Abstract
The invention provides a box-type house convenient to disassemble and assemble and an installation method thereof. Moreover, the shapes and the sizes of the joints of the two are the same; and each equipment interlayer is provided with a modular pipeline matched with the central air conditioner. Compared with the traditional form of arranging the suspended ceiling in the box body, the suspended ceiling is more convenient for pipeline connection, reduces the mutual influence of the environments between adjacent rooms, and does not influence the indoor clear height. The arrangement of air-conditioning air pipes, water pipes and terminal equipment in each interlayer module also adopts a modular design, so that the prefabrication of factory assembly is facilitated, and the field installation workload is reduced. The size of the interlayer of the equipment is consistent with that of the box body of the box type house, and the transportation, the hoisting and the secondary disassembly are convenient.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of box-type rooms for temporary use, and particularly relates to a box-type room convenient to disassemble and assemble and an installation method thereof.
Background
The box type house is used as a temporary house during engineering construction, the service life of a single time is usually consistent with the duration of an engineering, and the box type house can be dismantled and rebuilt for multiple times for turnover use. Its air conditioning system adopts split type usually, and the split type air conditioner in box room of present wide application mostly is that the box drilling is external, because the thermal insulation performance and the gas tightness in box room are all relatively poor, and indoor air conditioner sets up to the minimum temperature operation of big amount of wind usually, has consequently caused a large amount of energy extravagant, and personnel's comfort level is extremely low.
The central air conditioner can effectively solve the problems, but the problems of reduction of net height in the box body of the box type house, excessive perforation between the box bodies and the like caused by the problem cannot be solved, and the construction difficulty is improved. Therefore, the air conditioner installation scheme of the box-type house needs to be researched, and a comprehensive solution is proposed.

and splicing the interface of the box body and the interface of the equipment interlayer together in a detachable mode through a connecting part, namely completing the installation of the box type room.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the traditional form that the suspended ceiling is arranged in the box body, the box-type house is more convenient for pipeline connection, reduces the mutual influence of the environments between adjacent rooms, and does not influence the indoor clear height.
The air-conditioning air pipes, the water pipes and the tail end equipment in each interlayer module are also in modular design, and the sizes and the positions of the tee joints and other pipe fittings are uniform, so that the factory assembly prefabrication is facilitated, and the field installation workload is reduced. The size of the interlayer of the equipment is consistent with that of the box body of the box type house, and the transportation, the hoisting and the secondary disassembly are convenient.
The invention makes the box-type room use the central air conditioner as a convenient choice, avoids the opening of the split air conditioner on the outer wall body, further reduces the appearance of the designed heat bridge on the box-type room, and improves the overall thermal performance of the box-type room.

The equipment interlayer 2 is communicated with the outside through a louver grid 3; the plurality of boxes 1 comprise a toilet and a kitchen 11, an exhaust system of the toilet and the kitchen 11 is communicated with the interior of the equipment interlayer 2, and exhaust gas of the toilet and the kitchen 11 is exhausted into the equipment interlayer 2 and is exhausted to the outside through the louver grids 3.
Specifically, the plurality of boxes 1 further include a staff restaurant 12, a department of engineering office 13, a measurement room 14, and a general office 15.
The box-type house further comprises a corridor 16, an equipment layer perforated aluminum plate 17 is arranged above the corridor 16, and a through hole penetrating through the equipment layer perforated aluminum plate 17 in the length direction is formed in the equipment layer perforated aluminum plate 17. s1, manufacturing a plurality of modularized equipment interlayers 2 and a plurality of box bodies 1 in a factory, wherein the size and the shape of the interface of each equipment interlayer 2 are the same as the size and the shape of the interface of the corresponding box body 1;
s2, manufacturing a plurality of modular pipelines in a factory, wherein the sizes and the positions of pipe fittings in all the modular pipelines are uniform;
s3, assembling the modular pipelines in the equipment interlayer 2 in a factory;
s4, transporting the box body 1 and the equipment interlayer 2 filled with the modular pipelines to a construction site;
s5, hoisting the box body 1 on the construction site, and then hoisting the equipment interlayer 2, so that the interface at the bottom of the equipment interlayer 2 is aligned with the interface at the top of the box body 1;
and S6, splicing the interface of the box body 1 and the interface of the equipment interlayer 2 together in a detachable mode through a connecting part, namely completing the installation of the box-type house.
In the embodiment, a light carbon fiber framework interlayer with a certain thickness is additionally arranged above a box body of a traditional box type house to serve as an equipment interlayer 2, and a baffle plate is not arranged at the horizontal connection position of each equipment interlayer 2; the connection mode of the equipment interlayer 2 is the same as that of the box body 1, the horizontal and vertical splicing of the box body 1 is not affected, and the secondary splicing and the recycling are convenient.
In summary, the present embodiment has the following technical effects:
1) the equipment interlayer 2 is in a light carbon fiber framework form, so that compared with the traditional form that a suspended ceiling is arranged in the box body 1, the pipeline is more convenient to cross, the mutual influence of the environments between adjacent rooms is reduced, and the indoor clear height is not influenced;
2) the equipment interlayer 2 is communicated with the outside through the louver grids 3, and exhaust systems of a toilet, a kitchen 11 and the like can directly exhaust waste gas into the equipment interlayer 2, so that the length of required equipment pipelines is reduced;
3) the arrangement of air-conditioning air pipes, water pipes and tail end equipment in each equipment interlayer 2 also adopts a modular design, and the sizes and the positions of pipe fittings such as a tee joint are uniform, so that the prefabrication of factory assembly is facilitated, and the field installation workload is reduced;
4) the embodiment can enable the box-type room to be a convenient choice for using the central air conditioner, avoids the opening of the split air conditioner wiring on the outer wall, further reduces the appearance of a designed heat bridge on the box-type room, and improves the overall thermal performance of the box-type room;
5) the size of the equipment interlayer 2 is consistent with that of the box-type house box body, the height can be customized according to the required clearance height of the equipment, and the equipment interlayer is convenient to transport, hoist and disassemble for the second time.

2. The easy-to-dismount box house according to claim 1 wherein the modular piping comprises a fresh air branch pipe, a supply and return water main, a fresh air main, a fan coil and an exhaust pipe.
3. The easy-to-disassemble and assemble box house as claimed in claim 1, wherein the equipment interlayer is connected with the outside through a louver grating.

The easy-to-disassemble and assemble box-type house as claimed in claim 3, wherein the plurality of boxes comprise a toilet and a kitchen, the exhaust system of the toilet and the kitchen is communicated with the inside of the equipment interlayer, and the exhaust gas of the toilet and the kitchen is discharged into the equipment interlayer and is discharged to the outside through the louver grids.
