as shown in fig. 8, the positioning mounting base 5 includes a mounting plate 51, a plurality of positioning grooves are formed in the bottom surface of the mounting plate 51, the positioning grooves are engaged with the push rods 462, a clamping cylinder 53 is installed on one side of the surface of the mounting plate 51, a fourth clamping fixing plate 54 is installed on the power output end of the clamping cylinder 53, and a fifth clamping fixing plate 55 is installed on one side of the surface of the mounting plate 51, the fifth clamping fixing plate being opposite to the fourth clamping fixing plate 54;
the production device of the combined packing carton comprises the following specific production processes:
firstly, placing a square box body between a fourth clamping and fixing plate 54 and a fifth clamping and fixing plate 55 on a positioning installation seat 5 and clamping and fixing;
secondly, when the positioning mounting seat 5 is controlled to be conveyed to one end in the middle conveying mechanism in the middle of the double-layer circulating conveying mechanism 1 and connected with the feeding conveying mechanism 2, the positioning mounting seat is continuously moved to the transmission fixing seat 24 of the feeding conveying mechanism 2 under the pushing of the first conveying belt 12, then the transmission fixing seat 24 is driven by the first lifting hydraulic cylinder 23 to move upwards until the transmission fixing seat is connected with the top conveying mechanism at the top of the double-layer circulating conveying mechanism 1, then the second speed reducing motor is controlled to rotate the second conveying belt 242 through working, the positioning mounting seat 5 is moved to the top conveying mechanism at the top of the double-layer circulating conveying mechanism 1 on the second conveying belt 242 through the rotation of the second conveying end 242, and then the positioning mounting seat is conveyed forwards through the first conveying belt 12 in the top conveying mechanism at the top of the double-layer circulating conveying mechanism 1;
thirdly, when the carton is conveyed to the position and assembly mechanism 4, the whole position and installation seat 5 is jacked upwards through the jacking assembly 46, then the fourth speed reducing motor is controlled to rotate to drive the fifth fixing plate 451 to rotate, so that the third clamping fixing plate 455 rotates to the rear side, the rear side of the rotating and conveying seat 45 is provided with a conveyor belt for conveying the upper end cover and the lower end cover of the carton, the upper end cover and the lower end cover are the same, the end covers are clamped and fixed through the two third clamping fixing plates 455 and then rotate to the front side, the fourth fixing plate 433 is driven to move downwards through the transmission screw 432, the end covers are clamped and fixed through the two second clamping fixing plates 436 and move downwards through the transmission screw 432 after clamping, until the end covers are sleeved on the square box body fixed on the jacked position and installation seat 5, then the jacking assembly 46 is controlled to drive the position and installation seat 5 to move downwards to the first conveying belt 12 in the top conveying mechanism at the top of the double-layer circular conveying mechanism, then continuing to transmit forwards;
fourthly, when the carton is transmitted to the feeding transmission mechanism 2 at the other side, the positioning mounting seat 5 is transmitted to the feeding transmission mechanism 2 until the carton moves downwards to the turnover mechanism 3, the turnover hydraulic cylinder 32 in the turnover mechanism 3 extends out until the two first clamping fixing plates 39 are positioned at two sides of the carton body, the blocking strip 37 is positioned above the upper end cover, then the second lifting hydraulic cylinder 35 and the first bidirectional hydraulic cylinder 38 are controlled to clamp and fix the side walls of the carton body by the two first clamping fixing plates 39, meanwhile, the blocking strip 37 is used for compressing and fixing the upper end cover at the top of the carton body, then the transmission fixing seat 24 is controlled to move downwards for a certain distance, then the third speed reducing motor works to drive the turnover plates 34 to rotate to realize the rotation of the carton body until the upper end cover is positioned below, then the transmission fixing seat 24 is controlled to move upwards until the blocking strip 37 is connected with the top of the transmission fixing seat 24, the first small motor is controlled to rotate to enable the blocking and pressing strip 37 to rotate out, then the transmission fixing seat 24 moves upwards again, the upper end cover is placed on the lower square box body and connected with the surface of the second transmission belt 242 in the transmission fixing seat 24, then the first bidirectional hydraulic cylinder 38 is controlled to work to enable the two first clamping and fixing plates 39 to loosen the clamping of the box body, and the box body is turned over;
and fifthly, driving the positioning mounting seat 5 to move to the middle conveying mechanism in the middle of the double-layer circulating transmission mechanism 1 through the transmission fixing seat 24, and circulating the second step, the third step and the fourth step to realize sleeving and mounting of the end cover at the other end of the square box body and further realize assembling of the packaging carton.

