Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜,所述PVC膜的制备原料包含如下重量份的组分:PVC树脂100份、ABS树脂5~15份、相容剂5~10份、主增塑剂6~20份、辅助增塑剂0~5份、稳定剂2~5份、加工助剂0~3份、润滑剂0.5~2份。本发明的PVC膜通过加入相容剂氯化聚乙烯、低分子量苯乙烯类功能聚合物(EMI)、马来酸酐接技ABS,提高材料的相容性,具备良好的加工和表面性能;同时,引入ABS树脂,使材料具有较好的耐溶剂/耐刮擦性能,并提升PVC膜的机械性,从而提升PVC膜的综合性能;本发明的PVC膜更耐食用油、醋酸、润滑油等污染的侵蚀,耐刮擦性较一般PVC膜有较大的提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜及其制备方法,属于复合薄膜技术领域。
背景技术
由于环保、消费市场的发展和变化,应用广泛的PVC压延膜需要根据环境的变化做出更新提升。聚氯乙烯本色为微黄色半透明状,随助剂用量不同,分为软、硬聚氯乙烯,软制品柔而韧,手感粘,稳定;不易被酸、碱腐蚀;对热比较耐受。而ABS树脂属半工程塑料,其强度高、耐磨、抗化学品性能在工程塑料中也较好。将PVC与ABS树脂复合形成的薄膜综合性能有明显的提升,特别是耐溶剂性能和刮擦性,相对传统的用涂层表处的方法,在环保性上也很有优势。但是PVC与ABS由于单体、组成、分子结构上的差异导致相容性差,影响材料设计预期效果的实现。
因此,需要提供一种配方以克服PVC与ABS复合中相容性差的问题,制备得到一种耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC复合压延薄膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜及其制备方法,该PVC膜具备耐溶剂、耐刮擦性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜,所述PVC膜的制备原料包含如下重量份的组分:PVC树脂100份、ABS树脂5~15份、相容剂5~10份、主增塑剂6~20份、辅助增塑剂0~5份、稳定剂2~5份、加工助剂0~3份、润滑剂0.5~2份。
作为本发明所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜的优选实施方式,所述PVC膜的制备原料包含如下重量份的组分:PVC树脂100份、ABS树脂15份、相容剂9份、主增塑剂15份、辅助增塑剂2份、稳定剂3份、加工助剂3份、润滑剂2份。
作为本发明所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜的优选实施方式,所述PVC树脂为乳液聚氯乙烯(E-PVC),所述ABS树脂为PA-757K。
作为本发明所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜的优选实施方式,所述相容剂为氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、EMI树脂(低分子量苯乙烯类功能聚合物)、马来酸酐接技ABS(ABS-G-MAH)中的至少一种。
作为本发明所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜的优选实施方式,所述主增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、邻苯二甲酸二癸酯(DPHP)中的至少一种。
作为本发明所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜的优选实施方式,所述辅助增塑剂为环氧大豆油(ESO)、己二酸二辛酯(DOA)中的至少一种。
作为本发明所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜的优选实施方式,所述稳定剂为有机锡类稳定剂、Ba/Zn类稳定剂、Ca/Zn类稳定剂中的至少一种。
作为本发明所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜的优选实施方式,所述加工助剂为ACR树脂(丙烯酸酯类)、MBS树脂(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)中的至少一种,所述润滑剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钠、季戊四醇酯中的至少一种。
第二方面,本发明提供了上述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比称取原料备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、主增塑剂、辅助增塑剂、稳定剂、加工助剂、润滑剂至于高速混合机中,搅拌,然后冷却至常温,得到预混料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得预混料、ABS树脂和相容剂于常温下在高速搅拌机中共混,得到混合物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得混合物经压延线制成薄膜,即得所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜,压延线示意图如图1所示。
优选地,压延工艺中,厚度为0.03~0.10mm,压延辊的温度为180~215℃,冷却辊温度为40~60℃。
作为本发明所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜的制备方法的优选实施方式,所述步骤(2)中,搅拌温度为80~100℃,搅拌时间为10~20min;所述步骤(3)中,共混时间为10~20min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的PVC膜通过加入相容剂氯化聚乙烯、EMI树脂、马来酸酐接技ABS,提高材料的相容性,具备良好的加工和表面性能;同时,引入ABS树脂,使材料具有较好的耐溶剂/耐刮擦性能,并提升PVC膜的机械性,从而提升PVC膜的综合性能;本发明的PVC膜更耐食用油、醋酸、润滑油等污染的侵蚀,耐刮擦性较一般PVC膜有较大的提升。

本实施例PVC膜的制备方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)按配比称取原料备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、主增塑剂、辅助增塑剂、稳定剂、加工助剂、润滑剂至于高速混合机中,搅拌,搅拌温度为80℃,搅拌时间为10min,然后冷却至常温,得到预混料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得预混料、ABS树脂和相容剂于常温下在高速搅拌机中共混,共混时间为10min,得到混合物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得混合物经压延线制成薄膜,即得所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜。
对本实施例PVC膜的性能进行测试,耐溶剂性能:23±2℃,24h,食用油中轻微变化,醋酸中轻微变化,润滑油中轻微变化;耐刮擦性能:按照PV3952出测试△L=5.2。
实施例2
一种耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜,所述PVC膜的制备原料包含如下重量份的组分:E-PVC树脂100份、ABS树脂6份、DOP 10份、DINP 2份、DPHP 2份、EMI树脂9份、有机锡类稳定剂3份、ACR树脂2份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.5份。
本实施例PVC膜的制备方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)按配比称取原料备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、主增塑剂、辅助增塑剂、稳定剂、加工助剂、润滑剂至于高速混合机中,搅拌,搅拌温度为90℃,搅拌时间为15min,然后冷却至常温,得到预混料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得预混料、ABS树脂和相容剂于常温下在高速搅拌机中共混,共混时间为15min,得到混合物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得混合物经压延线制成薄膜,即得所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜。

