Detailed Description
A transport cart (a stay-equipped transport cart) 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
(outline of carriage for carrying)
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a conveyance carriage 1 in a state where a frame of the present embodiment is opened. The conveying carriage 1 is also called a cage, and is a carriage for loading and conveying a load in a loading space in a frame of three frames (a left side frame 2, a right side frame 3, and a back side frame B). As shown in fig. 1, the conveyance cart 1 includes a left side frame (first frame) 2, a right side frame (second frame) 3, a back side frame B, a stay 6, and a bottom member 10.
The left side frame 2 functions as one of the side walls of the loading space. The left side frame 2 is supported by the back side frame B via a coupling portion 12.
The right side frame 3 functions as one of the side walls of the loading space. The right side frame 3 is supported by the back side frame B via a coupling portion 13.
The back frame B functions as a side wall on the back side of the mounting space. The back-side frame B is vertically fixed to a rear end portion of the floor base 101 constituting the bottom member 10 when viewed from a side where the load is loaded into the conveyance carriage 1 (hereinafter also referred to as a front side, and a side where the back-side frame B is located when viewed from the front side is referred to as a rear side). The back-side frame B supports the left side frame 2 via the coupling portion 12, and supports the right side frame 3 via the coupling portion 13.
The stay 6 is formed in a rod shape. After loading the cargo into the frame of the frame and before starting the transportation, the stay 6 is bridged between the left side frame 2 and the right side frame 3 facing each other and at an intermediate position in the height direction to restrict the falling of the left side frame 2 and the right side frame 3. In the transport carriage 1, no frame facing the back-side frame B is provided at an edge portion facing an edge portion connected to the back-side frame B among edge portions of the left side frame 2 and the right side frame 3. Therefore, the load can be put in from the side (front) where the opposed edge portions are located. After the cargo is loaded, the left side frame 2 and the right side frame 3 are connected by the stay 6, whereby the left side frame 2 and the right side frame 3 can be prevented from approaching and separating from each other, and the loaded cargo can be stabilized. In the present specification, the term "edge" refers to a columnar member constituting each side of the frame.
The bottom member 10 includes a bottom plate 11 and a bottom plate base 101 having four wheels. The floor base 101 vertically fixes the back-side frame B at the rear end. A base plate 11 is provided above the base plate holder 101. The floor 11 is provided to facilitate loading of the cargo and to stabilize the posture of the conveyance carriage 1. The bottom plate 11 is formed of an upper surface and side surfaces, has no bottom surface, and is open at the bottom.
As shown in fig. 1, by providing the floor plate 11 on the floor plate base 101, the lower end portion of the left side frame 2 and the lower end portion of the right side frame 3 are brought into contact with the side surface of the floor plate 11, and the left side frame 2 and the right side frame 3 can be prevented from approaching each other.
Fig. 7 is a front view of the conveyance carriage 1 in a state where the bottom plate 11 is lifted in the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, a hook 22 is provided at the lower end of the edge 21 of the left side frame 2 so as to protrude toward the right side frame 3 and face upward. A hook portion 32 is provided at the lower end of the edge portion 31 of the right side frame 3 so as to protrude upward toward the left side frame 2. When the bottom plate 11 is set on the bottom plate base 101 from the lifted state, the hook 22 is hooked on the side surface 111 of the bottom plate 11 from below, and the hook 32 is hooked on the side surface 112 of the bottom plate 11 from below, whereby the left side frame 2 and the right side frame 3 can be prevented from being separated from each other.
The floor base 101 is configured to be narrower toward the front (width in a direction parallel to the back-side frame B). Further, the chassis base 101 is configured such that no frame is provided at the rear thereof, and other chassis bases having the same shape can be inserted from the rear.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the conveyance carriage 1 in a state where the frame of the present embodiment is closed. When the transport vehicle 1 moves without loading the load, it is preferable to move the plurality of transport vehicles 1 together from the viewpoint of improving the work efficiency.
For this purpose, first, the bottom plate 11 of each transport cart 1 is lifted up to the back-side frame B side. That is, the bottom plate 11 is rotated about the rear shaft thereof. Next, the frames of the respective conveyance trucks 1 are closed. That is, the right side frame 3 is folded to one side of the back side frame B with the near front axis of the coupling portion 13 as the center. The left side frame 2 is folded to one side of the back side frame B around the front axis of the coupling portion 12. Thereby, as shown in fig. 2, the bottom plate 11, the right side frame 3, and the left side frame 2 are folded with respect to the back side frame B. The stay 6 is housed in the case 7.