Claims (6)

1. The production device of the combined type packaging carton is characterized by comprising a double-layer circulating transmission mechanism (1), wherein the left side and the right side of the double-layer circulating transmission mechanism (1) are respectively provided with a feeding transmission mechanism (2), a turnover mechanism (3) is arranged in the feeding transmission mechanism (2) on one side, a positioning and assembling mechanism (4) is arranged in the middle of the double-layer circulating transmission mechanism (1), and a plurality of positioning installation seats (5) are arranged on the double-layer circulating transmission mechanism (1) and the feeding transmission mechanism;
the double-layer circulating transmission mechanism (1) comprises a bearing frame (11), and a middle transmission mechanism and a top transmission mechanism are respectively arranged at the middle part and the top part of the bearing frame (11);
the feeding transmission mechanism (2) comprises a feeding fixing box (21), two first sliding rails (22) which are vertically distributed are mounted on one side of the bottom of the feeding fixing box (21), a first lifting hydraulic cylinder (23) is mounted between the two first sliding rails (22) at the bottom of the feeding fixing box (21), first sliding blocks which are in sliding fit with the two first sliding rails (22) are mounted on two sides of the side wall of a first fixing plate (25) which is mounted at the power output end of the first lifting hydraulic cylinder (23), a first fixing seat (24) is mounted on the side wall of the first fixing plate (25), and a positioning mounting seat (5) is placed on the first fixing seat (24);
the positioning and assembling mechanism (4) comprises a positioning frame (41), the positioning frame (41) is placed in the middle of the double-layer circulating transmission mechanism (1), a positioning plate (411) is arranged at the top of the positioning plate (41), the positioning plate (411) is positioned between the middle transmission mechanism and the top transmission mechanism of the double-layer circulating transmission mechanism (1), a fixing frame (42) is installed on one side of the surface of the positioning plate (411), a positioning assembly (43) is installed at the top of the fixing frame (42), an assembling assembly (44) is slidably installed on the positioning assembly (43), meanwhile, a fourth speed reducing motor is installed on one side of the fixing frame (42), a rotating transmission seat (45) is installed at the power output end of the fourth speed reducing motor, a jacking assembly (46) is installed in the middle of the surface of the positioning plate (411), and the jacking assembly (46) is located right below the position between the two first transmission belts (12) in the double-layer circulating transmission mechanism (1);
the jacking assembly (46) comprises a third lifting hydraulic cylinder which is fixedly arranged in the middle of the surface of the positioning plate (411), the top end of a third lifting hydraulic rod is provided with a top plate (461), and the surface of the top plate (461) is provided with a mandril (462);
the positioning mounting seat (5) comprises a mounting plate (51), the bottom surface of the mounting plate (51) is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves matched with the ejector rods (462), meanwhile, one side of the surface of the mounting plate (51) is provided with a clamping cylinder (53), the power output end of the clamping cylinder (53) is provided with a fourth clamping fixing plate (54), and meanwhile, one side of the surface of the mounting plate (51) is provided with a fifth clamping fixing plate (55) which is arranged opposite to the fourth clamping fixing plate (54).

The production device of a combined packing carton according to claim 1, wherein the middle conveying mechanism and the top conveying mechanism are identical in structure and comprise first transmission shafts arranged between the middle part of the bearing frame (11) and the front and rear ends of the left side of the top part, second transmission shafts arranged between the middle part of the bearing frame (11) and the front and rear ends of the right side of the top part, first belt pulleys are arranged on the front and rear sides of the first transmission shafts, first transmission belts (12) are arranged between the first belt pulleys on the front and rear sides of the first transmission shafts and the second transmission shafts, a positioning mounting seat (5) arranged on the double-layer circulating transmission mechanism (1) is arranged between the two first transmission belts (12), a first transmission wheel is arranged at one end of the first transmission shafts, a first speed reducing motor is arranged at the bottom of the bearing frame (1), and a second transmission wheel is arranged at the power output end of the first speed reducing motor, the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel are connected through a transmission belt.

