The invention provides a dump truck and a top cover structure of the dump truck.
Referring to fig. 1, the dump truck includes a top cover structure 100 of the dump truck, a truck head 11, a carriage 12 and a chassis 13. For convenience of explanation, the forward traveling direction of the dump truck is defined as the forward direction, and the backward traveling direction is defined as the backward direction.
The vehicle head 11 is positioned at the front end of the dump truck. The vehicle head 11 is provided with a cab. The vehicle body 12 is provided on the chassis 13. The car 12 is used for carrying cargo. The cross-sectional configuration of the car 12 may be rectangular or U-shaped or contoured.
The dump truck top cover structure 100 covers the top of the carriage 12. The dump truck top cover structure 100 can be movably arranged above the carriage 12, and the dump truck top cover structure 100 can open and close the space above the carriage 12 so as to achieve the purpose of convenient loading and unloading.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the dumper top cover structure 100 includes a main cover 110, an auxiliary cover 120, a swing arm and a driving member 150.
The main cover 110 is movably provided at the front end of the vehicle compartment 12. The main cap 110 has a length greater than that of the sub cap 120. The main cover 110 is long, and the main cover 110 can cover most of the car 12. The main lid 110 is thus opened and removed to allow loading and unloading of the car 12.
The auxiliary cover 120 is movably disposed at the rear end of the car 12, and the auxiliary cover 120 is disposed opposite to the main cover 110 to splice and cover the car 12. The length of the sub-cap 120 is short. The sub cover 120 is positioned behind the main cover 110.
Specifically, the upper planes of the main cover 110 and the auxiliary cover 120 may be flat-topped, arc-topped or arched covers, and the main cover 110 can be in complete contact connection with the auxiliary cover 120. When the dump truck top cover structure 100 is closed, the front edge of the main cover 110 is aligned with the rear side of the front panel of the compartment 12, and the rear edge of the main cover 110 is aligned with the front edge of the sub cover 120. The rear edge of the sub-cover 120 is aligned with the front edge of the rear panel of the vehicle compartment 12. The front top cover and the rear top cover form a double-top cover structure.
Sealing strips are attached to the peripheries of the frames of the main cover 110 and the sub-cover 120. The better the sealing of the body 12 when the dump truck top cover structure 100 is closed.
The swing arms include a first swing arm 130 and a second swing arm 140. One end of the first swing arm 130 is rotatably disposed on the car 12, and the other end is rotatably connected to the main cover 110. Specifically, the upper and lower ends of the first swing arm 130 are rotatably connected by hinge connections, respectively. The upper end of the first swing arm 130 is hinged to both sides of the main cover 110, and the lower end of the first swing arm 130 is hinged to both sides of the cabin 12 disposed on the chassis 13.
The first swing arm 130 includes two first bends 131 disposed to intersect. An avoidance space for avoiding the vehicle head 11 is formed between the two first bent portions 131. When the main cover 110 rotates, the first swing arm 130 is driven to rotate. When the first swing arm 130 is rotated to the position of the vehicle head 11, the first swing arm 130 is prevented from interfering with the vehicle head 11. The first swing arm 130 is bent toward the vehicle head 11 so that the first swing arm 130 forms the avoidance space. Therefore, the vehicle head 11 can be in the avoiding space, and the rotation of the first swing arm 130 is prevented from being hindered, so that the main cover 110 is prevented from being completely rotated and opened.
In other embodiments, the first swing arm 130 may further include three, four, or five, etc. first bends 131. As long as the plurality of first bent portions 131 are connected to each other, an evacuation space for evacuating the vehicle head 11 can be formed. Alternatively, the first swing arm 130 may be linear, or the main cover 110 may be rotatable around the first swing arm 130. Moreover, the first swing arm 130 may be an integrated structure or a spliced structure.
