Abstract
The invention provides an active reversing channel device which comprises an electromagnet reversing device, a reversing shifting fork, a ticket outlet channel, a normal channel and a waste ticket channel, wherein the reversing shifting fork is positioned between the ticket outlet channel and the waste ticket channel, and the reversing shifting fork is controlled by the electromagnet reversing device to deflect angularly so that the travelling track of a ticket is changed between the ticket outlet channel and the waste ticket channel. When the reversing shifting fork is in a horizontal state, the reversing shifting fork is used for the bills to do bidirectional reciprocating motion in the bill drawing channel, and when the electromagnet mechanism is electrified to pull up the bills by a rotating angle, the bill drawing channel is sealed, and the waste bill channel is opened to realize bill recovery.

In consideration of the miniaturization design, the waste ticket channel is placed below the ticket outlet channel and is set as a ticket rotation channel, so that the curve of the ticket rotation position is large, the tickets are turned over by nearly 180 degrees, when the waste tickets are conveyed from a normal channel to reach the position of the reversing shifting fork, the waste tickets need to enter the waste ticket channel, and due to the movement inertia, the waste tickets directly collide with the inner wall of the waste ticket channel, so that the turning in the movement direction is generated, and the tickets are easy to jam under the condition, and the use faults of equipment are caused. Therefore, the lower ticket guiding surface adopted in the technical scheme of the application is arc-shaped, and the highest point of the lower ticket guiding surface extends to the center of the width direction of the waste ticket channel, as shown in fig. 2, when a waste ticket enters the waste ticket channel, the waste ticket firstly contacts the highest point of the lower ticket guiding surface, and under the designed effect, the movement direction of the ticket deflects and cannot directly collide with the inner wall of the waste ticket channel, so that a good ticket guiding effect is achieved.
A plurality of guide vanes are arranged on a rotating shaft 305 at intervals in parallel, two ends of the rotating shaft are fixed in a waste ticket channel through a fixing seat 306, and the rotating shaft can deflect along the fixing seat.

When the electromagnet mechanism is electrified, the reversing connecting sheet moves towards the electromagnet mechanism, the sheet metal connecting sheet drives the reversing shifting fork to deflect along the rotating shaft, and the advancing track of the bill is changed into the entrance of a waste bill channel; when the electromagnet mechanism is powered off, the first pressure spring rebounds to enable the downwards pulled reversing connecting sheet to be upwards jacked, so that the sheet metal connecting sheet connected with the first pressure spring is displaced, the reversing shifting fork deflects to the angle, and the advancing track of the bill is changed into the bill outlet channel.
