First, the operation of querying the stock quantity is described:

In this operation, the alarm condition includes being less than or equal to the threshold value of the number of raw materials and/or the absence of the type of raw materials. It can be seen that the present operation is applicable to a scenario in which raw materials are used as storage units.
And if the raw material information meets the alarm condition, namely the quantity of the raw materials is less than or equal to the threshold value of the quantity of the raw materials, and/or the types of the raw materials are lost, determining the commodity type corresponding to the raw material information meeting the alarm condition and the inventory of the commodities according to the corresponding relation between the commodity type and the raw material information required by production. For example, if the number of the vamps is less than or equal to the number threshold 1000, the inventory of the shoes is 50 pairs according to the number of the vamps, and then the commodity type corresponding to the vamps meeting the alarm condition is determined to be the shoes, and the inventory is 50 pairs. For example, if the shoe type is missing, the commodity type corresponding to the shoe satisfying the alarm condition is shoe, and the stock amount is 0 pair.
And then, performing low stock warning operation on the commodity type and the stock quantity corresponding to the raw material information meeting the warning condition. For example, a low inventory alert message including the aforementioned item type and inventory amount is sent to the merchant.
The second operation is as follows: acquiring the inventory of commodities to be traded; and if the stock of the commodity to be traded is less than or equal to the stock threshold, performing low stock warning operation.
The operation of obtaining the inventory of the commodities to be traded is described in detail above, and will not be described herein again.
And if the stock of the commodity to be traded is less than or equal to the stock threshold, performing low stock warning operation. Such as sending a low inventory alert message to the merchant that includes the inventory amount of the item to be traded.
The shared inventory in the embodiment is provided with a low inventory alarm function, so that merchants can obtain low inventory commodities in time and supply of the commodities is guaranteed; the inventory of the commodities to be traded supplied by the storage space is calculated according to the storage space of the target raw material information in the shared inventory by acquiring the target raw material information required for producing the commodities to be traded, so that the merchants can conveniently inquire the inventory of the commodities to be traded, and the selling condition of the commodities to be traded can be known.

This embodiment further optimizes various alternative implementations of the above-described embodiments. The present embodiment defines an inventory checking operation to ensure authenticity of raw material information in the shared inventory.
Optionally, in the process of performing the e-commerce platform-based inventory processing, the method further includes: acquiring the type and the quantity of the traded commodities; determining raw material information required for producing the traded commodities with corresponding quantity according to the type and quantity of the traded commodities and the corresponding relation between the commodity type and the raw material information required for production; the raw material information required for producing the corresponding number of traded commodities is checked for consistency with the actual consumption of the raw materials.
Specifically, the kind and the number of the traded goods are acquired periodically, for example, the kind and the number of all the goods in the order created on the current day are acquired. And if the storage unit of the traded commodities is a commodity, comparing the number of the commodities reduced in the shared inventory with the actual sales number of the merchant, and if the commodities are not consistent, giving an alarm.
And if the storage unit of the traded commodities is raw material, determining the raw material information required for producing the traded commodities with the corresponding quantity according to the type and the quantity of the traded commodities and the corresponding relation between the commodity type and the raw material information required for production. The specific determination method is described in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again. And acquiring the actual consumption of the raw materials from the entity inventory, and giving an alarm if the raw material information required for producing the corresponding number of traded commodities is inconsistent with the actual consumption of the raw materials. Further, the type and quantity of raw materials in the physical inventory are synchronized into the shared inventory by performing configuration operations on the shared inventory.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an inventory processing device based on an e-commerce platform according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment can be applied to the situation that in the e-commerce platform, corresponding processing is carried out on the inventory maintained by the e-commerce platform according to the commodities to be traded submitted by the user. With reference to fig. 4, the apparatus provided in this embodiment includes: an acquisition module 41, a determination module 42 and a processing module 43.
The acquisition module 41 is used for acquiring the types and the quantities of commodities to be traded from the e-commerce platform;
a determining module 42, configured to determine, according to the type and number of the to-be-traded goods and the corresponding relationship between the type of the goods and the raw material information required for production, target raw material information required for producing a corresponding number of the to-be-traded goods;
and the processing module 43 is used for processing the raw material information stored in the shared stock according to the target raw material information.
