Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the embodiments described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
The invention aims to provide a safety distance early warning method and a safety distance early warning system, which are used for warning an operator exceeding the limit of a safety distance range so as to avoid safety accidents caused by the fact that the operator continuously approaches a charged object.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a safety distance early warning method, including the following steps:
and S1, presetting a prompt index template, wherein the prompt index template comprises a safe distance range and an alarm prompt index.
The alarm prompt indexes comprise early warning indexes and alarm indexes, and are used for distinguishing alarm strength according to the distance between the operator and a charged object when the operator crosses a safe distance range, so that the alarm effect is more targeted.
The early warning index is a first warning level distance between the obstacle and the charged object when the early warning index exceeds the safe distance range, the warning index is a second warning level distance between the obstacle and the charged object when the early warning index exceeds the safe distance range, and the second warning level distance is smaller than the first warning level distance.
The safe distance range, the early warning index and the warning index need to be set according to different line voltage value grades. In this embodiment, a line with a voltage value of 10KV is taken as an example, the early warning index is 1000mm, and the warning index is 700 mm. In addition, for the lines of 35KV, 110KV, 220KV and 500KV, the alarm index and the early warning index can be respectively set to be 1000mm and 1300mm, 1500mm and 1900mm, 3000mm and 3600mm, 5000mm and 6000mm, and the specific numerical value setting can be adjusted according to actual requirements.
It can be understood that, in the above-mentioned early warning index and warning index, as long as the distance between the operator and the charged object is greater than the early warning index, it indicates that the operator is within the safe distance range.
S2, acquiring a first distance between the obstacle and the charged object under t 1; determining whether the first distance exceeds a safe distance range according to a prompt index template; if yes, determining the corresponding prompt type according to the alarm prompt index.
The t1 is the first time in the current state.
In the step, the distance measurement module is controlled to send the detection signal in real time and receive the detection feedback signal fed back, the detection feedback signal received by the distance measurement module is obtained, the current distance value between the obstacle and the charged object is calculated according to the detection feedback signal, and the current distance value is set as the first distance.
When the first distance does not exceed the safe distance range, no reaction is needed; when the first distance exceeds the safe distance range, according to the alarm prompt index in the prompt index template preset in step S1, it is determined whether the first distance is within the early warning index range or within the alarm index range.
In this embodiment, taking a 10KV line as an example, when the first distance is equal to or less than 1000mm, it indicates that the current operator has entered the range of the early warning index; when the first distance is equal to or less than 700mm, the current operator is indicated to be within the range of the alarm index.
It will be appreciated that the first distance measurement criteria may be any body part of the operator, or may be a tool carried by the operator.
S3, acquiring a second distance between the obstacle and the charged object under t 2; determining whether the second distance exceeds the safe distance range according to the prompt index template; if yes, determining the corresponding prompt type according to the alarm prompt index.
T2 is a second time after the unit time interval has elapsed from the first time t 1.
In the step, the distance measuring module is controlled to send the detection signal in real time and receive the detection feedback signal fed back, then the current distance value between the obstacle and the charged object is calculated according to the detection feedback signal, and the current distance value is set as the second distance.
When the second distance does not exceed the safe distance range, no reaction is needed; when the second distance exceeds the safe distance range, according to the alarm prompt index in the prompt index template preset in step S1, it is determined whether the second distance is within the early warning index range or within the alarm index range.
In this embodiment, taking a 10KV line as an example, when the second distance is equal to or less than 1000mm, it indicates that the current operator has entered the range of the early warning index; when the second distance is equal to or less than 700mm, the current operator is indicated to be within the range of the alarm index.
It will be appreciated that the second distance measurement criteria may be any body part of the operator, or may be a tool carried by the operator.
And S4, executing corresponding alarm prompt according to the prompt type.
In this step, the alarm prompt may be one of an alarm sound prompt or a warning light prompt, or may be an audible and visual alarm combining the alarm sound prompt and the warning light.

When the first distance/the second distance meets the early warning index, starting a first-level early warning prompt; and when the first distance and the second distance meet the early warning index at the same time, starting secondary early warning prompt.
It can be understood that the first-level early warning prompt is started as long as the first distance meets the early warning index; on the premise that the first distance meets the early warning index, if the second distance also meets the early warning index, a secondary early warning prompt is started to strengthen warning for operators and remind the operators to retreat as soon as possible to keep away from the charged objects. If the second distance does not meet the early warning index, the second distance is in the range of the early warning index, or enters the safe distance range, or enters the warning index range, and corresponding warning prompt is carried out according to the actual situation.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the primary early warning prompt is an audible and visual alarm once every 0.5S, and prompts for three times; the secondary early warning prompt is 0.5S once acousto-optic warning, and is used for reminding in a continuous mode.
The alarm prompts corresponding to the alarm indexes comprise a first-level alarm prompt and a second-level alarm prompt; when the first distance/the second distance meets the alarm index, starting a first-level alarm prompt; and when the first distance and the second distance simultaneously meet the alarm index, starting a secondary alarm prompt.
It can be understood that the first-level alarm prompt is started as long as the first distance meets the alarm index; and on the premise that the first distance meets the alarm index, if the second distance also meets the alarm index, starting a secondary alarm prompt to strengthen the alarm of the operating personnel and remind the operating personnel to retreat as soon as possible to keep away from the charged objects. If the second distance does not meet the alarm index, the second distance is in the range of no alarm index any more, or enters the safe distance range, or enters the early warning index range, and corresponding alarm prompt is carried out according to the actual situation.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the primary alarm prompt is a 0.5S sound-light alarm, and is continuously performed for 3S; the secondary alarm prompt is 0.3S once acousto-optic alarm and is reminded in a continuous mode.