The manufacturing device of a combined packing carton according to claim 1, wherein the transmission fixing seat (24) comprises two transmission fixing strips (241) arranged oppositely, one of the transmission fixing strips (241) is installed on the first fixing plate (25), the outer surface of the side wall of the other transmission fixing strip (241) is vertically fixed with a second fixing plate (243), the side wall of the second fixing plate (243) is installed with a second speed reducing motor, the power transmission of the second speed reducing motor is installed with a third transmission wheel, a third transmission shaft and a fourth transmission shaft are respectively installed between the front and rear side walls of the two transmission fixing strips (241), the left and right sides of the third transmission shaft and the fourth transmission shaft are both installed with second belt pulleys, the second belt pulleys of the third transmission shaft and the fourth transmission shaft are connected through a second conveying belt (242), the positioning installation seat (5) is placed between the two second conveying belts (242), meanwhile, a fourth driving wheel is installed at one end of the third transmission shaft, and the third driving wheel is connected with the fourth driving wheel through a second driving belt.

The production device of the combined type packaging carton according to claim 1, wherein the turnover mechanism (3) is arranged opposite to the transmission fixing seat (24), the turnover mechanism (3) comprises a third fixing plate (31) arranged on the inner surface of the side wall of the middle part of the feeding fixing box (21) of one of the feeding transmission mechanisms (2), two turnover hydraulic cylinders (32) are arranged on two sides of the side wall of the third fixing plate (31), a first positioning plate (33) is arranged between the power output ends of the two turnover hydraulic cylinders (32), a third speed reduction motor is arranged in the middle part of the side wall of the first positioning plate (33), a turnover plate (34) is arranged after the power output end of the third speed reduction motor passes through the first positioning plate (33), two second lifting hydraulic cylinders (35) are arranged on two sides of the rear side wall of the turnover plate (34), and a fixing plate strip (36) is arranged between the power output ends of the two second lifting hydraulic cylinders, a first small motor is installed on the bottom surface of the middle of the fixing plate strip (36), a blocking and pressing strip (37) is installed at the power output end of the first small motor, first bidirectional hydraulic cylinders (38) which are horizontally distributed are installed at the upper end and the lower end of the front side wall of the turnover plate (34) respectively, and first clamping fixing plates (39) are installed between the power output ends of the two first bidirectional hydraulic cylinders (38).

The production device of the combined type packaging carton according to claim 1, wherein the fixing frame (42) comprises two first supporting strips (421) which are oppositely arranged, a connecting strip (422) is installed between the top side walls of the two first supporting strips (421), meanwhile, a mounting strip is vertically fixed on the side wall of one of the supporting strips (421), a fourth speed reducing motor is installed on the mounting strip, the positioning component (43) comprises a positioning fixing lath (431) installed on the side wall of the connecting strip (422), two second sliding rails (434) are installed on two sides of the side wall of the positioning fixing lath (431), a fifth speed reducing motor is installed at the top of the middle part of the side wall of the positioning fixing lath (431), a transmission screw (432) is installed at the power output end of the fifth speed reducing motor, a fourth fixing plate (433) is fixed on the side wall of the transmission screw (432) which is sleeved with a, two second sliding blocks matched with a second sliding rail (434) are installed on two sides of the rear side wall of the fourth fixing plate (433), two second bidirectional hydraulic cylinders (435) are installed on the front side wall of the fourth fixing plate (433) from top to bottom respectively, a second clamping fixing plate (436) is fixed between power output ends of two ends of the two second bidirectional hydraulic cylinders (435), the fourth fixing plate (433) is driven to move up and down through a transmission screw (432) of a fifth speed reducing motor in a rotating mode.
