Abstract

Optionally, the process configuration information includes link configurations of each process, and the link configurations include a first link configuration and a subsequent link configuration.
The process configuration information may generally include the relevant configuration of the approval process corresponding to different users of each business. The approval process corresponding to the user may include an approval link (which may be configured as a first link configuration) that the user needs to process in the service and a subsequent approval circulation link (which may be configured as a subsequent link configuration) corresponding to the first link, where the subsequent link is a next link that the user needs to circulate after approval in the service, and therefore a plurality of subsequent links may be correspondingly configured according to different requirements of the service and the user, so as to meet the requirement that the user has a plurality of selectable next links during approval circulation. The workflow platform can control the display of the configuration information of the service form according to the first ring section configuration so as to show the relevant approval information required in the corresponding service to the user and provide the user with operation. The workflow platform can control the display of the configuration information of the business form according to the configuration of the subsequent links so as to show the relevant information of the next link (the subsequent link) which needs to be transferred after the examination and approval in the corresponding business to the user, and provide the user with the operation to realize the corresponding examination and approval transfer (sending the examination and approval to the corresponding next link) according to the selection of the user.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program executes the approval circulation method. The specific implementation and technical effects are similar, and are not described herein again.
Alternatively, the storage medium may be a U disk, a removable hard disk, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or the like.
Correspondingly, based on the approval circulation method in the foregoing method embodiment, an approval circulation device is also correspondingly provided in the embodiments of the present invention, and the device may be integrated in the foregoing electronic device or storage medium, and may be applied to a workflow platform in which menu configuration information, service form configuration information, and process configuration information are preset.
As shown in fig. 9, the approval circulation device may include: a first response module 11, configured to respond to a service operation of a user, and obtain a menu number corresponding to the service operation from the menu configuration information;
the form number obtaining module 12 is configured to obtain, according to the menu number, a form number corresponding to the menu number from the service form configuration information;
the approval process acquisition module 13 is configured to acquire a corresponding approval process from the process configuration information according to the form number and the characteristic information of the user, and control a service form configuration information display button and field according to the approval process;
and the second response module 14 is configured to respond to the circulation operation of the user and complete circulation according to the approval process.
Optionally, the approval process obtaining module 13 is specifically configured to obtain a first link of the corresponding approval process from the process configuration information according to the form number and the feature information of the user, and control the service form configuration information display button and field according to the first link;
correspondingly, the second response module 14 is specifically configured to obtain a subsequent link of the corresponding approval process from the process configuration information, and control the service form configuration information display button and field according to the subsequent link; and responding to the circulation operation of the user, and completing the circulation according to the subsequent links.
Optionally, the process configuration information includes link configuration of each approval process, and the link configuration includes first link configuration and subsequent link configuration;
the approval process obtaining module 13 is specifically configured to obtain, according to the form number and the feature information of the user, the first ring configuration of the corresponding approval process from the process configuration information; configuring a control service form configuration information display field and a button according to a first link;
correspondingly, the second response module 14 is specifically configured to obtain, from the process configuration information, a subsequent link configuration of the corresponding approval process; configuring a control service form configuration information display field and a button according to a subsequent link; and responding to the operation of the field and/or the button of the user, and completing the circulation according to the operation of the field and/or the button.
Optionally, the head-ring configuration comprises a visible button configuration and a visible field configuration; as shown in fig. 10, the approval process obtaining module 13 includes a first link configuration sub-module 131;
a first link configuration submodule 131, configured to configure and control a service form configuration information display button according to a visible button; and controlling field display of the service form configuration information according to the visible field configuration.
Optionally, the visible field configuration comprises an editable field configuration and a mandatory field configuration; as shown in fig. 11, the first section configuration submodule 131 includes a field configuration submodule 1311;
and a field configuration sub-module 1311, configured to control fillable and necessary filling of the service form configuration information display fields according to the editable field configuration and the necessary field configuration, respectively.
Optionally, the subsequent link configuration comprises a handler configuration; as shown in fig. 12, the second response module 14 includes a subsequent link response submodule 141;
the subsequent link response submodule 141 is used for displaying the handlers of the subsequent links according to the configuration information of the control business form configured by the handlers; and responding to the selection operation of the user, and completing the circulation according to the selection operation of the user.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 13, the approval circulation device further includes a circulation information generating module 15; and the circulation information generating module 15 is configured to generate and record circulation information according to the corresponding approval process and the configuration information of the business form.

