The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a 3D hernia repair mesh, as shown in fig. 1, including:
the inner area 11 is knitted by adopting a weft plain knitting process and a needle retracting process, and the knitting density is a first density;
the edge area 12 is knitted by adopting a 2+2 false rib process and a needle retracting and releasing process, and the knitting density is a second density;
wherein the second density is greater than the first density, and the 3D hernia repair mesh is integrally formed and woven.
In the embodiment of the invention, the specific needle retracting process is shown in fig. 2, wherein the number of the rows of the needle retracting sections is related to the radius, the number of the sections and the longitudinal density of the fabric, the smaller the number of the needles left in each needle retracting process, the better the forming is, the slower the needle retracting process is, the faster the needle retracting process is, and the slower the needle retracting process is, so as to form the convex arc connection.
The specific needle retracting and releasing process can be as follows: when the X-th turn in the A turns is woven, weaving by adopting N needles; during the Y-th rotation, knitting is carried out by adopting a P needle; and when the Z-th turn is woven, weaving by using Q needles, wherein N is more than P and more than Q. It should be noted that the above embodiments are only provided to explain the needle retracting process in the present embodiment, and the number of the needle retracting process are not limited to the specific number of the needle retracting process.
In the embodiment of the invention, the edge area is positioned at the periphery of the inner area, and the 3D hernia repair mesh can be formed by adopting a weaving method of integrally forming by a flat knitting machine in a turn-by-turn weaving mode. Specifically, when knitting is performed in each rotation, if the rotation relates to the inner region, the knitting sequence of the edge region and the inner region in each rotation is as follows: the second edge area of the turn-the first inner area of the turn-the second edge area of the turn-is specifically shown in fig. 2, wherein, when weaving the edge area, a larger second density is adopted for weaving, which can stabilize the structure of the hernia repair mesh, thereby resisting larger pressure and seam resistance and strength in the human body and providing a good repair environment; meanwhile, the knitting process is a needle retracting process and a 2+2 false rib process, so that the edge area can be effectively prevented from curling.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the inner area is knitted, the weft plain knitting process and the needle retracting and releasing process are adopted, the knitting is performed by adopting the first smaller density, and based on the smaller knitting density, the gaps among the knitting yarns in the inner area are relatively larger, so that tissue fluid and phagocyte can smoothly pass through, and the smooth growth of new tissues is promoted.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mechanical property of the material of the knitting yarn of the inner region 11 satisfies a first preset requirement, and the compatibility of the inner region 11 and the living organism satisfies a second preset requirement, wherein the living organism may be a human body or other living animals. The material of the inner region 11 may be at least one of the following: polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyester, polyethylene, silk or chitosan, etc.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mechanical property of the material of the knitting yarn of the edge region 12 satisfies a third preset requirement, and the compatibility of the edge region 12 and the living organism satisfies a fourth preset requirement, wherein the living organism may be a human body or other living animals. The material of the edge region 12 may be at least one of the following: polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyester, polyethylene, silk or chitosan, etc. The material of the knitting yarns of the edge area 12 and the material of the knitting yarns of the inner area 11 may be the same or different, and may be set according to actual conditions.

In addition, the inner area has smaller density, which is beneficial to the smooth passing of tissue fluid and phagocyte and promotes the smooth growth of new tissues; the edge area adopts a large density and 2+2 false ribbing process, so that the edge area can be effectively prevented from curling. From this, the usability and the effect of the 3D hernia repair net that this scheme provided are better, can promote the recovery of human hernia disease postoperative on very big length, have reduced the probability of patient relapse. Meanwhile, the hernia repair mesh provided by the embodiment of the invention has no cutting and splicing traces or gaps, has a good forming effect, and has no gaps or traces, so that the surface of the hernia repair mesh provided by the embodiment of the invention is smooth, and the rehabilitation of the body of a patient is promoted to a great extent.
In a second aspect, a method for preparing a 3D hernia repair mesh according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
adopting a full-forming process, and weaving the 3D hernia repairing net in a turn-by-turn manner;