On one hand, the shared stock in the embodiment takes raw materials as a storage unit, but not the traditional commodity as the storage unit; in another aspect, raw materials in a shared inventory may be shared by at least two commodities. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the types and the number of commodities to be traded from an e-commerce platform, determining target raw material information required by producing a corresponding number of commodities to be traded according to the types and the number of the commodities to be traded and the corresponding relation between the commodity types and raw material information required by production, and processing the raw material information stored in a shared stock according to the target raw material information, so that raw material dimensionality processing is performed on the commodities to be traded instead of commodity dimensionality processing, large-scale commodity stock of merchants is eliminated, and fund pressure and stock pressure are reduced; through the sharing of raw materials of different commodities, the inventory pressure and the operation pressure of merchants are further reduced, the optimal allocation of production elements is realized, the reasonable allocation of resources of the whole economic society is improved, and the reform of a supply side is realized; by acquiring the types and the quantity of commodities to be traded and processing the corresponding raw material information, production as required can be realized without stock-to-stock ratio, the stock problem is solved to the maximum extent and the customization requirements of users are met.
Optionally, when the processing module 43 processes the raw material information stored in the shared inventory according to the target raw material information, it is specifically configured to: and processing the raw material information stored in the shared stock according to the target raw material information and the transaction attribute of the commodity to be traded.
Optionally, the raw material information includes a raw material type and a raw material quantity for each raw material type, and the target raw material information includes a target raw material type and a target raw material quantity for each target raw material type; the processing module 43 is specifically configured to perform any one of the following operations when processing the raw material information stored in the shared inventory according to the target raw material information and the transaction attribute of the commodity to be traded: according to the target raw material information and the purchasing transaction attribute of the commodity to be traded, deducting the target raw material quantity from the raw material quantity under the target raw material type stored in the shared stock; informing the merchant to produce the commodity to be traded according to the target raw material information; according to the target raw material information and the trade canceling attribute of the commodity to be traded, increasing the target raw material quantity from the raw material quantity under the target raw material type stored in the shared stock; determining the type and/or quantity of target raw materials to be changed according to the target raw material information and the customized transaction attribute of the commodity to be traded; changing the raw material information stored in the shared stock according to the type and/or the quantity of the target raw materials needing to be changed; and informing the merchant to customize and process the commodity to be traded according to the target raw material type and/or the target raw material quantity which are required to be changed.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes a configuration module configured to, before determining target raw material information required to produce a corresponding number of commodities to be traded according to the type and quantity of the commodities to be traded and the corresponding relationship between the type of the commodities and the raw material information required to produce, perform corresponding response processing on the shared inventory in response to a configuration operation of the shared inventory by the merchant, the response processing including uploading the type of the commodities and the raw material information required to produce, establishing a corresponding relationship between the type of the commodities and the raw material information required to produce the commodities, and configuring at least one of the raw material information in the shared inventory.
Optionally, the device further comprises an inventory calculation module, configured to obtain target raw material information required for producing the commodity to be traded; and calculating the inventory quantity of the commodities to be traded supplied by the storage quantity according to the storage quantity of the target raw material information in the shared inventory.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes a first low-inventory warning module, configured to perform a low-inventory warning operation if an inventory amount of the commodity to be traded is less than or equal to an inventory amount threshold after the inventory amount of the commodity to be traded supplied according to the storage amount of the target raw material information in the shared inventory is calculated.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes a second low-inventory warning module, configured to acquire raw material information stored in the shared inventory; if the raw material information meets the alarm condition, determining the commodity type corresponding to the raw material information meeting the alarm condition and the stock of the commodity according to the corresponding relation between the commodity type and the raw material information required by production; and performing low-stock alarm operation on the commodity types and the stock of the commodities corresponding to the raw material information meeting the alarm condition.
Optionally, the device further comprises a checking module for acquiring the type and quantity of the traded goods; determining raw material information required for producing the traded commodities with corresponding quantity according to the type and quantity of the traded commodities and the corresponding relation between the commodity type and the raw material information required for production; the raw material information required for producing the corresponding number of traded commodities is checked for consistency with the actual consumption of the raw materials.
The e-commerce platform-based inventory processing device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the e-commerce platform-based inventory processing method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device includes a processor 50, a memory 51; the number of the processors 50 in the electronic device may be one or more, and one processor 50 is taken as an example in fig. 5; the processor 50 and the memory 51 in the electronic device may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 5 illustrates the connection by the bus as an example.
The memory 51 may be used as a computer-readable storage medium for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the e-commerce platform-based inventory processing method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the obtaining module 41, the determining module 42, and the processing module 43 in the e-commerce platform-based inventory processing apparatus). The processor 50 executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic device by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 51, that is, implements the stock processing method based on the e-commerce platform.
