本发明涉及一种LED植物补光灯具,包括壳体,所述壳体的顶部设有盖板,所述盖板上设有若干个散热口,所述散热口设有散热风机,所述壳体的底部设有LED灯具面板,所述LED灯具面板上部设有散热器,所述LED灯具面板设有LED灯,所述散热器位于所述壳体内,所述壳体上设有插头连接器,所述壳体内设有驱动器和调光器。本发明的有益效果为:结构简单,易于实施;能够根据植物的各生长阶段对光谱及光照强度的需求自动调节,减少了人工调整LED灯具照亮时间,减少成本。

一种LED植物补光灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯具领域,具体来说,涉及一种LED植物补光灯具。
背景技术
LED植物补光技术日趋成熟,但由于调光技术的局限,在实际应用中还不能满足所有植物生长全过程的需要,比如植物在苗期、生长期及成熟期所需的光质光强是有区别和差异的,为了节约成本,现行市场供应的补光产品大都是一个光质和强度的光一照到底,致使有些有严格光照要求的植物,不能良好的表现其原本生理特征,造成最终的理化指标达不到要求,
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种LED植物补光灯具,克服现有产品中上述方面的不足。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:一种LED植物补光灯具,包括壳体,所述壳体的顶部设有盖板,所述盖板上设有若干个散热口,所述散热口设有散热风机,所述壳体的底部设有LED灯具面板,所述LED灯具面板上部设有散热器,所述LED灯具面板设有LED灯,所述散热器位于所述壳体内,所述壳体上设有插头连接器,所述壳体内设有驱动器和调光器。
进一步的,所述LED灯外部设有透镜。
进一步的,所述盖板上设有两个散热口。
进一步的,所述壳体内设有加载读卡器,所述加载读卡器与所述驱动器电连接。
本发明的有益效果为:结构简单,易于实施;能够根据植物的各生长阶段对光谱及光照强度的需求自动调节,减少了人工调整LED灯具照亮时间,减少成本。

如图1-2所示,本发明实施例所述的一种LED植物补光灯具,包括壳体1,所述壳体1的顶部设有盖板2,所述盖板2上设有两个散热口3,所述散热口3设有散热风机4,所述壳体1的底部设有LED灯具面板5,所述LED灯具面板5上部设有散热器9,所述LED灯具面板5设有LED灯6,所述散热器9位于所述壳体1内,所述壳体1上设有插头连接器10,所述壳体1内设有驱动器8和调光器,冷轧板压制保护壳体1,LED灯具面板5蜂巢型开孔,光源为COB设计,。
再具体实施例中,所述LED灯6外部设有透镜7。
再具体实施例中,所述壳体1内设有加载读卡器,所述加载读卡器与所述驱动器8电连接。
在具体使用时,根据本发明所述的在管理***中可以预置参数,也可以及时操作,通过终端或设备附带的开关实现同0-100%的无级调整,包括光质的调整和光照强度的调整。
灯具设计可单独使用,也可拼装使用,灯具之间使用标准航空插头连接,防水性能好,使用PMM电源数字调光,适用于大规模温室种植补光。
本灯具壳体内置调光器,外部可以旋钮调节,也可以遥控调节,配合物联网也可实现远程控制,对于不同作物的生长特征和要求设置不同阶段的输出参数,达到真正的智能化光源管理,实现准确的光环境控制。
加载读卡器加载读卡模式,可以直接拷贝灯具的参数,结合农作物信息数据库的预存资料,分类将SD卡预存的信息直接到管理系读卡,实现一键式数据同步分析。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,结构简单,易于实施;能够根据植物的各生长阶段对光谱及光照强度的需求自动调节,减少了人工调整LED灯具照亮时间,减少成本。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种LED植物补光灯具,其特征在于:包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)的顶部设有盖板(2),所述盖板(2)上设有若干个散热口(3),所述散热口(3)设有散热风机(4),所述壳体(1)的底部设有LED灯具面板(5),所述LED灯具面板(5)上部设有散热器(9),所述LED灯具面板(5)设有LED灯(6),所述散热器(9)位于所述壳体(1)内,所述壳体(1)上设有插头连接器(10),所述壳体(1)内设有驱动器(8)和调光器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED植物补光灯具,其特征在于:所述LED灯(6)外部设有透镜(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED植物补光灯具,其特征在于:所述盖板(2)上设有两个散热口(3)。
