1 to 5 percent of mixed solvent
10 to 25 percent of water-based resin
0 to 5 percent of ethanol
1% -7% of wax emulsion;
the water-based tipping paper comprises an outer layer (1) and an activated carbon layer (2); the activated carbon layer (2) is clamped between the outer layers (1), and the activated carbon layer (2) is sealed through the outer layer (1); the outer layer (1) is provided with a plurality of through holes (11) on the side wall close to the filter tip, and the through holes (11) are communicated with the active carbon layer (2); a waterproof breathable film (12) is arranged at the through hole (11), and a semicircular mesh enclosure (13) is arranged outside the through hole (11); the absorption effect of nicotine in cigarettes is realized through the matching of the outer layer (1), the activated carbon layer (2), the through holes (11) and the semicircular mesh enclosure (13);
a plurality of air holes (131) are formed in the semicircular mesh enclosure (13), and the air holes (131) are conical, so that the small-diameter ends of the air holes (131) close to tobacco are towards the inside of the through holes (11), and the small-diameter ends of the air holes (131) close to filter tips are towards the outside of the through holes (11); the end part of the water-based tipping paper close to the tobacco is thicker, and the end part of the water-based tipping paper close to the filter tip is thinner; the filter effect on nicotine in the cigarette is enhanced through the matching of the air holes (131) and the tipping paper;
a plurality of grooves (14) are uniformly formed in the side wall, far away from the filter tip, of the outer layer (1), and the grooves (14) are communicated with the activated carbon layer (2) through sponge columns (141); thereby increasing the friction force on the surface of the tipping paper and avoiding the cigarette from falling off in the eating process;
the mixed solvent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
2 to 10 percent of wetting dispersant
2 to 10 percent of defoaming agent
10 to 50 percent of antibacterial agent
20 to 45 percent of anti-scraping agent.
2. The aqueous tipping paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the defoaming agent consists of tributyl phosphate and silicone oil; the wetting dispersant consists of light silica gel and sodium hexametaphosphate.

The aqueous tipping paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the viscosity of the liquid colorant at 25 ℃ is controlled to be 50-105 mPa.s, the initial drying of the liquid colorant at 25 ℃ is controlled to be 10-20 mm/15s, and the through drying of the liquid colorant at 25 ℃ is not more than 100m/160 s.
