Abstract

一种线路板碱性蚀刻废液的蒸氨回收循环工艺,对碱性蚀刻废液进行加热,收集加热过程中产生的气体,得废液气体;当蚀刻废液加热至有沉淀物析出后,得固液混合物A1;将固液混合物A1与盐酸和/或酸性蚀刻废液混合并调节pH,并将不溶的沉淀物与其他可溶成分分离;得混合溶液A2;将废液气体与二氧化碳混合,生成碳酸铵和/或碳酸氢铵;将碳酸铵和/或碳酸氢铵加入至混合溶液A2并补充蚀刻工艺其他所需的组分,得循环再用蚀刻子液,其处理过程中没有带入对蚀刻不良的外来物质,能循环再用并有效地降低生产成本,同时也解决了传统碱性氯化铜铵蚀刻废液萃取回收工艺中所带出的氨氮污染问题;还公开了一种线路板碱性蚀刻废液的蒸氨回收循环工艺***。
