Description

Cosmetic container
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container which prevents adhesion of cosmetics to an applicator stored in the container when not in use, facilitates control of the amount of cosmetics applied, and further prevents clogging of a mesh attached to a cosmetic passage hole.
Background
Conventionally, powder cosmetic containers are generally flat bottomed dish type containers such as jar containers, and there are containers having a structure in which an upper surface of a cosmetic to be filled is covered with an intermediate lid in the form of a flat cap having a hole, and containers having a structure in which an opening of a container is covered with a stretchable net, and the cosmetic is applied to the skin or the like through the hole or the net to the intermediate lid using a disk-shaped puff.
In such a powder cosmetic container, the cosmetic tends to stick to an application body such as a puff too much particularly at the time of initial use, and spread over the outer surface of the container, hands, clothes, etc., to scatter and soil them. On the other hand, in the course of repeated use, the cosmetic is pressed against the application body from above the cap several times, and the cosmetic gradually lumps (solidifies), and it is difficult to take the cosmetic onto the application body, and it is not possible to use the cosmetic until the end, and it is difficult to obtain a feeling of use expected for the powder cosmetic, and a new powder cosmetic container free from such drawbacks has been desired.
The present applicant has made various studies on improvements of powder cosmetic containers, and has developed a powder cosmetic container in which a cylindrical body is provided in a container body, a cosmetic passage hole through which a powder cosmetic can pass is provided in the cylindrical body, and an application body can be accommodated in the cylindrical body (patent document 1).
In such a cosmetic container, the powdery cosmetic in the container body is introduced into the cylinder body through the cosmetic passage hole as needed and is adhered to the application body, so that the powdery cosmetic does not cake until the end, and an excellent effect is achieved in that the powdery cosmetic can be applied by a light touch, but the following problems are also involved.
That is, in this cosmetic container, the cosmetic passage hole of the cylindrical body attached to the container body is normally opened, and there is a risk that the powdery cosmetic in the container body enters the cylindrical body even when not in use.
Therefore, the cosmetic that has entered the cylinder when not in use may adhere to the application body, and as a result, a cosmetic that is more than necessary adheres to the application body when in use, and it may be difficult to control the amount of cosmetic applied.
In addition, many powder cosmetics are used after applying a foundation liquid or the like at the time of makeup setting, and when the powder cosmetics are used, the cosmetics on the face sometimes migrate to the application body, and if the powder cosmetics are directly stored in the cylindrical body, the cosmetics adhering to the application body migrate to the mesh attached to the passage hole, and sometimes adhere to the mesh and cause clogging. As a result, the passage of the cosmetic is hindered, the cosmetic cannot be introduced into the barrel, and the powder cosmetic cannot be used to the end, or it is difficult to obtain a feeling of use expected for the powder cosmetic with a light touch.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container which overcomes such drawbacks of conventional powder cosmetic containers, enables application of a powder cosmetic by a light touch until the end, prevents adhesion of the cosmetic to an application body when not in use, facilitates control of the amount of cosmetic applied, and further prevents clogging due to adhesion of the cosmetic to meshes of cosmetic passage holes.
Means for solving the problems
The present invention solves the above problems, and provides a cosmetic container comprising: a container body having an opening; an inner container mounted inside the container body in such a manner that a space capable of accommodating cosmetics is formed between the inner container and the container body; an inner plug which is provided inside the inner container so as to have a double structure with the inner container, is rotatably attached to the inner container within a predetermined range, and can accommodate the application body therein; and a lid body capable of sealing the opening of the inner plug, wherein the inner container and a part of the body of the inner plug are respectively provided with a cosmetic passing hole, and the relative position of the cosmetic passing hole changes with the rotation of the inner plug, thereby opening and closing the cosmetic passing hole.
In the cosmetic container according to the present invention, a mesh having elasticity is attached to the cosmetic passage hole of the inner container.
In addition, the cosmetic container of the present invention is characterized in that the cosmetic passage hole is formed in a curved surface.
