技术领域
本发明涉及网球拍、羽毛球拍。
背景技术
公知的,网球拍、羽毛球拍一般由拍弦,护线管,中空的拍框、拍杆,八角形握柄套及柄盖组成,其拍框、拍杆除护线管孔和拍框端部均不透气。市售网球拍、羽毛球拍的拍框、拍杆硬度由制造材料及截面尺寸决定,用户不可调整;拍弦在张拉后的磅数,用户不可调整。
在结构承受外荷载之前,预先对其在外荷载作用下的受拉区施加压应力,以改善结构使用性能的结构型式称之为预应力结构,如预应力钢筋混凝土桥梁。对于机械结构来说,其含义为预先使其产生应力,好处是可以提高构造本身刚性,减少振动和弹性变形。
无粘结预应力束多用于混凝土结构,是将预应力钢筋、钢铰线或其他高强纤维,涂润滑油脂后,包裹在塑料套管内,它与被施加预压应力的混凝土结构之间没有粘结力,可以永久地相对滑动,预应力全部由两端的锚具传递。无粘结预应力筋的涂层防腐、润滑性能好,摩阻力小,调束调索方便,多用于采用悬拼工艺,施工中需多次调整预应力值的大跨径桥梁。无粘结预应力束可埋置在混凝土结构内,也可绑缚在混凝土结构外,即体外预应力束,通过锚具和转向块将预应力效应作用于结构上,多用于旧桥加固。
生活中最常见的充气预应力结构莫过于轮胎,充气压力使并不坚硬的中空橡胶能够支撑起沉重的车辆,且随充气压强不同,承载能力和减震性能不同。
发明内容
首次通过拉索或充气对拍框施以预应力,通过调节对拍框所施加预应力值的大小,改变拍框硬度,改变拉线磅数。
在制造球拍过程中,将无粘结预应力束埋设在拍框内部空腔中或侧壁中,将张紧装置设于拍柄内,使用者通过张紧、放张预应力束改变拍框所受预应力值大小,进而调整拍框硬度。
将拍框制成中空气密结构,将充气嘴或压气装置设于拍柄内,使用者通过改变拍框内充气气压,调节拍框所受预应力值,进而调整拍框硬度。
将拍框或拍头穿线部分拍框制成中空气密结构,将充气嘴或压气装置设于拍柄内,拍框头部穿线部分外侧壁(紧贴护线管一侧)厚度小于其他侧壁,通过充入高压气体,为护线管提供支撑抵抗拍弦拉线张紧力,使用者通过改变拍框内气压,使护线管下拍框产生弹性形变,调整拍弦的拉线磅数。
以上方法可联合使用。
预应力束可采用钢丝、碳纤维或其他高抗拉强度、高弹性模量纤维材料。张紧装置可采用与预应力束轴线同向的螺栓;也可采用与预应力束轴线垂直的卷扬器,如同张紧吉他弦的装置。
拍框握柄处内部可埋设打气筒或充气嘴,与其他部分埋设的两条气门芯内胎形成气密结构,避免打穿线孔破坏气密性。也可采用锥筒外形护线管或套橡胶密封圈,在嵌挤下保证穿线孔处拍框气密效果。
可设拉力计、气压计显示拍框所受预应力值的大小,并给出预应力值大小与拍框硬度值的关系,方便用户临场调校及打造个性化定制球拍。
有益效果
拍框硬度可调,拍弦拉线磅数可调,用户可根据场上情况和自身喜好打造个性化球拍。即使调节功能不给到用户,预应力增强拍框刚度的方法,也可帮助制造商采用同一拍模制造出不同硬度球拍,节约制造成本。

Claims (4)

1.一种个性化球拍,其特征在于,通过拉索或充气对拍框施以预应力,并通过改变拍框所受预应力值大小,调整拍框硬度和拍弦拉线磅数。
2.如权利要求1所述其特征在于,拍框体内设有一条或多条可自由滑动的无粘结预应力束,拍柄内设有预应力束张紧装置,预应力束张紧力度可调。
3.如权利要求1所述其特征在于,拍框制成中空气密结构,拍柄设有充气嘴或压气装置,拍框中充气气压可调。
4.如权利要求1所述其特征在于,拍框全部或头部穿线部分为中空气密结构,拍柄设有充气嘴或压气装置,拍框中充气气压可调;拍框头部穿线部分外侧壁,即紧贴护线管一侧,厚度小于其他侧壁,拍框内充气气压变化时,外侧壁弹性变形远大于其他侧。