One end of the second swing arm 140 is rotatably provided to the cabin 12, and the other end is rotatably connected to the rear end of the main cover 110. Specifically, the upper and lower ends of the second swing arm 140 are rotatably connected by hinge connections, respectively. The upper end of the second swing arm 140 is hinged to both sides of the main cover 110, and the lower end of the second swing arm 140 is hinged to both sides of the cabin 12 disposed on the chassis 13. The second swing arm 140 includes two second bent portions 141.
Also, in other embodiments, the second swing arm 140 may further include a plurality of second bent portions 141, such as three, four, or five. Alternatively, the second swing arm 140 may be linear, or the main cover 110 may be rotated around the second swing arm 140. Moreover, the second swing arm 140 may be an integrated structure or a spliced structure.
In order to facilitate the hinged connection of the first swing arm 130 and the second swing arm 140 with the two sides of the main cover 110. The main cap 110 is provided at both sides thereof with lugs 111, respectively. The lug 111 is provided with a hinge hole. The first swing arm 130 and the second swing arm 140 are respectively connected to the lug 111 via a pin.
One end of the second swing arm 140 near the main cover 110 is fixedly coupled to the sub cover 120. The second swing arm 140 rotates to drive the auxiliary lid 120 to rotate together, so that the main lid 110 and the auxiliary lid 120 rotate relatively, and the auxiliary lid 120 is opened at a certain angle relative to the main lid 110.
In other embodiments, the second swing arm 140 may further include three, four, or five, etc. second bends 141. Alternatively, the second swing arm 140 may also be linear, and the purpose of driving the main cover 110 to rotate may also be achieved. Moreover, the second swing arm 140 may be an integrated structure or a spliced structure.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the sub-cover 120 of the dumper top cover structure 100 further includes a cross beam 160. A follower rod 170 is fixedly arranged at one end of the second swing arm 140 close to the main cover 110, and the follower rod 170 is detachably connected with the auxiliary cover 120. The follower bar 170 may be a plate, a channel, or the like, and one end of the follower bar may be fixedly connected to the second swing arm 140 by welding or screwing. The other end of the follower rod 170 extends to the cross beam 160, so that the second swing arm 140 can be indirectly connected with the cross beam 160, and the two ends of the cross beam 160 are detachably connected with one end of the second swing arm 140 close to the main cover 110 through the follower rod 170. In this embodiment, the cross beam 160 is detachably connected to the second swing arm 140 by bolts via the follower rods 170 on the left and right sides. The auxiliary cover can be conveniently detached, installed, maintained and repaired.
In other embodiments, the cross beam 160 can also be directly fixedly connected with the follower bar 170 by welding or the like.
The sub cover 120 is connected to the second swing arm 140 through a cross member 160 and a follower lever 170. Specifically, a fixing groove is formed at a side of the sub-cover 120 close to the cross member 160, and the cross member 160 is fastened and fixed in the fixing groove. The cross-beam 160 is rectangular in cross-section. The cross-sectional shape of the cross member 160 is not limited, and the cross member 160 may be limited to the fixing groove.
In other embodiments, the sub-cover 120 may be fixed to the second swing arm 140 by welding, screwing, or the like.
The driving member 150 has one end rotatably connected to the rear end of the car 12 and the other end rotatably connected to the second swing arm 140. Specifically, one end of the driving member 150 is hinged to the second swing arm 140, and the other end of the driving member 150 is hinged to the car 12. The driving member 150 extends and retracts to drive the second swing arm 140 to rotate, and the second swing arm 140 drives the main cover 110 and the auxiliary cover 120 to move, so that the auxiliary cover 120 rotates relative to the main cover 110.
In other embodiments, one end of the driving member 150 may be hinged to the first swing arm 130 instead, and the other end of the driving member 150 is hinged to the car 12. The driving member 150 extends and retracts to drive the first swing arm 130 to rotate, and the first swing arm 130 drives the main cover 110 and the auxiliary cover 120 to move, so that the auxiliary cover 120 rotates relative to the main cover 110. The driving member 150 may be a cylinder or a cylinder.