In the cosmetic container according to the present invention, the inner plug and the lid body each include a locking protrusion, and the locking protrusions are formed to be locked to each other when the lid body is opened and closed, and have a height and a shape such that the locking can be released by applying a force of a predetermined magnitude or more when the lid body is opened and closed.
Effects of the invention
In the cosmetic container according to the present invention, the relative positions of the cosmetic passage holes of the inner container and the inner plug are changed by the rotation of the inner plug, whereby the cosmetic passage holes are opened and closed. Therefore, the cosmetic does not enter the inner plug when not in use, the cosmetic can be prevented from being accidentally attached to the application body, and the application amount of the cosmetic can be easily controlled when in use.
In the cosmetic container according to the present invention, the cosmetic container having the mesh attached to the cosmetic passage hole does not risk the cosmetic adhered to the application body during use to migrate to the mesh during storage, and can prevent clogging of the mesh in advance.
In the cosmetic container according to the present invention, the opening edge of the cosmetic passage hole of the inner plug of the cosmetic container to which the stretchable mesh is attached moves so as to rub the mesh from the inside with the rotation of the inner plug, and therefore the cosmetic adhering to the mesh can be scraped off, and clogging of the mesh can be prevented.
In the cosmetic container according to the present invention, the inner plug and the lid body are provided with the locking projections that can be locked to each other, and the inner plug is rotated in conjunction with the opening and closing of the lid body, so that the opening and closing of the cosmetic passage hole can be performed only by opening and closing the lid body. This can save labor for rotating the inside plug.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the cosmetic container according to the present invention will be described specifically with reference to the drawings. Further, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments in any way.
The cosmetic container of the present invention includes: a container body 1 having an opening 11 at an upper portion thereof; an inner container 2 mounted inside the container body 1 so as to form a space capable of containing cosmetics between the container body 1 and the inner container; an inner plug 3 which has a double structure with the inner container 2 inside the inner container 2, is rotatably attached to the inner container 2 within a predetermined range, and can accommodate the applicator 5 therein; and a lid body 4 capable of sealing the opening 31 of the inside plug 3. Hereinafter, each component will be described in detail.
The container body 1 is formed in a substantially pot shape having an opening 11 at an upper portion thereof, and includes a body 12 in which cosmetics are accommodated, and a neck portion 13 annularly and vertically provided from an upper end of the body 12. The main body 12 of the present embodiment has a larger diameter on the neck portion 13 side than on the bottom portion side and bulges so as to have the largest diameter at the middle portion thereof, but if the annular neck portion 13 is provided at the upper portion and the cosmetics and the inner container 2 can be stored therein, the shape is not limited to this, and for example, a cylindrical shape, a spherical shape, a polygonal columnar shape, a truncated cone shape, or the like may be used.
A recess 131 is provided in a recessed manner on the inner peripheral surface of the neck portion 13 as a fixing means for the inner container 2 described later. The recess 131 is provided in a manner to be substantially thin-walled from the upper end of the neck portion 13 compared to the other neck portion 13 portions. The recesses 131 of the present embodiment are provided four at the same interval in the circumferential direction of the neck portion 13. The number of the concave portions 131 is arbitrary, and one may be provided, but preferably a plurality of concave portions are provided.
Further, a ridge 132 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 13 as a locking means for the inside plug 3 described later. The ridge 132 protrudes annularly in the circumferential direction of the neck portion 13, and is formed so as to be insertable into the groove portion 342 of the inside plug 3 at a position corresponding to the groove portion 342 when the inside plug 3 is attached to the container body 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inner container 2 includes a main body 22 having an opening 21 at an upper portion thereof and including a substantially cylindrical trunk portion and a substantially hemispherical bottom portion, and a neck portion 23 annularly and vertically provided from an upper end of the main body 22, and a flange portion 233 horizontally protruding outward is provided at an upper end of the neck portion 23. The body 22 forms a space capable of containing the cosmetic between itself and the body 12 of the container body 1 when attached to the container body 1, and is formed in a shape and size capable of containing the body 32 of the inside plug 3 inside thereof, and rotating the inside plug 3 in the circumferential direction inside the body 22. Specifically, at least the main body 22 has a perfect circle in its horizontal cross-sectional shape, such as a spherical shape, a cylindrical shape, an inverted conical shape, or an inverted truncated conical shape. The neck portion 23 is formed so that the neck portion 13 of the container body 1 can be fitted.