The memory 51 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 51 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 51 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 50, which may be connected to the electronic device through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.

An eighth embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a computer processor, is configured to perform a method for e-commerce platform-based inventory processing, the method including:
acquiring the types and the quantity of commodities to be traded from an e-commerce platform;
determining target raw material information required by producing a corresponding number of commodities to be traded according to the type and the number of the commodities to be traded and the corresponding relation between the types of the commodities and the raw material information required by production;
and processing the raw material information stored in the shared stock according to the target raw material information.
Of course, the embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, where the computer program is not limited to the above method operations, and may also perform related operations in the e-commerce platform based inventory processing method provided by any embodiment of the present invention.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the inventory processing device based on the e-commerce platform, the included units and modules are only divided according to the functional logic, but are not limited to the above division, as long as the corresponding functions can be realized; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (11)

1. An inventory processing method based on an e-commerce platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the types and the quantity of commodities to be traded from an e-commerce platform;
determining target raw material information required by producing a corresponding number of commodities to be traded according to the type and the number of the commodities to be traded and the corresponding relation between the types of the commodities and the raw material information required by production;
and processing the raw material information stored in the shared stock according to the target raw material information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein processing raw material information stored in a shared inventory based on the target raw material information comprises:
and processing the raw material information stored in the shared stock according to the target raw material information and the transaction attribute of the commodity to be traded.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the raw material information includes raw material types and raw material quantities for each raw material type, and the target raw material information includes target raw material types and target raw material quantities for each target raw material type;
the processing of the raw material information stored in the shared inventory according to the target raw material information and the transaction attribute of the commodity to be traded comprises any one of the following operations:
according to the target raw material information and the purchasing transaction attribute of the commodity to be traded, deducting the target raw material quantity from the raw material quantity under the target raw material type stored in the shared stock; informing a merchant to produce the commodity to be traded according to the target raw material information;
according to the target raw material information and the trade canceling attribute of the commodity to be traded, increasing the target raw material quantity from the raw material quantity under the target raw material type stored in the shared stock;
determining the type and/or quantity of the target raw materials to be changed according to the target raw material information and the customized transaction attribute of the commodity to be traded; changing the raw material information stored in the shared stock according to the type and/or the quantity of the target raw materials needing to be changed; and informing the merchant to customize and process the commodity to be traded according to the target raw material type and/or the target raw material quantity which are required to be changed.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein before determining target raw material information required for producing a corresponding number of commodities to be traded, based on the kinds and the numbers of the commodities to be traded and the correspondence between the commodity kinds and the raw material information required for production, the method further comprises:
responding to the configuration operation of the shared inventory by the merchant, executing corresponding response processing on the shared inventory, wherein the response processing comprises at least one of uploading the commodity type and raw material information required by production, establishing the corresponding relation between the commodity type and the raw material information required by the production of the commodity, and configuring the raw material information in the shared inventory.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
acquiring target raw material information required by the production of the commodity to be traded;
and calculating the inventory quantity of the commodities to be traded supplied by the storage quantity according to the storage quantity of the target raw material information in the shared inventory.
6. The method according to claim 5, further comprising, after said calculating an inventory amount of the commodity to be traded supplied from the storage amount according to the storage amount of the target raw material information in the shared inventory,:
and if the stock of the commodity to be traded is less than or equal to the stock threshold, performing low stock warning operation.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
acquiring raw material information stored in the shared inventory;
if the raw material information meets the alarm condition, determining the commodity type corresponding to the raw material information meeting the alarm condition and the stock of the commodity according to the corresponding relation between the commodity type and the raw material information required by production;
and performing low-stock alarm operation on the commodity types and the stock of the commodities corresponding to the raw material information meeting the alarm condition.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
acquiring the type and the quantity of the traded commodities;
determining raw material information required for producing the traded commodities with corresponding quantity according to the type and quantity of the traded commodities and the corresponding relation between the commodity type and the raw material information required for production;
the raw material information required for producing the corresponding number of traded commodities is checked for consistency with the actual consumption of the raw materials.
9. An inventory processing device based on an e-commerce platform, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the types and the quantity of commodities to be traded from the e-commerce platform;
the determining module is used for determining target raw material information required by producing a corresponding number of commodities to be traded according to the type and the number of the commodities to be traded and the corresponding relation between the types of the commodities and the raw material information required by production;
and the processing module is used for processing the raw material information stored in the shared stock according to the target raw material information.
10. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the e-commerce platform based inventory processing method of any one of claims 1-8.
