Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a 3D hernia repair net and a preparation method thereof, wherein the hernia repair net comprises: the inner area is knitted by adopting a weft plain knitting process and a needle retracting process, and the knitting density is a first density; in the edge area, a 2+2 false rib process and a needle retracting and releasing process are adopted for knitting, and the knitting density is a second density; wherein the second density is greater than the first density, and the inner region and the edge region are integrally woven. According to the scheme, the 3D hernia repair net can be directly and integrally formed, no cutting and splicing marks or gaps exist, and the forming effect is good; meanwhile, the inner area has smaller density, which is beneficial to the smooth passing of tissue fluid and phagocyte and promotes the smooth growth of new tissues; the edge area adopts a large density and 2+2 false ribbing process, so that the edge area can be effectively prevented from curling. Therefore, the hernia repair net provided by the scheme has good usability and effect, can promote the rehabilitation of the human body after the hernia disease to a great extent, and reduces the recurrence probability of the patient.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a 3D hernia repair mesh, as shown in fig. 1, including:
the inner area 11 is knitted by adopting a weft plain knitting process and a needle retracting process, and the knitting density is a first density;
the edge area 12 is knitted by adopting a 2+2 false rib process and a needle retracting and releasing process, and the knitting density is a second density;
wherein the second density is greater than the first density, and the 3D hernia repair mesh is integrally formed and woven.
In the embodiment of the invention, the specific needle retracting process is shown in fig. 2, wherein the number of the rows of the needle retracting sections is related to the radius, the number of the sections and the longitudinal density of the fabric, the smaller the number of the needles left in each needle retracting process, the better the forming is, the slower the needle retracting process is, the faster the needle retracting process is, and the slower the needle retracting process is, so as to form the convex arc connection.
The specific needle retracting and releasing process can be as follows: when the X-th turn in the A turns is woven, weaving by adopting N needles; during the Y-th rotation, knitting is carried out by adopting a P needle; and when the Z-th turn is woven, weaving by using Q needles, wherein N is more than P and more than Q. It should be noted that the above embodiments are only provided to explain the needle retracting process in the present embodiment, and the number of the needle retracting process are not limited to the specific number of the needle retracting process.
In the embodiment of the invention, the edge area is positioned at the periphery of the inner area, and the 3D hernia repair mesh can be formed by adopting a weaving method of integrally forming by a flat knitting machine in a turn-by-turn weaving mode. In the embodiment of the present invention, the mechanical property of the material of the knitting yarn of the inner region 11 satisfies a first preset requirement, and the compatibility of the inner region 11 and the living organism satisfies a second preset requirement, wherein the living organism may be a human body or other living animals. when each rotation of weaving is carried out, weaving the edge area part at the second density by adopting a 2+2 false rib process and a needle retracting and releasing process, and weaving the inner area part between two edge parts rotating at the same time at the first density by adopting a weft plain stitch process and a needle retracting and releasing process; the second density is greater than the first density.
The shape of the woven hernia repair mesh may be a "shell" shape by using the method according to the embodiment of the present invention, wherein, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a "shell" shaped edge area 12 is used as an edge area of the hernia repair mesh. The width of the edge region 12 and the width and height of the inner region 11 can be set according to actual requirements.
In the embodiment of the invention, the computerized flat knitting machine is a computerized flat knitting machine provided with a resting knitting cam system.

wherein the second density is greater than the first density, and the 3D hernia repair mesh is integrally formed and woven.
2. The hernia repair mesh according to claim 1, wherein the material of the inner region has mechanical properties satisfying a first predetermined requirement.
3. Hernia repair mesh according to claim 1, wherein the compatibility of the inner area with living organisms meets a second predetermined requirement.

5. Hernia repair mesh according to claim 1, wherein the compatibility of the edge area with living organisms meets a fourth predetermined requirement.
