Abstract
The invention discloses a salvageable and fast drillable composite material well cementing and completing tool which comprises a well retaining part and a salvage part, wherein the well retaining part comprises an upper joint, a central pipe, an outer pipe, a closing piston and an outer pipe packer, and the salvage part comprises a middle sliding sleeve, a hollow pin, an opening sliding sleeve, an opening pin, a bottom baffle and a rubber plug. The opening sliding sleeve initial state blocks the middle sliding sleeve circulation hole and is fixed by the opening pin, the middle sliding sleeve circulation hole is communicated with the central pipe circulation hole and is aligned by taking the central line as a reference, the rubber plug is arranged on a well head cement head, and the rubber plug is released after well cementation and cementing are finished. The solid well completion tool has a simple structure, can realize the cementing function of a conventional solid well completion tool, replaces a grading hoop and a drilling plug-free tool, can realize fishing, can realize quick drilling and grinding if fishing fails, because the fishing part adopts a quick drilling composite material, drill cuttings are discharged through circulating well washing, and have no subsequent risk, thereby improving the reliability of the solid well completion process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a downhole tool used in an oil field well cementing and completion process, in particular to a fishable fast drilling composite material well cementing and completion tool.
Background
After the oil field drilling is completed, a well cementing and completion process is needed, a well cementing and completion process pipe column is put in, cement is used for sealing a non-production layer section, and a channel is provided for subsequent oil and gas production. The existing oil field well cementing and completion process mostly adopts a grading hoop or a drilling-plug-free tool for cementing and well cementing, an external casing packer is used as a cement bearing tool at the lower part, a well section above the external casing packer is cemented by cement, and a grinding shoe is arranged for drifting after the well cementing is finished. Because the grading collar is made of aluminum materials, drilling time is long after well cementation is finished, a sleeve is easily damaged in the drilling process, a drilling and plugging-free tool can realize fishing, but for a well with a complex well condition or a deep well, fishing failure risks can occur, once fishing failure causes great difficulty for subsequent construction, and even causes that an operation construction pipe column cannot be smoothly put into the well, so that serious underground accidents are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a salvageable and fast drilling composite material well fixing and completing tool which can overcome the defects of the technology, has the advantages of salvageability, fast drilling and grinding if the salvage fails and the like, and improves the reliability of the well fixing and completing process.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: the fishing and fast drilling composite material well fixing and completing tool comprises a well retaining part and a fishing part, wherein the well retaining part comprises an upper joint, a central pipe, an outer pipe, a closing piston and an outer pipe packer, and the fishing part comprises a middle sliding sleeve, a hollow pin, an opening sliding sleeve, an opening pin, a bottom baffle and a rubber plug. The lower end internal thread of an upper joint is connected with the upper end external thread of a central pipe, the lower end external thread of the central pipe is connected with the upper end internal thread of an external pipe packer, the lower end external thread of a middle sliding sleeve is connected with the upper end internal thread of a bottom baffle plate and sleeved in an inner hole of the central pipe, a hollow pin is positioned at the upper end of the middle sliding sleeve and is in threaded connection with a drilling thread of the central pipe, an opening sliding sleeve is positioned in the inner hole of the middle sliding sleeve, the opening sliding sleeve is initially positioned to block a circulation hole of the middle sliding sleeve and is fixed by the opening pin, the upper end of the external pipe and the lower end of the upper joint are connected and sealed by welding, the lower end of the external pipe and the excircle at the upper end of the external pipe packer are connected and sealed by welding, the circulation holes of the external pipe are positioned at the lower end of, the liquid inlet hole is positioned at the lower end of the bottom baffle and communicated with the external packer, the rubber plug is arranged on a wellhead cement head, the rubber plug is released after cementing, the hollow pin is broken by downward collision, and the rubber plug is drilled into the inner hole of the middle sliding sleeve after being in place and blocks the circulating hole of the middle sliding sleeve.
The composite material provided by the invention is polypropylene fiber and glass reinforced thermosetting plastic, has good strength and heat resistance, can meet the underground use conditions of temperature resistance of 150 ℃ and pressure resistance of 70MPa, and can realize rapid drilling and grinding due to lower density and lighter weight when meeting the strength condition.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: simple structure can realize conventional solid well completion instrument's cementing effect, replaces hierarchical hoop and exempts from to bore the stopper instrument, also can realize salvaging, and if salvaging failure, because salvage the part and adopt fast to bore combined material, can realize boring fast and grinding, the drill chip is discharged through circulation well-flushing, does not have follow-up risk to improve solid well completion technology's reliability.

