According to the invention, the support surface (1) is mounted so as to be movable between a first position for positioning the bag on the support surface and a second position for clamping the bag between the support surface and the placement surface (2).

Description

Device for introducing objects into bags
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lead-through according to the preamble of claim 1.
Background
An insertion device of the type mentioned at the outset is known from the patent document DE 202006020305U 1. The insertion device comprises a support surface (referred to here as the insert region 4) for the objects to be inserted into the (three-sided closed) bag and a placement surface (referred to here as the end section I') corresponding to the support surface for the bag to be filled with the objects after insertion. The introduction device is used in particular for introducing instrument carriers (objects) to be supplied to a sterilization process into sterile packages (bags). In this known solution, the bag is initially pushed practically completely onto the spreading device arranged on the support surface. In the next step, the object is pushed into the bag by hand. The bag is then pushed together with the articles and onto a support surface with the bag still open on one side for further processing.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to improve an insertion device of the type mentioned at the outset. In particular, a particularly simple insertion device for handling bags should be provided.
This object is achieved by means of an insertion device of the type mentioned at the outset by the features listed in the characterizing features of claim 1.
In other words, according to the invention, the support surface is mounted so as to be movable between a first position for positioning the bag on the support surface and a second position for clamping the bag between the support surface and the placement surface.
In other words, the solution according to the invention is thus characterized in that the bag, in particular the sterile bag, is no longer positioned on a support surface that is not movable and is therefore only limitedly accessible, as in the prior art described at the outset, but rather is realized in the following manner: in a first position, the bag is positioned on the support surface and in a second position of the support surface, the object, in particular the instrument carrier, is pushed into the bag, wherein the bag is simultaneously clamped between the support surface and the placement surface and is thus not held securely by hand when the object is pushed into the bag. In this case, it is particularly preferably provided that the own weight of the object acting on the support surface is used for fastening the bag.
In particular, the description in claim 1, according to which "one" bearing surface is provided for the object, means that the device has "at least one" bearing surface for the object. In other words, for example, solutions are also conceivable in which two bearing surfaces which can be adjusted relative to one another are provided in order to be able to take into account objects of different widths, which bearing surfaces are thus essentially formed by two separate sub-bearing surfaces.
Finally, the term "resting surface" means here that said resting surface is in any case of a size such as to prevent the bag from falling off automatically. It is particularly preferably provided here that the placement surface is at least as large as the side of the bag intended to receive the object facing the placement surface.
Further advantageous developments emerge from the dependent claims.
For completeness, reference is also made to patent document DE 1085807 a. This solution, however, does not have at least a standing surface in the sense of claim 1.
Drawings
The introduction device according to the invention and advantageous further developments thereof according to the dependent claims are explained in detail below on the basis of the drawings of two embodiments. In the drawings:
fig. 1 shows schematically in a side view an introduction device according to the invention in a first position for positioning a bag;
fig. 2 shows schematically in a side view the introduction device according to fig. 1 in a second position at the beginning of the introduction of an object into the clamped bag;
fig. 3 schematically shows the introduction device according to fig. 2 in a top view;
fig. 4 again shows schematically in a side view the insertion device according to fig. 1 to 3 in a second position with an almost complete insertion of the object into the bag; and
fig. 5 shows a perspective view of a further embodiment of the insertion device according to the invention, in which the bearing surface is designed in two parts and is adjustable in its width.
Detailed Description
The insertion device according to the invention is first of all formed in a known manner from a support surface 1 for the objects, in particular instrument carriers, to be inserted into the bag, in particular into the sterile bag, and a placement surface 2 for the bag, which is preferably horizontally extended and is formed in accordance with the support surface 1. In this case, it is particularly preferably provided that the support surface 1 and/or the placement surface 2 are rectangular in configuration.
Furthermore, a spreading device for the bag is preferably arranged on the support surface 1, onto which spreading device the bag is pushed. The spreading device preferably consists here of guide elements 4 which are arranged on the support surface 1 on both sides and at a distance from one another which is greater than the width of the object. More precisely, it is particularly preferably provided that the guide element 4 has a preferably flat bag contact surface which is configured such that the distance from the support surface 1 at an edge region 1.1 of the support surface 1 facing the placement surface 2 is smaller than the distance from the support surface at an edge region 1.2 of the support surface 1 facing away from the placement surface 2.
What is important here and applicable to all embodiments of the insertion device according to the invention is that the support surface 1 is movably supported between a first position for positioning the bag on the support surface and a second position for clamping the bag between the support surface and the placement surface 2.
In this case, it is particularly preferably provided that the support surface 1 is mounted rotatably about a horizontal axis, preferably perpendicular to the insertion direction of the object, relative to the support surface 2.
In other words, it is preferably provided that the bearing surface 1 is configured as a seesaw having an upper side and a lower side.
In this case, it is particularly preferably provided that elastically deformable clamping elements are arranged on the underside of the support surface 1 facing the placement surface 2 in order to better secure the bag (see fig. 1, 2 and 4).
As can be easily seen from fig. 1 and 5, it is furthermore preferably provided that the bearing surface 1 has (in this case prevents further counterclockwise rotation) a rotation stop in order to fix the first position.
Furthermore, for particularly simple handling of the device, it is provided that the support surface 1 is designed to automatically assume the first position without being loaded by the object, for example by a corresponding weight distribution of the rocker on both sides of its rotational axis, i.e. by a corresponding distribution of its own weight.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 5, it is particularly preferably provided that the bearing surface 1 is arranged in the first position in an extended manner at an angle of between 5 ° and 85 °, preferably between 15 ° and 75 °, particularly preferably between 25 ° and 65 ° (fig. 1 shows an angle of approximately 45 °) relative to the horizontal resting surface 2.
As is also evident from fig. 2 to 4 (but also applies to the embodiment according to fig. 5), it is furthermore preferably provided that the bearing surface 1 is configured to extend substantially horizontally in a second position (just like the placement surface 2), wherein it is further provided that in the second position a partial surface of the bearing surface 1 and a partial surface of the placement surface 2 are arranged as planes parallel to one another.
In order to be able to easily convey the bag, for example, to a sealing station after the introduction of the object, it is also particularly preferably provided that the placement surface 2 is configured to be rotatable or preferably pivotable, optionally by 90 ° to 270 °, about a vertical axis relative to the support surface 1 (see in particular fig. 5 for this purpose).
With regard to the method, according to the invention, in a first step (see fig. 1), the bag is positioned on the support surface 1 in the first position (to be precise, the majority of the bag rests on the resting surface 2); in a second step (see fig. 2 and 3), the support surface 1 is brought into a second position in which the bag is clamped between said support surface and the placing surface; and in a third step (see fig. 4) the object is pushed completely into the bag lying on the standing surface 2.
Finally, as can be seen from fig. 1 and 5, it is preferably provided here that at least a part of the support surface 1 is arranged above the placement surface 2 in both positions, or that at least a part of the support surface 1 is always located above the placement surface 2 in both positions.
