the collection box 704 is divided into a plurality of isolation cavities by the isolation plates 705, the polystyrene particles after spin-drying and screening can respectively enter the isolation cavities in the collection box 704 through the matching among the outer discharge pipe 701, the middle discharge pipe 702 and the inner discharge pipe 703, and the polystyrene particles with different particle sizes are collected through the matching between the receiving hopper 706 and the material guide pipe 707;
the wastewater in the spin-drying process is collected through the matching among the collection hopper 901, the conveying pipe 902 and the filter box 903, and polystyrene particles contained in the wastewater are collected through the matching between the collection box 904 and the filter screen 905, so that the utilization rate of resources is improved, and the burden of the subsequent treatment of the wastewater is reduced;
in the operation process of the equipment, the sliding mounting block 1201 and the return spring 1202 are matched to provide buffering during horizontal vibration of the mounting frame 1, and the supporting block 1203, the buffering spring 1204, the sliding rod 1205 and the connecting block 1206 are matched to provide buffering for longitudinal vibration of the mounting frame 1, so that vibration generated in the operation process of the equipment is weakened, and the noise of the equipment is reduced;
in the feeding process, under the driving of a rotating motor 1403, a stirring paddle 1405, a separating rod 1406 and a feeding plate 1407 are driven to rotate through a rotating shaft 1404, the wet polystyrene particles in the feeding hopper 1401 are stirred through the stirring paddle 1405, so that the polystyrene particles are looser, the subsequent spin-drying is facilitated, the stirring efficiency of the stirring paddle 1405 is improved through the separating rod 1406, the feeding pipe 1408 for conveying the wet polystyrene particles in the feeding hopper 1401 through the feeding plate 1407 is added into the inner screen cylinder 307, and the feeding process of the spin-drying machine is optimized.
