The speed of the drill rod is automatically controlled, the impact force of the drill rod is reduced, and the reliability of the drill rod and the main winch is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the drill rod is automatically lowered and lifted, the operation difficulty and labor intensity are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.

The handle button 6 is connected with the controller 7; when the drill bit is positioned at the hole opening, the drill bit enters an automatic drill rod lowering mode after a handle button is pressed; and after drilling is finished, pressing the handle button again to enter a drill rod automatic lifting mode.
The power switch 1 is connected with the power head weighing sensor 3, the pull wire sensor 4, the depth measuring sensor 5 and the handle button 6 through the storage battery 2.
A rotary drilling rig and a method for automatically controlling the speed of a drill rod of the rotary drilling rig are disclosed, wherein the size and weight information of a current drill rod are stored in a controller, the number of sections of the drill rod falling on a power head is calculated through signals of a power head weighing sensor, the relative displacement of the power head is calculated through signals of a pull wire sensor, the current drill bit position is calculated through signals of a depth measuring sensor, the drill bit position and the information of the relative displacement of the power head are combined to calculate a current moving rod, and the current moving rod and the number of sections of the drill rod falling on the power head are compared and analyzed to obtain whether the rod is brought or; when the drill bit is positioned at the hole, the drill rod automatic lowering mode is entered after an enabling button on the handle is pressed, the main winding-down proportional valve outputs full current, when the controller calculates that the current moving rod is about to completely extend out according to the position of the drill bit and the size information of the drill rod, the main winding-down proportional valve starts to reduce the current, and when the next section of rod is calculated to start to move, the full current output is recovered; the drill bit is obtained by comparing the position of the drill bit with the hole depth, namely the drill bit starts to automatically decelerate until stopping and exits from the automatic mode before bottoming, and after drilling is finished, the handle enabling button is pressed again to enter the automatic drill rod lifting mode; the power head automatically lifts by 150mm and then automatically rotates reversely, the main hoisting proportional valve outputs full current until the controller detects that the drill rod is completely unlocked, the drill rod starts to automatically lift, the main hoisting proportional valve automatically reduces the current when the current moving rod is to be completely withdrawn, the next rod returns to the full current output after the next rod starts to move, and the controller detects that the drill bit is to be withdrawn to the orifice and then automatically reduces the current until the drill bit stops and exits the automatic mode.
