The first rotary joint 2-6 connected with the first rotary table hanging plate 2-9 is arranged on the first rotary table 2-29, the first rotary joint 2-6 drives the first rotary table hanging plate 2-9 to rotate, the first rotary joint 2-6 is provided with a first anti-rotation mechanism 2-8, the first anti-rotation mechanism 2-8 is fixedly connected to the first rotary table 2-29, the first anti-rotation mechanism 2-8 is detachably connected with the first rotary joint 2-6 through a bolt, and after the first rotary joint 2-6 rotates to a certain angle, the first anti-rotation mechanism 2-8 and the first rotary joint 2-6 are connected through a bolt, so that the first anti-rotation mechanism 2-8 is fixedly connected with the first rotary joint 2-6.
Similarly, a second rotary joint 3-6 connected with the second turntable hanging plate 3-9 is arranged on the second turntable 3-40, the second rotary joint 3-6 drives the second turntable hanging plate 3-9 to rotate, and the second rotary joint 3-6 is provided with a second anti-rotation mechanism 3-8, the second anti-rotation mechanism 3-8 is fixedly connected on the second rotary table 3-29, and the second rotation-proof mechanism 3-8 is detachably connected with the second rotary joint 3-6 through a bolt, when the second rotating joint 3-6 rotates to a certain angle, the second rotation-proof mechanism 8 is connected with the second rotating joint 3-6 through a bolt, so that the second anti-rotation mechanism 3-8 is fixedly connected with the second rotary joint 3-6, and the second rotary joint 3-6 and the second rotary table 3-40 are also provided with transition sleeves 3-7.

Claims (10)

1. A machining hydraulic clamp applied to a steering column comprises a rack (1), wherein a first clamp (2) and a second clamp (3) are arranged on the rack (1); the clamping device is characterized in that a first bridge plate (2-10) is arranged on the first clamp (2), a plurality of first clamping assemblies are arranged on the first bridge plate (2-10), each first clamping assembly comprises a first positioning pin (2-16) and a second positioning pin (2-18) which are oppositely arranged, and a fork-shaped pressing plate (2-22) is arranged between each first positioning pin (2-16) and each second positioning pin (2-18); the second clamp (3) is provided with a second bridge plate (3-10), the second bridge plate (3-10) is provided with a plurality of second clamping assemblies, each second clamping assembly comprises a first vertical pressing block (3-18) and a second vertical pressing block (3-21) which are arranged oppositely, and the second clamping assembly is further provided with a horizontal pressing block (3-16).

The hydraulic clamp for machining applied to a steering column according to claim 1, characterized in that the first clamp (2) comprises a first base plate (2-1), a first rotary table (2-29) and a first tailstock (2-30), the first rotary table (2-29) and the first tailstock (2-30) are oppositely arranged at two ends of the first base plate (2-1), and the first bridge plate (2-10) is rotatably connected between the first rotary table (2-29) and the first tailstock (2-30).

The hydraulic clamp for machining steering columns according to claim 1, characterized in that the first clamping assembly is provided with a linear pull cylinder (2-26) and a first positioning seat (2-13) which are matched with the first positioning pin (2-16), and the first clamping assembly is further provided with a second positioning seat (2-17) which is matched with the second positioning pin (2-18).

The hydraulic clamp for machining of the steering column according to claim 3, wherein the first clamping assembly is provided with a lever cylinder (2-25) matched with the fork-shaped pressing plate (2-22), a first supporting plate (2-19) and a second supporting plate (2-20), the lever cylinder (2-25) is connected with the bottom of the fork-shaped pressing plate (2-22), and the first supporting plate (2-19) and the second supporting plate (2-20) are abutted against the top of the fork-shaped pressing plate (2-22).

The hydraulic clamp for machining steering columns according to claim 1, characterized in that a first tailstock hanging plate (2-12) connected with a first bridge plate (2-10) is arranged on the first tailstock (2-30), a first turntable hanging plate (2-9) connected with the first bridge plate (2-10) is arranged on the first turntable (2-29), and a first dial (2-7) synchronously rotating with the first turntable (2-29) hanging plate is further arranged on the first turntable (2-29).

The hydraulic clamp for machining applied to a steering column according to claim 1, characterized in that the second clamp (3) comprises a second bottom plate (3-1), a second rotary table (3-40) and a second tailstock (3-41), the second rotary table (3-40) and the second tailstock (3-41) are oppositely arranged at two ends of the second bottom plate (3-1), and the second bridge plate (3-10) is rotatably connected between the second rotary table (3-40) and the second tailstock (3-41).

The machining hydraulic clamp applied to the steering column according to claim 1, characterized in that the second clamping assembly is provided with a first oil cylinder (3-32) matched with the first vertical pressing block (3-18), the first vertical pressing block (3-18) is rotatably connected with the first oil cylinder (3-32), similarly, the second clamping assembly is also provided with a second oil cylinder (3-33) matched with the second vertical pressing block (3-21), and the second vertical pressing block (3-21) is rotatably connected with the second oil cylinder (3-33).

The hydraulic clamp for machining steering columns according to claim 6, wherein a second tailstock hanging plate (3-12) connected with a second bridge plate (3-10) is arranged on the second tailstock (3-41), a second turntable hanging plate (3-9) connected with the second bridge plate (3-10) is arranged on the second turntable (3-40), and a second dial (3-39) synchronously rotating with the second turntable (3-40) hanging plate is further arranged on the second turntable (3-40).