As described above, the floor base of another conveyance carriage having the same shape can be inserted into the floor base 101 from the rear. That is, in the present embodiment, since the width of the floor seat 101 is gradually narrowed toward the front side and the rear side, the front part of the floor seat of the other conveyance carriage is smaller than the rear part of the floor seat 101. Therefore, the front portion can be inserted into the rear portion to overlap the rear portion in a nested manner. Therefore, the nesting of the conveyance carriages 1 can be realized.
(setting of stay)
Fig. 3 is a front view of the conveyance carriage 1 in a state where the stay 6 of the present embodiment is horizontally fixed. As shown in fig. 3, the conveyance carriage 1 includes an edge 21, an edge 31, a stay bracket (attachment portion) 4, and a stay seat (connection portion) 5.
The stay bracket 4 is provided on the left side frame 2, and one end of a stay 6 is vertically and rotatably connected thereto. The stay base 5 is provided on the right side frame 3, and is detachably connected to the other end of the stay 6.
(Collection of stay)
When the stay 6 is detached from the stay holder 5 at the time of storage, the stay 6 hangs down in the longitudinal direction of the edge 21 of the left side frame 2 to which the stay bracket 4 is attached, as shown by an arrow in fig. 3.
Fig. 5 is a side view of the carriage 1 for conveyance in a state where the stay 6 of the present embodiment is housed in the box 7. The case (regulating portion) 7 is provided on the left side frame 2, and regulates the swing of the stay 6 around the stay bracket 4 in a state where the stay 6 hangs down in the longitudinal direction of the edge portion 21 of the left side frame 2 to which the stay bracket 4 is attached. The case 7 may be a member for fixing the other end of the stay 6, and may be another member, for example, a magnet attached to the other end of the stay 6, or a receiver for fitting the other end of the stay 6.
The stay bracket 4 is formed to be horizontally rotatable around the edge 21. Since the case 7 is disposed on the opposite side of the surface defined by the members of the left side frame 2 from the right side frame 3 and on the inner side of the edge 21, the swing of the stay 6 around the stay bracket 4 can be restricted. Therefore, the goods can be easily taken out of or put in the frame of the frame, and the goods can not be injured. Further, since the stay 6 does not protrude forward of the conveyance carriage 1, the stay 6 does not come into contact with surrounding objects or people.
The case 7 may be a case that houses the other end of the stay 6 and is open upward in the vertical direction. The stay bracket 4 may be vertically movable in the longitudinal direction of the edge 21 of the left side frame 2. Thus, the lower end (the other end) of the stay 6 can be housed in the box 7 by vertically moving the stay 6 in a state of hanging down in the longitudinal direction of the edge 21.
Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a connection structure of the edge portion 21 of the left side frame 2, the stay bracket 4, and the stay 6 according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 6 (a), in the stay 6, a flat plate portion 62 is formed by vertically compressing the base end portion 61 of the pipe, and a hole portion 63 is provided through the flat plate portion 62. As shown in fig. 6 (b), a stay holder 4 having an annular seat portion 41 is fitted to the edge portion 21 of the left side frame 2. As shown in fig. 6 (c), the stay bracket 4 is formed with notches 42 and 43 that fit with the protrusion 211 protruding from the edge 21. The annular seat portion 41 of the stay bracket 4 is inserted into the hole portion 63 of the base end portion 61 of the stay 6, and the stay 6 is rotatably provided in the stay bracket 4.
Accordingly, at the rotational position where the notch 43 of the stay bracket 4 is fitted to the protrusion 211, the stay bracket 4 moves up and down in the longitudinal direction of the edge 21, and the other end of the stay 6 hanging from the edge 21 is accommodated in the box 7.
(rotation of stay)
The following operation may be performed until the stay 6 is fixed to the case 7 from the state of being fixed horizontally.
(1) First, as shown in fig. 3, the stay 6 is rotated in a vertical plane about one end of the stay 6 from a position where the left side frame 2 and the right side frame 3 are connected, and hangs down in the longitudinal direction of the edge 21 of the left side frame 2.
(2) Fig. 4 is a view showing a state in which the suspended stay 6 of the present embodiment rotates. As shown in fig. 4, next (1), the stay 6 starts to rotate to the front side of the conveyance carriage 1 about the axis of the edge 21 of the left side frame 2, and rotates to move by about 180 ° to 270 ° in total to the rear side of the edge 21, and reaches a position where the other end of the stay 6 is fixed. In a state where the stay holder 4 is lifted upward and the fitting between the notch 43 and the protrusion 211 is released, the stay 6 is rotated by horizontally rotating the stay holder 4 around the rim 21.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims, and embodiments obtained by appropriately combining the technical means disclosed in the respective embodiments are also included in the technical scope of the present invention.