The main body 22 is provided with a cosmetic passage hole 24 for introducing the cosmetic in the container body 1 into the inner container 2. The cosmetic passage hole 24 of the present embodiment is provided as a substantially circular opening from one side surface (front surface side in fig. 2) of the body 22 toward the bottom. Further, in the cosmetic passage holes 24, as in the present embodiment, the mesh 25 may be attached to the edge portion so as to close the openings.
Although only one cosmetic passage hole 24 is provided in the present embodiment, the number is not limited thereto, and a plurality of cosmetic passage holes may be provided. The position of the cosmetic passage hole 24 is not limited as long as the cosmetic can be introduced into the inner container 2 through the cosmetic passage hole 24, but in the present embodiment, the body 22 is preferably provided from the side surface toward the bottom when it is substantially spherical, the bottom surface when the body 22 is shallow, the side surface when it is conical, and the cylindrical bottom surface when it is conical. In particular, the cosmetic passage holes 24 are preferably formed in a curved surface, and for example, if they are formed in a curved surface such as a side surface or a bottom portion of a substantially spherical body, a side surface of an inverted conical or inverted truncated conical body, or a side surface of a cylindrical body, it is preferable that a scraping effect of a cosmetic attached to the mesh 25 described later can be obtained.
The shape and area of the cosmetic passage hole 24 are not limited if they are shapes and areas that do not interfere with the introduction of the cosmetic into the inner container 2, but in the present embodiment, when the application portion 51 of the application body 5 used is a bristle ball shape or a three-dimensional small piece, the application portion 51 can be pushed against the mesh 25 to attach the cosmetic so as to protrude from the cosmetic passage hole 24 toward the inside of the container body 1 by the elasticity of the mesh 25. Therefore, it is preferable to form one cosmetic passing hole 24 having an opening diameter and an opening shape through which such an applying portion 51 can pass. Further, in the case where the applying part 51 is a flat pad or puff, it is not necessary to protrude toward the inside of the container body 1 through the cosmetic passing hole 24, and thus it is preferable to provide a plurality of passing holes having a smaller diameter than the pad or puff.
Although the mesh 25 is attached to the cosmetic passage hole 24 in the present embodiment, the cosmetic passage hole 24 itself may be formed in a mesh shape. That is, the cosmetic passing holes 24 may be formed in a mesh shape so as to be formed by an aggregate of a plurality of fine holes, and in this case, the diameter of one hole may be sufficient to allow the cosmetic to pass therethrough. As described above, by attaching the mesh 25 to the cosmetic passage hole 24 or forming the cosmetic passage hole 24 itself in a mesh shape, the cosmetic can be appropriately attached to the application section 51 at the time of use.
The material of the mesh 25 attached to the cosmetic passage hole 24 is preferably elastic. Examples of the fibers include fibers such as polyester, polyurethane, nylon, rayon (rayon), polyolefin, cellulose, and silk, blended fibers thereof, and nonwoven fabrics thereof, and among these, blended fibers of polyester and polyurethane are preferable.
Further, a convex portion 231 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 23 as a fixing means for the container body 1. The convex portion 231 is provided at a position corresponding to the concave portion 131 of the container body 1 when the inner container 2 is attached to the container body 1, and is formed into a substantially rectangular shape that can be inserted into the concave portion 131. In the present embodiment, four are provided at the same interval in the circumferential direction of the neck portion 23. The number of the convex portions 231 is arbitrary, and one may be used, but it is preferable that the number of the convex portions is the same as that of the concave portions 131.