The rotatable joints of the two ends of the first swing arm 130 and the rotatable joints of the two ends of the second swing arm 140 are located at four vertices of the same parallelogram. Specifically, the upper ends of the first swing arm 130 and the second swing arm 140 are hinged to the left and right sides of the main cover 110, and the lower ends of the first swing arm 130 and the second swing arm 140 are hinged to the two sides of the car 12. The upper and lower hinge point connecting lines of the first swing arm 130 are parallel and equal to the upper and lower hinge point connecting lines of the second swing arm 140, that is, the upper and lower hinge points of the first swing arm 130 and the upper and lower hinge points of the second swing arm 140 enclose together to form a parallelogram. Therefore, when the first swing arm 130 drives the main cover 110 to rotate, the main cover 110 can stably drive the second swing arm 140 to rotate, thereby ensuring that the main cover 110 can stably rotate.
In other embodiments, the lengths of the first swing arm 130 and the second swing arm 140 may also be adjustable, and the first swing arm 130 and the second swing arm 140 may also be a cylinder or an oil cylinder. The object of enabling the stable rotation of the main cover 110 can be also achieved.
Referring to fig. 4, the dumper top cover structure 100 is provided with a guide device 180. The frame of the guiding device 180 facing the car 12 is provided with a guiding surface 181, and the guiding surface 181 is in smooth transition. When the driving member 150 is retracted and the first swing arm 130 and the second swing arm 140 drive the main cover 110 and the auxiliary cover 120 of the dump truck top cover structure 100 to close toward the car 12, the guiding device 180 can guide the main cover 110 and the auxiliary cover 120 to smoothly and accurately move to the top of the car 12. When the dump truck stops on a slope or the carriage 12 inclines, the dump truck top cover structure 100 is prevented from deviating from the top of the carriage 12, the top of the carriage 12 cannot be completely covered, and the sealing performance of the carriage 12 is prevented from being affected.
It is understood that the guide 180 may be a plate, a column, a block, etc. The specific shape of the guide device 180 is not limited herein, as long as it can play a guiding role in the closing process of the dump truck roof structure 100 and the car 12.
Referring to fig. 5, an upper limiting member 112 is installed on a side of the main cover 110, a lower limiting member 132 is installed on the first swing arm 130 or the second swing arm 140, the upper limiting member 112 abuts against the lower limiting member 132, and the driving member 150 is positioned. When the driving member 150 extends to drive the first swing arm 130, the second swing arm 140, the main cover 110 and the auxiliary cover 120 to rotate until the upper limiting member 112 and the lower limiting member 132 abut against each other, it is proved that the opening space of the main cover 110 and the auxiliary cover 120 can meet the loading and unloading requirement, and the driving member 150 stops extending. Moreover, the upper limiting member 112 and the lower limiting member 132 abut against each other, and the center of gravity of the main cover 110 is located on the first swing arm 130, so that the first swing arm 130 can support the weight of the main cover 110. The driving member 150 is prevented from being required to extend and support the weight of the main cover 110 and the sub-cover 120, which is liable to cause damage to the driving member 150. Moreover, if the driving member 150 is damaged and fails, the main cover 110 is located above the cab at this time, so as to prevent the main cover 110 from falling down and hitting the cab, and therefore, the upper limiting member 112 and the lower limiting member 132 can be matched to protect the cab.
In order to increase the strength of the upper and lower limiting members 112, 132, the upper and lower limiting members 112, 132 are reinforced box structures.
In other embodiments, the side of the car 12 may be mounted with a stop device. When the driving member 150 extends and retracts to the right position, the limiting device is abutted against the main cover 110.
