fan 21, and peculiar smell molecular particles mixed in the steam tail gas are filtered and mixed into the water curtain wastewater under the action of the water curtain, so that the peculiar smell of the clothes is effectively removed. Based on the consideration of water saving, the spraying part 22 can be controlled to spray at a preset on-off ratio, that is, the spraying part 22 does not need to realize spraying all the time, and only needs to be opened and closed according to the rhythm, and the formed water curtain wastewater is discharged out of the washing and drying integrated machine through the drainage pump 5.
After the foregoing process, that is, the step of removing wrinkles and odors with steam is implemented, preferably, the steam care mode further includes a steam drying step, the compressor is controlled to operate at a third frequency, the fan 21 operates at a third fan rotation speed, the drum 1 operates at a reduced speed, the steam generating device 3 is controlled to stop operating, the third frequency is higher than the first frequency, and the third fan rotation speed is higher than the first fan rotation speed, that is, the drying operation is performed on the clothes soaked with steam at this time, which is similar to the drying process in the prior art, and the description of the process is omitted in the present invention.
It should be noted that the water level detecting step is accompanied with the whole process of the steam wrinkle removing step, and when the water level in the steam generating device 3 is detected to be lower than the preset water level, the water inlet control valve 4 is controlled to supply water to the steam generating device 3, so as to prevent the potential safety hazard caused by the excessively low water level in the steam generating device 3.
As a more specific embodiment, the following description is made in conjunction with the control logic diagram shown in fig. 2, but it should be understood that the following description should not be construed as an adverse limitation to the technical solution of the present invention.
The steam care is mainly divided into two implementation phases, i.e., steam ironing S2 minutes (20min) and steam drying S3 minutes (10 min). The steam nursing process is implemented in such a way that after a load (clothes and fabrics) is put in, steam nursing is started, when the steam nursing is started, a steam probe firstly detects whether the water level in a steam box is larger than a fixed water level value a to determine whether water is supplemented immediately, the water supplementing time is S1 minutes, and the real-time water level value b of the steam box is detected in the same whole nursing process. After the conditions are met, the steam heating pipe starts to heat water, and starts to record heating time S2 minutes (time consumed in the whole process of removing wrinkles by steam), the whole steam box is heated rapidly, the steam box is tightly attached to an air duct (drying air outlet duct), and the whole air duct system is preheated and heated in a convection heat exchange mode. Meanwhile, the compressor enters a working state for auxiliary preheating at an oil return frequency (namely a first frequency) for S0 minutes, the fan runs at a medium-high frequency and is matched with the rotating speed of the motor at 50rpm (namely the rotating speed of the roller), and under the comprehensive action of wind power, centrifugal force and load gravity, the load is expanded to be suspended in the roller in a fully expanded state, so that the wall adhesion caused by overhigh rotating speed of the roller and the rolling shrinkage caused by the fact that the load cannot be lifted due to overlow rotating speed of the roller are avoided. The fully unfolded and suspended load faces the air duct opening (drying air outlet duct) with a larger facing surface, so that the acting surface of the steam on the load in the next step is conveniently enlarged, and the spare space behind the load surface is favorable for deep penetration of the steam to the load fiber. When steam is heated to enter a steam generation stage, a steam temperature sensing bulb detects that the steam temperature reaches about 100 ℃ (preferably higher than 100 ℃), high-temperature steam flow continuously from a steam box enters a drying air outlet duct through a steam outlet, the steam flow penetrates textile fiber tissues along air flow of the duct, a variable frequency compressor of a heat pump system is rapidly switched into extremely low frequency from oil return frequency, dehumidification drying load is reduced, meanwhile, a variable frequency fan is switched into medium and low frequency from the medium and high frequency, wind speed and wind quantity are all reduced, and the air flow and the steam flow are in a certain proportion. The ratio of air flow to steam flow can be adjusted by the fan frequency, thereby adjusting the temperature and humidity of the entering textile fibers. Different optimal care temperatures required by different textile fabrics are different, and different proportions can exist. The moisture absorption of the fabric fibers is continuously increased along with the continuous generation of the steam, the load weight is randomly increased, the rotating speed of a roller controlled by a motor is increased from 50rpm at an acceleration of 1rpm/min, and the load fibers in the roller can be kept in an expanded suspension state and can be smoothly subjected to the soft protection of the steam. The high-temperature steam reaches the glass transition temperature of the fabric fibers continuously according to the damp-heat setting mechanism, the fabric fibers are softened, the fabric is easy to deform, the steam humidifies the fabric fibers, the glass transition temperature of the fibers is further reduced, and clothes wrinkles are gradually eliminated and are carried out in a smooth direction under the cooperation of wind smoothing and the optimal rotating speed of the roller. Under the condition that steam nursing and wrinkle removal are carried out synchronously, continuous high-temperature steam molecular flow is combined with polar groups of the fabric fibers, gaps among the fibers are expanded at high temperature, peculiar smell molecules existing in the fabric fibers are replaced by the peculiar smell molecules penetrating into the fabric fibers, and the peculiar smell molecules are pushed out of the surfaces of the fibers or diluted in a high-temperature and high-humidity space in a cylinder as much as possible. Under the drive of the circulating fan, high-temperature and high-humidity water vapor in the cylinder and odor molecule particles forced out of the fiber surface enter the water curtain through the air duct outlet, a flushing valve (a spraying part) of the steam flushing evaporator forms a water curtain above the evaporator according to a certain starting-stopping ratio, the water vapor and the odor molecules in the air in the cylinder are continuously absorbed, dissolved and filtered, the water vapor and the odor molecules are discharged along with water flow, and the filtered air enters the cylinder again to start the next odor removal, so that the effect of gradually removing odor is achieved. After steam ironing is finished, steam nursing enters a steam drying stage, high-temperature preheating is carried out by means of a system after steam ironing, steam drying can skip drying and heating, and then the steam drying directly enters stable drying, a frequency conversion compressor of a heat pump system rapidly increases from low frequency to high frequency, a water curtain is fresh and continuously carried out, and meanwhile, a roller starts to reduce the speed from the highest rotating speed of steam ironing to the end of a program along with the reduction of the water content of loaded fabric, so that the fabric in the roller is kept to be suspended and shaped continuously, and finally the effect of shaping flatly is achieved.
The variable frequency fan and the variable frequency compressor in the above embodiment can be replaced by a fixed frequency fan or a fixed frequency compressor respectively, and at this time, the fan is stopped at a low frequency and restarted at a medium-high frequency; in addition, the steam ironing time, the steam drying time and the steam ironing temperature of different time lengths can be determined according to different fabric fibers loaded, the steam ironing time can be prolonged by the cotton and linen fibers with persistent wrinkles, the ratio of steam flow to air flow can be adjusted for the silk and wool fibers sensitive to temperature, specifically, the ratio of the steam flow can be adjusted to be low, and the ratio of the steam flow can be adjusted to be high for cotton and linen clothes insensitive to temperature; the drum rotating speed and the drum acceleration during steam nursing can be determined according to the moisture absorption performance of different fabric fibers, and the drum rotating speed and the drum acceleration during wool steam nursing with high moisture absorption are larger than those of other fibers.