Further, a guide groove 232 into which a projection 321 of the inside plug 3 described later can be inserted is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the neck portion 23. The guide groove 232 is formed to be thinner than the other neck portion 23 at a predetermined height from the upper end of the neck portion 23, and is formed within a predetermined range in the circumferential direction of the neck portion 23. Although in the present embodiment, the inner peripheral surface is provided at substantially the right half of the neck portion 23, the position (circumferential direction) of the arrangement thereof is arbitrary, and the range of the arrangement (circumferential direction) is preferably a range corresponding to the rotational range before the inner plug 3 opens and closes the cosmetic passage opening 24 of the inner container 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the inside plug 3 includes a body 32 having an opening 31 at an upper portion thereof, and including a substantially cylindrical body portion and a substantially hemispherical bottom portion, a flange 33 horizontally protruding outward from an upper end of the body 32, and a peripheral wall 34 depending from an outer peripheral edge of the flange 33. The main body 32 is formed in a shape substantially similar to the main body 22 so as to have a double structure that does not form a space more than necessary between itself and the main body 22 of the inner container 2 when attached to the inner container 2, and is formed so as to have a play of a degree that can rotate in the circumferential direction in the attached state. The body 32 has a shape substantially similar to that of the body 22, and is not limited in shape if it can be rotated in the circumferential direction, but forms a perfect circle in its horizontal cross-sectional shape at least like a sphere, a cylinder, an inverted cone, and an inverted truncated cone.
The body 32 is provided with a cosmetic passage hole 35. The cosmetic passage hole 35 is formed at a position corresponding to the cosmetic passage hole 24 of the inner container 2 when the inner plug 3 is in the open state. In the present embodiment, one cosmetic passage hole 35 is provided as a substantially circular opening from one side surface (front surface side in fig. 3) of the body 32 toward the bottom.
Although only one cosmetic passing hole 35 is provided in the present embodiment, the number is not limited thereto, and a plurality may be provided, and although more or less than the cosmetic passing holes 24 may be provided, it is preferable to provide the same number as the cosmetic passing holes 24. Although the cosmetic passage hole 35 is preferably provided in substantially the same area and shape as the cosmetic passage hole 24 provided at the corresponding position, in the case where a plurality of cosmetic passage holes 24 are provided, it is also possible to employ, for example, one cosmetic passage hole 35 capable of covering the entire area where these plurality of cosmetic passage holes 24 are provided. On the contrary, in the case where one cosmetic passing hole 24 is provided as in the present embodiment, a plurality of cosmetic passing holes 35 may be provided in the region covered by the cosmetic passing hole 24. In addition, as in the present embodiment, when the application section 51 of the application body 5 to be used is in the shape of a bristle ball or a three-dimensional small piece, it is preferable to form one cosmetic passage hole 35 having an opening diameter through which the application section 51 of the application body 5 can pass. The cosmetic passage holes 35 are preferably formed in a curved surface, for example, if they are formed in a curved surface such as a side surface or a bottom portion of a substantially spherical body, a side surface of an inverted conical or truncated conical body, or a side surface of a cylindrical body, it is preferable that a scraping effect of a cosmetic attached to the mesh 25 described later can be obtained.
A threaded portion 341 into which a threaded portion 421 of the lid body 4 described later can be screwed is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 34, and an annular groove portion 342 into which the convex strip portion 132 provided on the neck portion 13 of the container body 1 can be fitted is provided in a recessed manner on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 34.
In the inside plug 3 of the present embodiment, a locking protrusion 331 engageable with a locking protrusion 411 of a lid body 4 described later is provided on the upper surface of the flange 33. The locking projection 331 of the present embodiment is provided with two opposing positions (right and left in fig. 3 (b)) of the flange 33, has a protruding height capable of locking with the locking projection 411 of the lid 4 when the lid 4 is opened and closed, and is formed in a shape capable of releasing the locking by applying a force of a predetermined amount or more when the lid is opened and closed. The locking between the locking projection 331 and the locking projection 411 is released by pushing the abutting side surfaces of both the projections to allow the locking projection 411 to pass over the locking projection 331. Therefore, the side surface of the locking projection 331 may be tapered so that the locking projection 411 easily gets over the locking projection 331.
Further, an annular O-ring 36 may be attached to the outer peripheral surface of the body 32 as in the present embodiment. Such an O-ring is formed of an elastic member such as rubber, and when the plug 3 rotates in the inner container 2, it slides against the inner peripheral surface of the body 22 to generate a suitable rotational resistance.
