Currently, there is no solution to enable a playhouse as follows: in the folded condition, occupies little space and may be quickly and easily disassembled and folded while being sufficiently secure and stable to carry and play within the playhouse so that a child may try to disassemble and fold the playhouse by himself.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention relates to a locking clip system for a collapsible playhouse and a collapsible playhouse. The locking clips are dedicated interconnection clips for connecting the wall panels and the bottom panels of the layer modules, for connecting the layer modules to each other and for connecting the top layer to the modules. The floor modules of the toy house are made up of three wall panels and a bottom panel, which panels can be connected to each other by means of locking clips. The locking clips enable the wall and bottom panels of the floor modules of the toy house to be quickly and easily unfolded and folded. In the expanded state, the wall panels and the bottom panel form a securely fixed three-dimensional space that may be coupled to other similar types of expanded toy house layer modules to form a multi-layered toy house. The top module of the toy house is formed by two top wall panels, a bottom panel and a top panel, which may be connected to each other by locking clips. At the same time, in the collapsed state, the playhouse and its modules are almost completely two-dimensional books that do not take up much space during storage.
When unfolded, the locking clips lock the wall and bottom panels of the floor modules of the toy house to one another, and when folded, the locking clips unlock the wall and bottom panels of the modules of the toy house. Similarly, when unfolded, the locking clips lock the top, bottom, and top wall panels of the top floor of the toy house to one another, and when folded, the locking clips unlock the top, bottom, and wall panels of the top floor of the toy house.
The invention provided in this specification enables the wall and bottom panels of the floor modules of a toy house and the various modules of the toy house, including the top module, to be quickly and securely locked and secured to each other. The locking clip enables storage of the modules of the playhouse in a disassembled state stacked on one another.

Detailed Description
The present invention is based on a locking clip system consisting of a front locking clip system 1 and a rear locking clip system 2 for a collapsible playhouse, as shown in figures 1, 2A-2C, 9, 10A-10C. The front locking clip system 1 comprises a front side clip 3 according to fig. 3, 4, 5B and a front base clip 4 according to fig. 6, 7, 8B. The front side clips and the front base clips may be connected to each other and may also be connected to the wall panels 5 (see fig. 17), the bottom panel 6 (see fig. 17, 20) and the top wall panel 7 (see fig. 20) of the modules of the toy house. The rear locking clip system comprises a rear side clip 8 according to fig. 11, 12, 13B and a rear base clip 9 according to fig. 14, 15, 16B. The rear side clips and the rear base clips may be connected to each other and also to the wall panels 4 (see fig. 17), the bottom panel 5 (see fig. 17, 20) and the wall panel 7 (see fig. 20) of the top layer of the modules of the toy house.
The front side clamp 3 is constituted by a vertical U-shaped part 10, the bottom side of which has a T-shaped tongue 11. The T-tongue 11 has a stopper 12 at least one end for preventing the front-side clip 3 from sliding. The wall panels 5 and 7 of the top course of the toy house are attached to vertical U-shaped members 10 and T-shaped tongues 11 are attached to grooves 12 of the front base clips 4.
The rear side clamp 8 is constituted by a vertical U-shaped part 13, the bottom side of which vertical U-shaped part 13 has a T-shaped tongue 14. The T-tongue 14 of the rear side clip 8 is shorter than the T-tongue 11 of the front side clip. The wall panels 5 and 7 of the top course of the toy house are attached to the vertical U-shaped members 13 and the T-shaped tongues 14 are attached to the grooves 15 of the rear base clips 9. Unlike the tongues of the front side clips, the tongues 14 of the rear side clips 8 have no blocking portion.
The front base clip 4 is formed by a horizontal U-shaped part 16, the sides of which horizontal U-shaped part 16 have two grooves 12 and 17 positioned perpendicular to each other. The bottom panel 6 of the toy house is attached to the horizontal U-shaped member 16. With respect to those mutually positioned grooves, the T-shaped tongue 11 of the front side clip 3 is attached to the upper groove 12 and the upper edge of the wall panel 5 of the module of the toy house is attached to the lower groove 16.
