Abstract
The invention discloses a metal plate stamping process, which comprises the steps of firstly cleaning a target plate, and cutting the target plate into a plurality of small plates; then, placing the small plate on a stamping station of a stamping machine, selecting a stamping head corresponding to the stamping size, and opening a valve corresponding to the stamping head to drive the stamping head to complete stamping of the small plate; and finally, ejecting the small plates which are punched out to a blanking station by the top plate to finish punching. According to the invention, the plurality of stamping heads are arranged at the stamping station, and all the stamping heads can finish the processing of stamping parts of various types and specifications under the driving of corresponding valves.