A convex portion 321 into which the guide groove 232 of the inner container 2 can be inserted is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the main body 32 in the vicinity of the upper end portion thereof. Such a protrusion 321 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape extending downward from the flange 33, and is formed at a height to be accommodated in the guide groove 232. In the present embodiment, one of the main bodies 32 is provided on the back surface side thereof, but the position thereof is not limited thereto.
The shape and attachment/detachment method of the cap 4 of the present invention are not particularly limited if it can seal the opening 31 of the inside plug 3, and the cap may be screwed to the screw portion 341 of the inside plug 3 and may have a space in which a part of the applicator 5 can be accommodated, as in the present embodiment. In the lid body 4 of the present embodiment, a threaded portion 421 that can be screwed into the threaded portion 341 of the inside plug 3 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 42 that depends from the peripheral edge portion of the top wall 41, and the shaft portion 52 of the applicator 5, which will be described later, can be accommodated in the cylindrical portion 43 that is provided upright from the top wall 41.
The lid 4 of the present embodiment is provided with a locking protrusion 411 that can be locked to the locking protrusion 331 of the flange 33 of the inside plug 3 on the back surface of the top wall 41. The locking protrusion 411 is formed at a position where it can abut against the locking protrusion 331 of the inside plug 3 when the lid 4 is opened and closed, at a height where it can be locked to the locking protrusion 331, and at a height and shape where the locking can be released by applying a force of a predetermined amount or more when the lid is opened and closed. Further, the locking between the locking projection 331 and the locking projection 411 is released by pushing the abutting side surfaces of both the projections to a certain degree or more, and the locking projection 411 gets over the locking projection 331. Therefore, the side surface of the locking protrusion 411 may be tapered so that the locking protrusion 411 easily gets over the locking protrusion 331.
The type, shape, and the like of the application body 5 used in the cosmetic container of the present invention are not particularly limited, and as shown in fig. 1, an application body in which the application part 51 is provided at the tip of the shaft part 52, a puff type constituted only by the application body, and a sewn puff, a fluffed puff, a sponge, a brush, and the like can be used as the application body 51.
Fig. 4 is a sectional view of the cosmetic container of the present invention in an assembled state. As shown, the inner container 2 is mounted inside the container body 1. The inner container 2 is inserted from the opening 11 of the container body 1, the flange part 233 of the inner container 2 is caught at the upper end of the neck part 13 of the container body 1, and the convex part 231 is inserted into the concave part 131 of the container body 1, whereby the inner container 2 is mounted in a state where the rotation relative to the container body 1 is restricted.
An inner plug 3 is also mounted inside the inner container 2. The inner plug 3 is inserted from the opening 21 of the inner container 2, the flange 33 of the inner plug 3 is placed on the flange portion 233 of the inner container 2, and the ridge portion 132 of the container body 1 is fitted into the groove portion 342 of the inner circumferential surface of the circumferential wall 34, so that the inner plug 3 is attached rotatably with respect to the container body 1.
The convex portion 321 of the inner plug 3 is inserted into the guide groove 232 of the inner container 2, and the inner plug 3 can be rotated within a range in which the convex portion 321 can move in such a guide groove 232. Since the angle of the plug 3 that can be rotated is limited by the range of the projection 321 that can be moved in this manner, the range is limited to about 180 degrees clockwise from the state in which the opening 35 of the plug 3 faces the front in the present embodiment.
The lid body 4 is openably and closably attached by screwing the screw portion 421 to the screw portion 341 of the inside plug 3 to seal the opening 31 of the inside plug 3. Although not shown in fig. 4, the applicator 5 is also housed in the plug 3. The applicator 5 may be completely housed in the inside plug 3, but a part of the applicator 5 may be housed in a part of the lid 4. Specifically, as in the present embodiment, the cylindrical portion 43 may be provided at the upper portion of the lid body 4, and the shaft portion 52, which is a part of the application body 5, may be accommodated in a space inside such cylindrical portion 43. By housing the shaft portion 52 in the lid body 4 in this manner, the cosmetic can be prevented from adhering to the shaft portion 52.