The rear base clip 9 is formed by a horizontal U-shaped part 18, the sides of which horizontal U-shaped part 18 have two U-shaped recesses 15 and 19 positioned perpendicular to each other. The bottom panel 6 of the toy house is attached to the horizontal U-shaped member 18. With respect to those U-shaped grooves which are mutually positioned, the T-shaped tongues 14 of the rear side clips 8 are attached to the upper grooves 15 and the upper edges of the wall panels 5 of the modules of the toy house are attached to the lower grooves 19.
The side clamps 3, 8 and the base clamps 4, 9 may be fixed to the wall panel 5, the base panel 6 and the top layer wall panel 7, respectively, by fastening means (which may be, for example, adhesive, rivets), whereas holes 20 are arranged in the horizontal parts 16, 18 and the vertical U-shaped parts 10, 13, if rivets are used.
The horizontal U-shaped members 16, 18 of the base clips 4, 9 having the holes 12 for riveting enable the base clips 4, 9 to be mounted and riveted to the bottom panel 6 of the toy house; the bottom panel 6 is positioned between the horizontal U-shaped members 16, 18 of the base clips 4, 9 and is attached to the base clips 4, 9 by a hole 20 through the base clips and by a rivet connection through the bottom panel 6.
The T-shaped grooves 12, 15 of the base clips 4, 9 are intended for locking the side clips 3, 8 by means of the T-shaped tongues 11, 14. To facilitate the insertion of the tongues 11, 14 into the grooves 12, 15, the front ends of the tongues 11, 14 have an orientation 21.
The lower part of the base clips 4, 9 with the U-shaped members 16, 18 is intended to be based on the bottom panel 6 or the floor as well as the edges of the wall panels 5 of the modules of the toy house, so that the modules of the toy house can be stably mounted to each other; directly based on the bottom module of the toy house, this minimizes wave motion and helps to keep the wall panels 5 of the bottom module and the wall panels 7 of the top layer of the toy house straight so that the center of gravity of the upper module of the toy house does not crack or bend the wall panels 5 of the bottom module of the toy house. One layer kit, including the top layer kit, includes four base clips 4, 9 at the side edges of the bottom panel 6, 2 front base clips and 2 rear base clips; such that the modules of the top-mounted playhouse remain compact and the modules of the playhouse themselves are stable relative to each other while being easily disassembled.
The purpose of the side clips 3, 8 is to lock the wall panels 5 of the modules of the toy house so that they do not move side to side and up and down.
There are 4 side clips in the kit, two front side clips and two rear side clips, which are attached to the base clips 4, 9 to lock the deployed modules of the playhouse. The side clamps 3, 8 can be locked in the base clamps 4, 9 by pressing on the base clamps (from top to bottom, or by pulling by their grooves 12, 15). To deactivate, the side clips 3, 8 are pulled out of the grooves 12, 15 (bottom to top, or by sliding out of the grooves 12, 15). The locking portion of the front side clip 3 pressed or pulled into the base clip 4 has a stopper 12 at one end or a thicker member that prevents the front side clip 3 from slipping out of the groove 12.
The front-rear clamp system 1 provided by the present invention can be assembled and disassembled quickly; the clips 3 and 4, and the clips 8 and 9, respectively, may be fixed to each other, and these clips may be firmly attached to the cardboard used as material for the layer module and the top layer module.
The modules of the collapsible playhouse depicted in fig. 17-23 include a layer module made up of four components: two side wall panels 5, a bottom panel 6 and a rear wall panel 5. The top level module as depicted in fig. 20-24A, 24B, 24C is also made up of four components: two top wall panels 7, a top panel 25, a bottom panel 6. In order to fold up and unfold the module, there is a hinge 22 between the wall panels of the side and the wall panels of the rear (respectively for the top layer, between the top layer wall panels and the top panel). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, for the hinge, the edges of the wall panels of the side parts are on the wall panel of the rear part (and correspondingly for the top layer, the edges of the wall panel of the top layer are on the top panel) so as to have a covering 23, which makes it possible to attach the wall panels of the side parts to the wall panel of the rear part of the module of the toy house (and correspondingly for the top layer, the wall panel of the top layer to the top panel) by means of adhesive or rivets. The cover of the wall panel 5 of the side part (cover of the top panel, respectively, for the top layer) provides the load-bearing strength for the layer module or the top layer module. The cover 23 of the wall panel of the side part (respectively for the top layer, the cover of the top layer wall panel) is riveted or glued to the wall panel 5 of the rear part (respectively for the top layer, riveted or glued to the top panel), thereby doubling the corner thickness of the module of the toy house and providing significant strength and stability to the construction of the module of the toy house as a whole; the resulting connection makes it possible to fold up and unfold the side wall panels (respectively the top wall panel for the top layer).
