The high-precision sand-running-preventing and sand-spraying device for the round bars according to claim 1 is characterized in that the connecting piece comprises a first connecting plate (24), a second connecting plate (25), bolts (41) and nuts (42), the outer wall of the second cover plate (4) is fixedly provided with four first connecting plates (24) at equal intervals, the outer wall of one end, far away from the first cover plate (3), of the cylinder (2) is fixedly provided with four second connecting plates (25) at equal intervals, the first connecting plate (24) and the second connecting plate (25) are both provided with mounting holes, and the first connecting plate (24) and the second connecting plate (25) are fixed together through the bolts (41) and the nuts (42).

The high-precision sand-running-preventing and sand-spraying device for the round bars according to claim 1, wherein the positioning device comprises four second hydraulic cylinders (26), springs (27), fixing columns (28) and clamping plates (29), the number of the second hydraulic cylinders (26) is four, the second hydraulic cylinders are respectively fixed on the outer wall of the cylinder (2) at equal intervals, piston rods of the second hydraulic cylinders (26) extend into the cylinder (2) and are connected with the fixing columns (28) through the springs (27), the clamping plates (29) are fixedly arranged at one ends, far away from the springs (27), of the fixing columns (28), and the clamping plates (29) are of circular arc structures.
