One side of the sleeve 911 is fixed on the base 6, the slider 912 can slide along the length direction (vertical direction) of the sleeve 911 by means of the elastic force of the first spring 913, the lock block 915 can slide along the length direction (vertical direction) of the slider 912 by means of the elastic force of the second spring 914, the lock block 915 is an actuating element and is a component directly contacted with the lock seat 92, after the lock seat 92 is contacted with the lock block 915, the lock seat 92 can move again to overcome the elastic force of the first spring 913 and the second spring 914, so that the lock block 915 slides upwards, the lock seat 92 moves to the other side of the lock block 915, and the lock block 915 extends downwards under the elastic force of the first spring 913 and the second spring 914, so that the lock seat 92 is locked. Further, since the lever 916 is provided on the side surface of the slider 912, when the lever 916 is manually operated to slide the lock block 915 upward against the elastic forces of the first spring 913 and the second spring 914, the lock of the lock holder 92 is released, and the lock holder 92 is moved outward of the base 6 by the driving force of the ejector mechanism 8, that is, the bracket 7 is rotated outward.