Detailed Description
The invention comprises a well-reserving part and a fishing part, wherein the well-reserving part comprises an upper joint 1, a central pipe 2, an outer pipe 4, a closing piston 5 and an outer pipe packer 14, and the fishing part comprises a middle sliding sleeve 6, a hollow pin 3, an opening sliding sleeve 9, an opening pin 11, a bottom baffle 12 and a rubber plug 15. The lower end internal thread of an upper joint 1 is connected with the upper end external thread of a central tube 2, the lower end external thread of the central tube 2 is connected with the upper end internal thread of an outer tube packer 14, the lower end external thread of a middle sliding sleeve 6 is connected with the upper end internal thread of a bottom baffle 12 and sleeved in an inner hole of the central tube 2, a hollow pin 3 is positioned at the upper end of the middle sliding sleeve 6 and is in threaded connection with the central tube 2 in a drilling mode, an opening sliding sleeve 9 is positioned in the inner hole of the middle sliding sleeve 6, the opening sliding sleeve 9 blocks a middle sliding sleeve circulation hole 7 in an initial state and is fixed by an opening pin 11, the upper end of an outer tube 4 and the lower end of the upper joint 1 are connected and sealed in a welding mode, the lower end of the outer tube 4 and the upper end excircle of the outer tube packer 14 are connected and sealed in a welding mode, outer tube circulation holes 10 are positioned at the, the middle sliding sleeve circulation hole 7 is communicated with the central pipe circulation hole 8 and aligned by taking the central line as a reference, the liquid inlet hole 13 is positioned at the lower end of the bottom baffle 12 and is communicated with the external pipe packer 14, the rubber plug 15 is installed on a wellhead cement head, the hollow pin 3 is released after well cementation and cement injection is completed, the hollow pin is broken by downward collision, an inner hole of the middle sliding sleeve 6 is drilled after the hollow pin is in place, and the middle sliding sleeve circulation hole 7 is blocked.
In specific implementation, the upper end of an upper connector 1 is connected with the lower end of a sleeve, the lower end of an external pipe packer 14 is connected with a well completion pipe column, the external pipe packer is put into a well along with the well completion pipe column, a ground pump truck is pressed to 10-12MPa after the external pipe packer reaches a designed position, liquid enters the external pipe packer through a liquid inlet hole 13, the external pipe packer 14 is firstly expanded and sealed, and the pressure is stabilized for 3-5 minutes, so that the external pipe packer 14 is ensured to be fully expanded and sealed. And (3) continuously pressurizing to 17-19MPa, and cutting the opening pin 11, so that the opening sliding sleeve 9 moves downwards along the inner hole of the middle sliding sleeve 6 to expose the middle sliding sleeve circulation hole 7, and liquid enters the well drilling hole through the middle sliding sleeve circulation hole 7, the central pipe circulation hole 8 and the outer pipe circulation hole 10, so that conventional cementing and well cementation can be carried out, and cement slurry is reserved in the hole space at the upper part of the outer pipe packer 14 due to the bearing effect of the outer pipe packer 14 after expansion. After the well cementation is finished, a rubber plug 15 is thrown into the well head cement head, the rubber plug 15 breaks the hollow pin 3 after being in place, an inner hole of the middle sliding sleeve 6 is drilled, the middle sliding sleeve circulation hole 7 is reached, the middle sliding sleeve circulation hole 7 is blocked, the cement injection circulation channel is temporarily closed, liquid enters a cavity between the outer circle of the central tube 2 and the inner hole of the outer tube 4 through a through hole of the hollow pin 3, the closing piston 5 is pushed to descend, the outer tube circulation hole 10 is blocked, and therefore the cement injection channel is permanently closed. After waiting for 3-5 hours for coagulation, the lower tool salvages the inner hole of the middle sliding sleeve 6, the middle sliding sleeve 6 drives the bottom baffle 12, the salvage part consisting of the hollow pin 3, the opening sliding sleeve 9, the opening pin 11 and the rubber plug 15 in the middle sliding sleeve 6 is lifted out together, and the well remaining part is a complete internal drift diameter of the sleeve, so that the normal well cementing and completing process can be completed. If the fishing can not be carried out or fails under special well conditions, the lower grinding shoe drills and grinds the fishing part made of the composite material, drilling cuttings are discharged through circular well washing, and a complete internal drift diameter of the casing can be formed.
Claims (8)
1. The fishing and fast drilling composite material well fixing and completing tool comprises a well remaining part, a well fishing part and a well repairing part, wherein the well remaining part comprises an upper joint (1), a central pipe (2), an outer pipe (4), a closing piston (5) and an outer pipe packer (14), and the fishing part comprises a middle sliding sleeve (6), a hollow pin (3), an opening sliding sleeve (9), an opening pin (11), a bottom baffle (12) and a rubber plug (15).

The salvageable rapid drillable composite material completion tool of claim 1, wherein: the hollow pin (3) is made of thin-wall composite materials, the outer part is a through hole, the inner part is a blind hole, the through hole can be exposed after the hollow pin is extruded and broken by the rubber plug (15), and the broken part falls into the bottom of the bottom baffle (12).
3. The salvageable rapid drillable composite material completion tool of claim 1, wherein: the middle sliding sleeve circulation hole (7) is communicated with the central pipe circulation hole (8) and aligned by taking the central line as a reference.
4. The salvageable rapid drillable composite material completion tool of claim 1, wherein: the closing piston (5) can slide downwards along a cavity between the outer circle of the central tube (2) and the inner hole of the outer tube (3) and blocks the outer tube circulation hole (10).
5. The salvageable rapid drillable composite material completion tool of claim 1, wherein: the opening sliding sleeve (9) and the middle sliding sleeve (6) are fixed through the opening pin (11) in the initial state, and the middle sliding sleeve circulation hole (7) is blocked.
6. The salvageable rapid drillable composite material completion tool of claim 1, wherein: after the opening pin (11) is cut off, the opening sliding sleeve (9) can slide downwards along the inner hole of the middle sliding sleeve (6).
7. The salvageable rapid drillable composite material completion tool of claim 1, wherein: the bottom baffle (12) is internally provided with a liquid inlet hole (13) which is communicated with an external packer (14).

The salvageable rapid drillable composite material completion tool of claim 1, wherein: the rubber plug (15) is made of rubber materials and can be drilled into the inner hole of the middle sliding sleeve (6) and the circulating hole (7) of the middle sliding sleeve is blocked after the rubber plug is in place.