The bottom panel 6 and the rear wall panel 5 (respectively the top panel 25 for the top layer) are one piece with the two-part hinge 5a of the bottom panel between them. At the front edge of the attached edge-located front edge of the rear-facing wall panel 5 of the bottom panel 6 (respectively the top panel 25 for the top layer) there is an angled front strip 24. The reinforcement of the angled front strap 24 helps prevent the bottom panel 6 of the modules of the toy house from undulation and provides significant strength and rigidity thereto. In addition, the angled front strip 24 protects the wall panels 5 of the modules of the toy house (respectively for the top floor, the wall panels 7 of the top floor) in the folded state of the toy house. The angled front strap portion 24 gives the assembled module a consistent impression each time it is assembled-the module becomes a small box, reminiscent of a book.
The hinge 5a of the bottom panel between the bottom panel 6 and the wall panel of the rear part (top panel 25, respectively for the top layer) provides sufficient flexibility for the module of the toy house to move forwards, backwards and also downwards, which is necessary for connecting the locking clips 3 and 8, so that the base clips 4, 9 can lock with the side clips 3, 8 of the side wall panels 5 (top wall panel 7, respectively for the top layer) and thus fix the module in its unfolded state. In addition, the narrow space formed by the two-part hinge 5a of the bottom panel makes it possible to hide the side wall panels 5 (respectively the top layer, the top layer wall panel 7) when folding the module up, with the side clips 3, 8 between the rear wall panel 5 (respectively the top layer, the top panel 25) and the bottom panel 6. In this way, the folded modules of the playhouse are thin enough to be placed (like a book) in, for example, a rack.
On both edges of the wall panels 5 of both side parts of the module of the collapsible toy house (respectively for the top layer, the wall panel 7 of the top layer), there are two side clips 3, 8, and on both opposite edges of the bottom panel 6 there are two base clips 4, 9. The side clips 3, 8 and base clips 4, 9 may be locked to each other to form a dimensional module of the playhouse in its expanded state, as shown in fig. 23.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the wall panels 5 (respectively for the top layer, the wall panels 7 and the top panel 25 of the top layer) and the bottom panel 6 of the collapsible toy house are made of cardboard.
The modules of the playhouse described in the present invention may be folded up and unfolded conveniently and quickly (about 10-30 seconds), with the folded module of the playhouse having sufficient space to accommodate the locking clips 3, 8 and 4, 9 and, like a book or file box, having a so-called "back panel" for providing information about the contents of the module of the playhouse.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the module of the playhouse includes eight locking clips: four base clips 4, 9 attached to the edges of the bottom panel 6 and four side clips 3, 8 attached to the wall panels 5 of the modules of the toy house (respectively for the top layer, to the wall panels 7 of the top layer).
Locking clip for use
By moving smoothly out of the groove (bottom to top) or by sliding out of the groove (back to front), both clips, i.e. the base clip 4, 9 and the side clips 3, 8, are deactivated:
1. the side wall panels 5 (respectively for the top layer, the top wall panel 7) are opened and placed to the rear wall panel 5 (respectively for the top layer, the top panel 25) -the first action.
2. The second wall panel 5 (respectively for the top layer, the wall panel 7 of the top layer) is opened and placed to the wall panel 5 of the rear part (respectively for the top layer, the top panel 25) -the second action.
3. The bottom panel 6 is turned over against the rear wall panel 5 (and correspondingly against the top panel 25 for the top layer), so that the modules of the toy house are folded-a third action.
