The invention discloses an aircraft attack angle indicator brush mounting device, which comprises: a base and a shaft bracket; two parallel grooves, namely a groove A and a groove B, are formed in the base, wherein the groove A is used for being matched with the lower clamping plate, and the groove B is used for being matched with the whole formed by the potentiometer and the upper clamping plate; the cross sections of the grooves A and the grooves B are rectangular, the longitudinal sections of the grooves A and the grooves B are arched, the grooves A and the grooves B are coaxially distributed, and the diameters corresponding to the arches of the grooves A and the grooves B are equal; a positioning through groove with a semicircular groove bottom is formed in the top of the shaft bracket, and the radius of the semicircular groove is the same as that of the electric brush to be installed; the bottom of the shaft bracket is arranged on the base, and semicircular positioning through grooves of the shaft bracket are coaxially distributed with the groove A and the groove B; the positioning through groove and the groove A are respectively positioned at two sides of the groove B; the invention can realize the efficient and safe installation of the attack angle indicator brush assembly.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation repair, and particularly relates to an aircraft attack angle indicator brush mounting device.
Background
In the repair process of the attack angle indicator of the airplane, the brush component needs to be replaced if the indicator has the conditions of large hysteresis error, large pointer shake quantity, loose shaft and the like. The electric brush is matched by two persons when being installed under the restriction of the special appearance of the aircraft attack angle indicator product, one person fixes the positions of the electric brush component, the shaft and the positioning pin by hand, and the other person uses a punch to smash the positioning pin, so the method has the following defects:
1. time and labor are wasted, and the working efficiency is low;
2. The electric brush and the potentiometer are damaged due to unstable fixation of hands, so that economic loss is caused;
3. Personnel injury is easily caused in the process of smashing the locating pin.

When the shaft, the upper clamping plate, the lower clamping plate and the potentiometer are arranged on the base, the lower clamping plate is positioned in the groove A of the base, the potentiometer and the upper clamping plate form a whole and are positioned in the groove B, and the shaft and the positioning through groove of the shaft bracket are coaxially distributed; the electric brush is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft, and the outer circumferential surface of the electric brush is contacted with the semicircular groove bottom of the positioning through groove of the shaft bracket; the locating pin is inserted into a radial locating hole on the coaxial electric brush and a radial locating hole on the shaft.
Further, the base and the shaft bracket are integrally formed.
The beneficial effects are that: compared with the existing electric brush installation method, the electric brush installation device has higher practicability, saves time and labor, avoids the situation that the electric brush and the potentiometer are damaged due to unstable hand fixation, improves the installation efficiency and quality of the electric brush of the attack angle indicator, and improves the safety.

The potentiometer 6 is coaxially connected with the shaft 3, both ends of the shaft 3 extend out of the potentiometer 6, an upper clamping plate 4 and a lower clamping plate 5 which are coaxial are arranged on the shaft 3 positioned at one end of the potentiometer 6, a set distance is arranged between the upper clamping plate 4 and the lower clamping plate 5, and the upper clamping plate 4 is attached to the end face of the potentiometer 6; a radial positioning hole matched with the positioning pin 7 is processed on the shaft 3 positioned at the other end of the potentiometer 6; a radial positioning hole matched with the positioning pin 7 is processed on the circumferential surface of the electric brush 8;

Referring to fig. 3, during installation, the shaft 3, the upper clamping plate 4, the lower clamping plate 5 and the potentiometer 6 are placed on the base 1, the lower clamping plate 5 is positioned in the groove A of the base 1, the whole body formed by the potentiometer 6 and the upper clamping plate 4 is positioned in the groove B, and the shaft 3 and the positioning through groove of the shaft bracket 2 are coaxially distributed; the electric brush 8 is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft 3, the outer circumferential surface of the electric brush 8 is contacted with the semicircular groove bottom of the positioning through groove of the shaft bracket 2, and the positioning through groove is used for supporting the electric brush 8; after the radial positioning holes on the electric brush 8 are coaxially aligned with the radial positioning holes on the shaft 3, the punch is held by hand, and the positioning pin 7 is hammered into the radial positioning holes of the electric brush 8 and the radial positioning holes of the shaft 3, so that the electric brush 8 is installed.