Now, the dumper top cover structure 100 is further described with reference to the working process of the dumper top cover structure 100:
when the driving member 150 is extended, the first swing arm 130 or the second swing arm 140 hinged thereto is pushed to rotate around the lower hinge point of the driving member and the car 12 toward the front of the car 12, and the main cover 110 is pushed to move toward the front of the car 12. Meanwhile, the auxiliary lid 120 located behind the main lid 110 is driven by the second swing arm 140 to turn upward around the upper hinge point of the second swing arm 140 toward the front of the main lid 110, and also moves together with the main lid 110 toward the front of the vehicle compartment 12. When the dump truck is lifted to the foremost position, the auxiliary cover 120 can be turned over to the upper side of the main cover 110, and at this time, the upper limiting pieces 112 fixed on the two sides of the main cover 110 are in contact with the lower limiting pieces 132 fixed on the first swing arm 130 or the second swing arm 140, so that the dump truck top cover structure 100 is limited.
When the driving member 150 retracts to return, the first swing arm 130 or the second swing arm 140 hinged with the driving member is pulled to rotate around the lower hinge point with the car 12 towards the rear of the car 12, and the main cover 110 and the auxiliary cover 120 are pushed to move towards the rear of the car 12 together. Meanwhile, the auxiliary lid 120, which has been turned over the main lid 110, is turned downward toward the rear of the main lid 110 around the upper hinge point of the second swing arm 140 under the driving of the second swing arm 140. In addition, the guide device 180 can smoothly return the main cover 110 and the auxiliary cover 120 until the dump truck top cover structure 100 is completely closed to seal the car 12.
Compared with the traditional dumper top cover structure 100, the dumper top cover structure 100 of the embodiment at least has the following advantages:
first, when the dump truck top cover structure 100 is closed, the front edge of the main cover 110 is aligned with the rear side of the front panel of the compartment 12, the rear edge of the main cover 110 is aligned with the front edge of the sub cover 120, and the rear edge of the sub cover 120 is aligned with the front edge of the rear panel of the compartment 12, so that the front and rear double top covers can completely cover and seal the compartment 12.
Secondly, when the driving member 150 works, the main cover 110 is opened to lift forward the carriage 12, and the auxiliary cover 120 is driven by the rear swing arm to turn over the main cover 110 and move forward the carriage 12 together with the main cover 110; when the main cover 110 is lifted to the front side of the front plate of the carriage 12, the auxiliary cover 120 is turned over above the main cover 110, so that the main cover 120 and the auxiliary cover 120 are all positioned at the front side of the front plate of the carriage 12, the space above the carriage 12 at the rear side of the front plate is not covered, and the loading of goods is not influenced.
Moreover, because the dump truck top cover structure 100 is divided into a double top cover structure of the main cover 110 and the auxiliary cover 120, and the main cover 110 is longer and the auxiliary cover 120 is shorter, although the auxiliary cover 120 can be overturned above the main cover 110 in the lifting process, the integral lifting accumulation is not high, so that the unstable gravity center of the whole dump truck cannot be caused when the top cover is lifted, and the requirement on the height direction of the integral working site space of the dump truck cannot be higher.
Thirdly, the integral top cover is divided into a double-top cover structure of the main cover 110 and the auxiliary cover 120, so that the main cover 110 is not overlong, when the double-top cover is lifted to the forefront, the front part of the main cover 110 is not extended forwards to be overlong, the whole length of the dump truck is not overlong, and the requirement on the length direction of the whole working site space of the dump truck is not high.
Furthermore, the auxiliary lid 120 is driven by the second swing arm 140 to lift forward along with the main lid 110 during lifting, so that the main lid 110 can be opened at a certain angle when the car 12 is lifted and unloaded, and the auxiliary lid 120 is higher than the upper end of the car 12 by a certain distance, so that the goods in the car 12 cannot cause any impact damage to the auxiliary lid 120 during unloading.
While the present invention has been described with reference to several exemplary embodiments, it is understood that the terminology used is intended to be in the nature of words of description and illustration, rather than of limitation. As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described embodiments are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