Claims (10)
1. An approval circulation method is characterized by being applied to a workflow platform, wherein the workflow platform is preset with menu configuration information, service form configuration information and process configuration information, and the method comprises the following steps:
responding to the service operation of a user, and acquiring a menu number corresponding to the service operation from the menu configuration information;
acquiring a form number corresponding to the menu number from the service form configuration information according to the menu number;
acquiring a corresponding approval process from the process configuration information according to the form number and the characteristic information of the user, and controlling a display button and a field of the business form configuration information according to the approval process;
and responding to the circulation operation of the user, and completing the circulation according to the approval process.
2. The approval circulation method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the corresponding approval process from the process configuration information according to the form number and the characteristic information of the user, and the step of controlling the service form configuration information display button and the field according to the approval process comprises:
acquiring a corresponding first link of an approval process from the process configuration information according to the form number and the characteristic information of the user, and controlling a display button and a field of the service form configuration information according to the first link;
correspondingly, the responding to the circulation operation of the user, and completing the circulation according to the approval process comprises the following steps:
acquiring the subsequent links of the corresponding approval process from the process configuration information, and controlling the service form configuration information display buttons and fields according to the subsequent links;
and responding to the circulation operation of the user, and completing the circulation according to the subsequent links.

The approval flow method of claim 2, wherein the process configuration information comprises link configurations of each approval process, the link configurations comprising a first link configuration and a subsequent link configuration; the step of obtaining a corresponding first link of the approval process from the process configuration information according to the form number and the characteristic information of the user, and controlling a service form configuration information display button and a field according to the first link includes:
acquiring corresponding first ring section configuration of the approval process from the process configuration information according to the form number and the characteristic information of the user;
controlling the configuration information display field and the button of the business form according to the first link configuration;
correspondingly, acquiring the subsequent links of the corresponding approval process from the process configuration information, and controlling the service form configuration information display buttons and fields according to the subsequent links, wherein the steps comprise:
acquiring subsequent link configuration of the corresponding approval process from the process configuration information;
controlling the configuration information display field and the button of the business form according to the subsequent link configuration;
responding to the circulation operation of the user, completing circulation according to the subsequent links, and comprising the following steps:
and responding to the operation of the field and/or the button of the user, and completing the circulation according to the operation of the field and/or the button.

The approval flow method of claim 3, wherein the first link configuration comprises a visible button configuration and a visible field configuration; the configuring and controlling the service form configuration information display field and the button according to the first link comprises the following steps:
configuring and controlling the button display of the business form configuration information according to the visible button;
and controlling field display of the configuration information of the service form according to the visible field configuration.

The approval flow method of claim 4, wherein the visible field configuration comprises an editable field configuration and a mandatory field configuration; the configuring and controlling field display of the service form configuration information according to the visible field comprises the following steps:
and respectively controlling fillable and necessary filling of the configuration information display field of the business form according to the editable field configuration and the necessary field configuration.
6. The approval flow method of claim 3, wherein the follow-up link configuration comprises a handler configuration; the configuring and controlling the service form configuration information display field and the button according to the subsequent link comprises the following steps:

An approval circulation system is characterized by comprising a workflow platform with preset configuration information, wherein the preset configuration information comprises menu configuration information, business form configuration information and process configuration information; the work flow platform is configured to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 according to the preset configuration information.

An electronic device comprising a processor, a storage medium and a bus, the storage medium storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the processor and the storage medium communicating over the bus when the electronic device is operating, the processor executing the machine-readable instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