Fig. 5 is a view schematically showing the relative positional relationship of the projection 321, the cosmetic passage hole 24, and the cosmetic passage hole 35 in a series of states from the open state to the closed state of the cosmetic passage hole 24. In the figure, mesh 25 is omitted for easier understanding. First, the convex portion 321 of the inner plug 3 is located on the rearmost side of the guide groove 232 (the back side of the inner container 2), and the relative positions of the cosmetic passage hole 35 of the inner plug 3 and the cosmetic passage hole 24 of the inner container 2 are matched in a state where the inner plug 3 cannot be further rotated counterclockwise with respect to the inner container 2 (fig. 5 a). In this state, the cosmetic passage hole 24 and the cosmetic passage hole 35 communicate with each other, and are fully opened.
Furthermore, in order to transition from such an open state to a closed state, the inner plug 3 is rotated clockwise relative to the inner container 2. Fig. 5b shows a state in the middle of the rotation. In this state, the relative positions of the cosmetic passage hole 24 and the cosmetic passage hole 35 change, and only a portion on the left side of the cosmetic passage hole 24 is in communication with and opened. Then, the inner plug 3 is further rotated clockwise with respect to the inner container 2, and the convex portion 321 is moved to a position where further rotation is not possible, so that the convex portion 321 is positioned at the forefront side of the guide groove 232 (front side of the inner container 2). At this time, since the cosmetic passage hole 35 of the inner plug 3 is located on the opposite side of the main body 22 from the cosmetic passage hole 24 of the inner container 2, the cosmetic passage hole 24 is closed by the main body of the inner plug 3, and the state where the cosmetic passage hole 35 is closed by the main body 22 of the inner container 2 is a closed state in which the cosmetic cannot pass.
Further, a mechanism for scraping off the cosmetic adhered to the mesh 25 with the rotation of the inner plug 3 will be described with reference to fig. 7. In the present embodiment, when the cosmetic passage holes 24 and 35 are formed in a curved surface, the opening edge 351 of the cosmetic passage hole 35 moves along the same trajectory X as the curvature of the curved surface of the body 32 as the inside plug 3 rotates in the closing direction. On the other hand, when the mesh 25 attached to the cosmetic passage hole 24 is a material having elasticity in particular, it is held by the tension thereof at a position inside the trajectory X of the opening edge 351. Thus, the opening edge 351 moving along the trajectory X moves so as to rub the mesh 25 from the inside with the rotation of the inner plug 3 in the closing direction, and therefore, an effect of scraping off the cosmetic adhered to the mesh 25 can be obtained.
The mechanism for rotating the inside plug 3 in conjunction with the opening and closing of the lid 4 is as follows. First, the lid body 4 is screwed clockwise to the screw portion 341 of the inside plug 3 to close, and the back surface of the top wall 41 of the lid body 4 and the flange 33 of the inside plug 3 approach each other just before the screwing is substantially completed. Then, the locking projection 411 on the back surface of the top wall 41 abuts on one of the locking projections 331 of the two existing inside plugs 3. At this time, since the locking projection 411 abuts on the locking projection 331 from the traveling direction side, when the lid body 4 is further rotated in this state, the locking projection 411 pushes the locking projection 331 in the rotation direction of the lid body 4, and the inside plug 3 also rotates in the same direction. The positional relationship of the locking protrusion 411 with respect to the locking protrusion 331 at this time is shown by the solid line in fig. 6 (a).
Further, as described above, since the rotation range of the inside plug 3 is limited by the movement range of the convex portion 321 due to the limitation of the guide groove 232, if the convex portion 321 reaches the end of the guide groove 232, the inside plug 3 does not rotate any further but stops. In this state, if a rotational force is further applied clockwise to the lid 4, the abutting surfaces of the locking protrusion 411 and the locking protrusion 341 are pressed, the locking of both is released, and the locking protrusion 411 moves to the opposite side beyond the locking protrusion 331. The positional relationship of the locking protrusion 411 to the locking protrusion 341 at this time is shown by the broken line in fig. 6 (a). Thus, even if the lid body 4 is further rotated clockwise, the inner plug 3 does not rotate in conjunction with the rotation, and the lid body 4 is completely attached in this state.
