Abstract
The invention relates to a mounting fixture for an engine oil control valve, which comprises a fixture body and is characterized in that: the clamp body comprises a T-shaped handle, a guide sleeve of which the left end is connected with the T-shaped handle in a matching way, and a guide pin positioning block which is positioned and connected on the outer side surface of the guide sleeve, wherein the right end of the guide pin positioning block is flush with the right end of the guide sleeve; the guide pin positioning block is vertically connected with the right end of the guide pin positioning block; an avoiding notch is formed in the right end portion of the guide sleeve. The invention can ensure the assembly quality and the engine performance, shorten the assembly time, reduce the manual labor and reduce the assembly cost; and the structure is simple, and the use is light.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an engine, in particular to a mounting fixture for an oil control valve.
Background
The engine oil control valve is used as an important part of an automobile engine, and the assembly quality of the engine oil control valve directly influences the performance of the engine. In order to ensure the accurate control function of the engine oil control valve in the running process of the engine, the assembly process has no quality risk, namely: the installation is accurate, and the sealing washer is correctly seated, moment does not attenuate after the installation.
Due to the structural particularity, a large resistance exists between the sealing ring and the mounting hole wall in the mounting process. The manual assembly is adopted in the traditional mode, the mounting hole of the oil duct needs to be pressed into vigorously when the bolt holes are aligned, and the following risks are caused easily:
(1) the installation cannot be completed in place at one time, and multiple times of adjustment are needed, so that the installation beat is long;
(2) when the sealing ring is pressed into the mounting hole with a large force, the sealing ring is easy to deflect and even fall off, so that oil leakage of an engine is caused;
(3) when the fixing bolt is screwed down, the oil control valve is not accurately seated, so that the bolt cannot be attached to the mounting surface, and the screwing torque is attenuated.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a process kit for installing an oil control valve.
CN 102400813a discloses an engine front cover with a structure for protecting and suspending mounting an engine oil control valve, wherein a protection cavity protruding outwards is arranged at a position, which is opposite to the mounting position of the engine oil control valve on an engine cylinder cover, on the upper part of the middle part in front of the engine front cover, so as to wrap the engine oil control valve, and bolt holes are arranged around the protection cavity to fix the front cover on the cylinder cover. Triangular bosses are respectively formed at the left side and the right side of the protection cavity on the front cover, a bolt hole is respectively arranged on the upper surface of each boss, an engine is mounted and suspended through a bolt, and the axis of each bolt hole forms an included angle alpha with the horizontal direction of the engine. The engine oil control valve can be effectively protected from normal operation, and the possibility of damage to the engine oil control valve caused by external force is avoided; the acting force acting on the vertical direction of the mounting surface of the front cover of the engine in a hanging mode can be reduced, the mounting surface is prevented from being deformed and damaged, the mounting reliability of the whole engine is improved, and the service life of the front cover is prolonged. But not specifically to process equipment for installing oil control valves.

Furthermore, the guide pin positioning block is positioned and connected on the outer side surface of the guide sleeve through two connecting screws.
Further, the clamp body is matched with an oil control valve; the left end part of the tail part of the engine oil control valve is provided with a wiring harness joint, the part of the left end of the head part of the engine oil control valve, which is connected with the tail part, is provided with a support lug, and the support lug is provided with a through hole; the guide sleeve is matched with the tail of the engine oil control valve, the avoidance notch at the right end of the guide sleeve is correspondingly clamped with the wire harness connector, and the guide pin penetrates through the through hole in the support lug.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the requirement that the machine oil control valve is assembled in place at one time is met. In the using process, the mounting fixture is sleeved on the oil control valve manually, and the alignment function in the mounting process of the oil control valve is realized by aligning the guide pin and the bolt hole and aligning the oil control valve and the mounting hole; the handle is manually rotated, so that the engine oil control valve can be gradually and accurately pressed into the mounting hole. The difficult problems that the engine oil control valve cannot be installed in place at one time in the installation process, the sealing ring falls off and the fixing bolt cannot be accurately seated are solved. Meanwhile, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the risk of engine oil leakage caused by damage of the sealing ring is reduced. The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a mounting fixture for an oil control valve includes a fixture body 10, and is characterized in that: the clamp body 10 comprises a T-shaped handle 11, a guide sleeve 12 and a guide pin positioning block 13, wherein the left end of the guide sleeve 12 is connected with the T-shaped handle 11 in a matched mode, the guide pin positioning block 13 is connected to the outer side face of the guide sleeve 12 in a positioning mode, and the right end of the guide pin positioning block 13 is flush with the right end of the guide sleeve 12; the device also comprises a guide pin 15 vertically connected to the right end of the guide pin positioning block 13; an avoidance gap 16 is formed at the right end of the guide sleeve 12.
The T-shaped handle is designed according to the function of a human hand, so that the engine oil control valve can be conveniently pushed and moved. An avoiding notch is formed in the right end of the guide sleeve to avoid a signal controller of the engine oil control valve, so that the guide sleeve is smoothly matched with the engine oil control valve.
The guide pin positioning block 13 is positioned and connected on the outer side surface of the guide sleeve 12 through two connecting screws 14.
Referring to fig. 3, the jig body 10 is engaged with an oil control valve 20; a wiring harness joint 26 is arranged at the left end part of the tail part 22 of the engine oil control valve 20, a support lug 25 is arranged at the position where the left end of the head part 24 of the engine oil control valve 20 is connected with the tail part 22, and a through hole is arranged on the support lug 25; the guide sleeve 12 is matched with the tail part 22 of the engine oil control valve 20, the avoidance notch 16 at the right end part of the guide sleeve 12 is correspondingly clamped with the wiring harness joint 26, and the guide pin 15 penetrates through a through hole in the support lug 25.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, after the fixture body 10 is fitted to the oil control valve 20, the head 24 of the oil control valve 20 is fitted to the oil control valve mounting hole 34 of the engine 30, and the guide pin 15 is fitted to the oil control valve bolt hole 35 of the engine 30, so that the oil control valve is mounted and positioned. Then, the head of the oil control valve is pushed into the mounting hole by pushing the handle 11 to the right.
The engine oil control valve sleeve is fixed on three sides, so that the engine oil control valve is prevented from moving and deflecting in the installation process; the engine oil control valve barrel adopts the notch design, when guaranteeing the engine oil control valve location, and the frock is lighter. The screw rod converts the rotary motion of the handle into linear motion and applies thrust to the engine oil control valve. When the oil control valve is mounted, after the guide positioning pin and the mounting hole are aligned, the handle is rotated to push the oil control valve into the mounting hole step by step until the oil control valve is attached.

A mounting fixture for an oil control valve, comprising a fixture body (10), characterized in that: the clamp body (10) comprises a T-shaped handle (11), a guide sleeve (12) with the left end matched and connected with the T-shaped handle (11), and a guide pin positioning block (13) positioned and connected on the outer side surface of the guide sleeve (12), wherein the right end of the guide pin positioning block (13) is flush with the right end of the guide sleeve (12); the oil control valve is characterized by further comprising a guide pin (15) vertically connected to the right end of the guide pin positioning block (13), wherein the guide pin (15) penetrates through a through hole in a support lug (25) of the oil control valve, and the guide pin is correspondingly matched with an oil control valve bolt hole in an engine; an avoidance notch (16) is arranged at the right end part of the guide sleeve (12).