一种耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜,所述PVC膜的制备原料包含如下重量份的组分:E-PVC树脂100份、ABS树脂7份、DOP 12份、ESO 3份、CPE 8份、Ba/Zn类稳定剂3份、ACR树脂3份、氧化聚乙烯蜡1份。

一种耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜,所述PVC膜的制备原料包含如下重量份的组分:E-PVC树脂100份、ABS树脂13份、DOP 20份、DOA 3份、ABS-g-MAH10份、有机锡类稳定剂1份、Ca/Zn类稳定剂2份、ACR树脂1份、MBS树脂2份、硬脂酸钠2份。
本实施例PVC膜的制备方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)按配比称取原料备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、主增塑剂、辅助增塑剂、稳定剂、加工助剂、润滑剂至于高速混合机中,搅拌,搅拌温度为90℃,搅拌时间为10min,然后冷却至常温,得到预混料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得预混料、ABS树脂和相容剂于常温下在高速搅拌机中共混,共混时间为15min,得到混合物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得混合物经压延线制成薄膜,即得所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜。
对本实施例PVC膜的性能进行测试,耐溶剂性能:23±2℃,24h,食用油中明显变化,醋酸中轻微变化,润滑油中中等变化;耐刮擦性能:按照PV3952出测试△L=3.4。
实施例8
一种耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜,所述PVC膜的制备原料包含如下重量份的组分:E-PVC树脂100份、ABS树脂15份、DINP 15份、DOA 2份、CPE 5份、EMI树脂2份、ABS-g-MAH 2份、Ba/Zn类稳定剂2份、Ca/Zn类稳定剂1份、ACR树脂2份、MBS树脂1份、氧化聚乙烯蜡1.5份、硬脂酸钠0.5份。
本实施例PVC膜的制备方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)按配比称取原料备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、主增塑剂、辅助增塑剂、稳定剂、加工助剂、润滑剂至于高速混合机中,搅拌,搅拌温度为90℃,搅拌时间为10min,然后冷却至常温,得到预混料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得预混料、ABS树脂和相容剂于常温下在高速搅拌机中共混,共混时间为15min,得到混合物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得混合物经压延线制成薄膜,即得所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜。
对本实施例PVC膜的性能进行测试,耐溶剂性能:23±2℃,24h,食用油中轻微变化,醋酸中中等变化,润滑油中轻微变化;耐刮擦性能:按照PV3952出测试△L=3.3。
效果例1
为了考察各原料重量份对本发明PVC膜性能的影响,设置了试验组1~4、对照组1~2。试验组1~4、对照组1~2中仅各原料重量份不同,各组分的物质选择及制备方法均相同,各原料重量份如表1所示。并对试验组1~4、对照组1~2制备得到的PVC膜的性能进行测试,测试结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,试验组1~4各原料重量份在本发明范围内,制备得到的PVC膜具有良好的耐溶剂性能和耐刮擦性能;对照组1~2各原料重量份不全在本发明范围内,制备得到的PVC膜的耐溶剂性能和耐刮擦性能不如本发明。并且,试验组4中,当制备原料包含如下重量份的组分:PVC树脂100份、ABS树脂15份、相容剂9份、主增塑剂15份、辅助增塑剂2份、稳定剂3份、加工助剂3份、润滑剂2份时,制备得到的PVC膜的耐溶剂性能和耐刮擦性能最佳。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜,其特征在于,所述PVC膜的制备原料包含如下重量份的组分:PVC树脂100份、ABS树脂5~15份、相容剂5~10份、主增塑剂6~20份、辅助增塑剂0~5份、稳定剂2~5份、加工助剂0~3份、润滑剂0.5~2份;
其中,所述PVC树脂为乳液聚氯乙烯,所述ABS树脂为PA-757K;所述相容剂为氯化聚乙烯、EMI树脂、马来酸酐接技ABS中的至少一种;所述主增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二癸酯中的至少一种;所述辅助增塑剂为环氧大豆油、己二酸二辛酯中的至少一种;所述稳定剂为有机锡类稳定剂、Ba/Zn类稳定剂、Ca/Zn类稳定剂中的至少一种;所述加工助剂为ACR树脂、MBS树脂中的至少一种,所述润滑剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钠、季戊四醇酯中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜,其特征在于,所述PVC膜的制备原料包含如下重量份的组分:PVC树脂100份、ABS树脂15份、相容剂9份、主增塑剂15份、辅助增塑剂2份、稳定剂3份、加工助剂3份、润滑剂2份。
3.如权利要求1~2任一项所述的耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比称取原料备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、主增塑剂、辅助增塑剂、稳定剂、加工助剂、润滑剂至于高速混合机中,搅拌,然后冷却至常温,得到预混料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得预混料、ABS树脂和相容剂于常温下在高速搅拌机中共混,得到混合物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得混合物经压延线制成薄膜,即得所述耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜。
4.如权利要求3所述的耐溶剂、耐刮擦PVC膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,搅拌温度为80~100℃,搅拌时间为10~20min;所述步骤(3)中,共混时间为10~20min。