On the contrary, when the lid 4 is rotated counterclockwise relative to the screw portion 352 of the inside plug 3 to be opened, as described above, the locking protrusion 411 that moves to the opposite side while passing over the locking protrusion 331 when the lid 4 is closed abuts on the locking protrusion 331 from the counterclockwise traveling direction side. Thus, if the lid 4 is rotated, the locking projection 411 pushes the locking projection 331 in the rotational direction of the lid 4, and the inside plug 3 is also rotated. The positional relationship of the locking protrusion 411 with respect to the locking protrusion 331 at this time is shown by the solid line in fig. 6 (b).
In the case where the inside plug 3 is rotated counterclockwise, since the rotation range of the inside plug 3 is limited by the movement range of the protrusion 321 due to the limitation of the guide groove 232, if the protrusion 321 reaches the end of the guide groove 232, the inside plug 3 is not further rotated but stopped. In this state, if a further counterclockwise rotational force is applied to the cover 4, the abutting surfaces of the locking protrusion 411 and the locking protrusion 341 are pressed, the locking of both is released, and the locking protrusion 411 moves to the opposite side beyond the locking protrusion 341. The positional relationship of the locking protrusion 411 with respect to the locking protrusion 331 at this time is shown by the broken line in fig. 6 (b). Thus, even if the lid body 4 is further rotated counterclockwise, the inside plug 3 does not rotate in conjunction therewith, and in this state, only the lid body 4 is rotated counterclockwise, and the removal of the lid body 4 is completed.
In the present embodiment, the inside plug 3 is provided so as to rotate in conjunction with the rotation of the lid 4, but the lid 4 and the inside plug 3 are not necessarily in conjunction, and the inside plug 3 and the lid 4 may be rotated independently of each other. In this case, the lid 4 may be first detached, the container body 1 may be held by one hand, and a part of the inside plug 3 (for example, the peripheral wall 35) may be held by fingers, and the inside plug 3 may be rotated.
Hereinafter, a method of using the cosmetic container of the present invention will be described. First, the lid body 4 is rotated counterclockwise to disengage the screw engagement with the screw portion 341 of the inside plug 3. At this time, since the locking projection 411 pushes the locking projection 331 in the same direction as the rotation of the lid body 4, the inside plug 3 also rotates counterclockwise within the allowable range by the restriction of the guide groove 232. Also, if the convex portion 321 moves to the end of the guide groove 232, the inside plug 3 cannot rotate any further, but stops.
At this time, since the convex portion 321 is located at the rearmost side of the guide groove 232 (the back side of the inner container 2), the relative positions of the cosmetic passage hole 35 of the inner plug 3 and the cosmetic passage hole 24 of the inner container 2 are matched and communicated with each other, and the cosmetic container is in the fully open state (fig. 5 a). On the other hand, since the locking of the locking projection 411 is also released, the lid body 4 is further rotated counterclockwise and detached from the inside plug 3.
After the cover 4 is removed, the applicator 5 housed inside is taken out and made up. Since the cosmetic passage hole 24 and the cosmetic passage hole 35 are opened, the cosmetic is introduced into the inner plug 3 through the hole and adheres to the applying section 51 of the applying body 5. In addition, if the application section 51 is pushed into the openings of the cosmetic passage hole 24 and the cosmetic passage hole 35 in order to further adhere the cosmetic to the application section 51, the mesh 25 is stretched and becomes a shape in which a part of the application section 51 is pushed out from the cosmetic passage hole 24 toward the inside of the container body 1, and the cosmetic is more easily adhered.
Since the cosmetic passage hole 24 and the cosmetic passage hole 35 of the present embodiment are provided on one side surfaces of the inner container 2 and the inner plug 3, the position of attachment to the application part 51 can be fixed. In addition, in the case where the cosmetic is to be attached to the entire application section 51 without fail, if the shaft section 52 is rotated to rotate the application section 51 inside the inner plug 3, the cosmetic can be attached uniformly.
