Claims (10)

1. An enterprise invoice data collaborative management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
extracting settlement statement data from an enterprise information data system, and establishing data warehouse storage;
uniformly sending the settlement list data to an entry cooperation, and establishing a data warehouse for centralized storage in the entry cooperation;
entering item collaboration synchronizing data to selling item collaboration;
the sales items cooperate to settle accounts and invoice through cooperative processing;
checking and receiving an invoice by entering an item in a coordinated manner;
matching the tickets by using the matching model in an entry collaborative mode and analyzing to obtain a matching result;
and returning the matching result to the enterprise information system to generate a payment voucher.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the step of sending the statement data to an item collaboration collectively, the item collaboration establishes a data warehouse for centralized storage, the method further comprises: and preprocessing the statement data.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein preprocessing the statement data comprises: acquiring import rules of settlement statement data, settlement statement sellers, check of tax numbers of buyers, check of commodity bank information, invoicing amount, tax rate, tax amount check and reverse calculation tax amount.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the entry collaboration synchronizing data to a key collaboration comprises: and the input items of the settlement statement are confirmed, returned, converted into a prefabricated invoice, split, restored, to-be-voided, invoiced, associated invoice, invoice printed, invoice mailed and logistics information tracked through the cooperation of the sales items.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising: and analyzing and visualizing the matching result and the change trend before returning the matching result to the enterprise information system and generating the payment certificate.
6. An enterprise invoice data collaborative management device is characterized by comprising:
the extraction module is used for extracting the statement of account data from the enterprise information data system and establishing data warehouse storage;
the sending module is used for uniformly sending the settlement list data to the entry collaboration, and the entry collaboration establishes a data warehouse for centralized storage;
the synchronization module is used for synchronizing data from entry collaboration to item collaboration;
the processing module is used for selling items, cooperatively settling bills through cooperative processing and issuing invoices;
the checking module is used for entering items to carry out checking and receipt in a coordinated manner;
the matching module is used for matching the ticket by using the matching model in an entry collaborative mode and analyzing the matching result to obtain a matching result;
and the generating module is used for returning the matching result to the enterprise information system to generate a payment voucher.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a preprocessing module for preprocessing the statement data before the statement data is sent to the entry collaboration collectively, and the entry collaboration establishes the data warehouse for centralized storage.

The method of claim 7, wherein the preprocessing module is specifically configured to obtain import rules of the statement data, the statement issuer, the tax number of the buyer, the information of the commodity bank, the invoiced amount, the tax rate, the tax amount, and the reverse tax amount.
9. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the synchronization module is specifically used for operations of confirming, returning, converting the prepared invoice, splitting, recovering, awaiting invoicing, associating the invoice, printing the invoice, mailing the invoice and tracking logistics information of the settlement statement entry through the cooperation of the sales terms.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the program is executed by a processor to implement the enterprise invoice data collaborative management method according to any one of claims 1-5.
