In the fields of nuclear power, petrochemical industry, food and the like, some shaft seals need to be periodically replaced due to the need of overhauling or replacing related elements. Example 1
Referring to fig. 2, the sealing assembly includes a stuffing box 100 having a stuffing chamber, a gland 200 fixedly installed on the stuffing box 100, a shaft 300 axially inserted in the stuffing box 100, and a sealing assembly 400 for sealing connection between the shaft 300 and the stuffing box 100, wherein the gland 200 and the stuffing box 100 are fixedly connected by a plurality of bolts, and the sealing assembly 400 is axially compressed between the gland 200 and the stuffing box 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the seal assembly 400 includes a support ring 2, a clamp ring 1, and an annular seal disposed between the support ring 2 and the clamp ring 1, wherein the support ring 2 is fittingly received in the packing cavity, one axial end of the clamp ring 1 has an annular protrusion 11, the clamp ring 1 is axially and relatively floatingly connected to the support ring 2 through the annular protrusion 11, and an axial end of the clamp ring 1, which is not provided with the annular protrusion 11, is axially fitted to the seal gland 200. The annular sealing element comprises an inner sealing ring 3 and an outer sealing ring 4, the inner sealing ring 3 is fittingly arranged on the inner periphery of the annular bulge 11, the inner periphery of the inner sealing ring is mutually matched with the outer periphery of the shaft rod 300 in a sealing mode, and the outer sealing ring 4 is fittingly arranged on the outer periphery of the annular bulge 11, the outer periphery of the outer sealing ring is mutually matched with the circumferential side wall of the packing cavity in a sealing mode.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, in the seal assembly 400, an annular groove 21 matching with the annular protrusion 11 is provided on an axial end portion of one side of the support ring 2, the annular protrusion 11 is axially and relatively slidably inserted in the annular groove 21, and the seal assembly 400 further includes a connecting member 5 connecting the clamp ring 2 and the support ring 1 to axially limit the two. Here, a plurality of waist grooves 15 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction on the annular protrusion 11, a plurality of pin holes 22 are correspondingly provided on the support ring 2, the connecting member 5 is a connecting pin 5 fittingly inserted into the pin holes 22, and the connecting pin 5 is axially inserted into the waist groove 15.
In a specific arrangement, the length of the kidney-shaped groove 15 is not less than the sum of the diameter of the connecting pin 5 and the maximum axial compression of all the annular sealing elements, so that the pressing ring 2 has enough space to freely compress the inner sealing ring 3 and the outer sealing ring 4 in the axial direction when moving towards the support ring 1.
At least two groups of pin holes 22 are arranged, all the pin holes 22 are uniformly distributed on the support ring 2 along the circumferential direction at intervals, and correspondingly, the kidney-shaped groove 15 and the connecting pin 5 are also respectively provided with a plurality of groups. Here, preferably, after the sealing assembly 400 is installed, the two side groove walls of the kidney-shaped groove 15 in the axial direction of the annular protrusion 11 and the connecting pin 5 are arranged with a gap therebetween, so as to facilitate installation and meet the requirement that the inner sealing ring 3/the outer sealing ring 4 is compressed in the axial direction to achieve sealing when the sealing assembly 400 is installed between the stuffing box 100 and the compression end cover 20.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the seal assembly 400, the inner seal ring 3 and the outer seal ring 4 are provided with multiple sets which are sequentially arranged along the axial direction, and the arrangement should be such that the total thickness of all the inner seal ring 3/the outer seal ring 4 is smaller than the depth of the packing cavity, so that the packing cavity can be completely accommodated after being squeezed to realize sealing.
The whole pressing ring 1 is of a T shape, the pressing ring 1 further comprises a pressing end part 13 matched with the sealing end cover 200, and a connecting end part 12 arranged between the pressing end part 13 and the annular bulge 11, wherein a pressing end face 14 on the pressing end part 13 adopts a conical surface so as to be axially matched with the conical end face of the pressing end cover 200, at least part of the connecting end part 12 can penetrate through a packing cavity along the axial direction in a matched mode, and therefore the inner sealing ring 3 and the outer sealing ring 4 are axially extruded to form enough sealing stress at a sealing position. The support ring 2 is fully received in the packing cavity.
Therefore, during installation, all the components on the sealing assembly 400 are assembled firstly, then the end part of the sealing assembly 400, which is provided with the support ring 2, is inserted into the stuffing cavity along the axial direction and sleeved on the shaft rod 300, and then the pressing end cover 200 is sleeved in and pressed on the pressing end cover 200 along the axial direction to enable the pressing end cover to be fastened and connected with the stuffing box 100 relatively, so that the inner sealing ring 3 and the outer sealing ring 4 are axially extruded in the stuffing cavity to realize sealing between the shaft rod 300 and the stuffing box 100, the installation is very convenient, and the damage of the sealing rings can not be caused.
When the sealing assembly needs to be disassembled, the connection between the pressing end cover 200 and the stuffing box 100 is disassembled, then the sealing assembly 400 is integrally disassembled, the pressing ring 1 and the supporting ring 2 can be relatively separated by disassembling each connecting pin 5, and then each sealing ring can be taken out, so that the integrity of each sealing ring can be ensured, and the medium is prevented from being polluted.
In summary, the sealing device of the present invention, in which the sealing assembly 400 can be integrally installed in the device to be sealed or removed from the sealing device, ensures the integrity of the sealing ring during installation and removal, thereby ensuring the reliability of the seal, and the removal medium is not polluted, and is convenient to install and remove.
Example 2
Referring to the sealing device shown in fig. 4, the main difference from embodiment 1 is the specific form of the gland 200. the annular sealing element comprises an inner sealing ring and an outer sealing ring, the inner sealing ring is arranged on the inner peripheral portion of the annular bulge in a matched mode, the inner peripheral portion of the inner sealing ring is in mutual sealing fit with the outer peripheral portion of the shaft rod, the outer sealing ring is arranged on the outer peripheral portion of the annular bulge in a matched mode, and the outer peripheral portion of the outer sealing ring is in mutual sealing fit with the circumferential side wall of the packing cavity.