After finishing makeup, the applicator 5 is housed in the inside plug 3, and the cap 4 is screwed clockwise to the screw portion 341 of the inside plug 3. Further, if the screwing of the lid body 4 is nearly completed, the locking projection 411 is locked to the locking projection 331 and pushed in the same direction as the rotation of the lid body 4, and therefore the inside plug 3 also rotates clockwise within the allowable range restricted by the guide groove 232.
As the convex portion 321 moves within the guide groove 232, the relative positions of the cosmetic passage hole 35 of the inner plug 3 and the cosmetic passage hole 24 of the inner container 2 start to shift (fig. 5 b). At this time, since the opening edge 351 of the cosmetic passage hole 35 of the inner plug 3 moves so as to rub the mesh 25 of the inner container 2 from the inside, an effect of scraping off the cosmetic adhered to the mesh 25 can be obtained as the inner tray 3 rotates in the closing direction.
If the protrusion 321 moves to the end of the guide groove 232, the inside plug 3 cannot rotate any further, but stops. The convex portion 321 is located at the foremost side of the guide groove 232 (front side of the inner container 2), and is in a closed state (fig. 5c) in which the cosmetic passage hole 24 is closed by the main body 32 of the inner plug 3, and the cosmetic passage hole 35 is closed by the main body 22 of the inner container 2. Then, the mounting of the lid 4 is also completed.
Fig. 8(a) to (c) and fig. 9(a) to (c) are different embodiments of the cosmetic container of the present invention. In the embodiment of fig. 8, the body 22 of the inner container 2 and the body 32 of the inner plug 3 are formed in an inverted conical shape. Further, cosmetic passing holes 24 and 35 are provided in the side surfaces of the bodies 22 and 32, respectively. In fig. 8(a) and (b), the description of the mesh 25 is omitted for ease of understanding of the structure.
In the embodiment of fig. 9, the body 22 of the inner container 2 and the body 32 of the inner plug 3 are formed in an inverted truncated cone shape. Further, a pair of cosmetic passing holes 24 and 35 are provided on one side surface and the opposite side surface of the main bodies 22 and 32, respectively, up to the bottom surface. In the present embodiment, the cosmetic passing hole 24 is provided with a core member 26 extending in an arc shape. Since the core member 26 has a circular outline in a bottom view together with the bottom surface 27 of the inner container 2, the body 22 and the mesh 25 can maintain the shape of an inverted truncated cone by attaching the mesh 25 to the cosmetic passage hole 24 so as to cover the core member 26. In fig. 9(a) and (b), the description of the mesh 25 is omitted for ease of understanding of the structure.
Fig. 9(c) shows a state in which the brush type application body 5 is accommodated in the inside plug 3. In the present embodiment, since the applicator 5 is completely accommodated in the inside plug 3, a cap of a type that seals a general opening can be used as the cap 4.
As for the materials used for the container body 1, the inner container 2, and the inner plug 3 of the present invention, the container body is preferably polyethylene terephthalate, acrylonitrile styrene copolymer, polypropylene, polyethylene, or the like, the inner plug of the inner container is preferably polypropylene or polyethylene, among which, particularly, the container body is preferably polyethylene terephthalate, and the inner container and the inner plug are preferably polypropylene. In particular, the container body 1 is preferably transparent or translucent so that the cosmetic contained inside can be visually recognized from the outside.
The cosmetics contained in the cosmetic container of the present invention may be skin care cosmetics such as face cream, milky lotion, face lotion, eye cream, lip cream, and makeup remover, hair cosmetics such as hair conditioner, hair dye, and hair cream, and color cosmetics such as makeup powder, foundation cream, concealer, blush, eye shadow, lip gloss, lipstick cuticle, nail polish, mascara, eyebrow pencil, and eyeliner. The agent form may be a viscous liquid cosmetic, a powdery solid cosmetic, an oily solid cosmetic, a powdery cosmetic, or the like, and may be an emulsified form or a non-emulsified form. Among them, powdery cosmetics are particularly preferable.
