发明内容
具有独立权利要求1的特征的连接组件和具有独立权利要求7的特征的、用于将第一塑料部件与第二塑料部件焊接在一起的方法所具有优点是:第一接合轮廓和第二接合轮廓的彼此适配的构造引起第一塑料部件和第二塑料部件和感应环的、相对于彼此的自主的定心。由此产生均匀地用塑料熔体填充的环形缝隙,从而能够改进所述连接组件或者焊接点的质量。
本发明的实施方式提供一种具有第一塑料部件、第二塑料部件和封闭的感应环的连接组件,所述感应环布置在所述两个塑料部件之间的、至少部分地用塑料熔体来填充的接合缝隙中。在此,所述第一塑料部件具有构造为阶梯式的容纳开口的、带有第一接合轮廓的第一接合区域,并且所述第二塑料部件具有构造为阶梯式的凸肩的、带有第二接合轮廓的第二接合区域,其中所述第二接合区域在构成所述接合缝隙的情况下被***到所述第一接合区域中,其中所述第一接合轮廓和所述第二接合轮廓彼此适配并且使所述第一接合区域和所述第二接合区域以及所述处于接合缝隙中的感应环相对于彼此定心。
此外,提出一种用于将第一塑料部件和第二塑料部件焊接在一起的方法,其中封闭的感应环布置在所述两个塑料部件之间的接合缝隙中。所述封闭的感应环通过电磁交变场来加热并且使所述两个塑料部件的塑料聚合物熔化,其中熔化的塑料部件在压力下朝彼此运动并且彼此焊接在一起。在此,所述第二塑料部件在构成接合缝隙的情况下通过构造为阶梯式的凸肩的、带有第二接合轮廓的第二接合区域被***到所述第一塑料部件的、构造为阶梯式的容纳开口的、带有第一接合轮廓的第一接合区域中,其中所述第一接合区域和所述第二接合区域以及所述感应环通过彼此适配的接合轮廓来相对于彼此自主地定心。
通过在从属权利要求中所列举的措施和拓展方案能够实现在独立权利要求1中所说明的连接组件及在独立权利要求7中所说明的、用于将第一塑料部件和第二塑料部件焊接在一起的方法的有利的改进方案。
特别有利的是,封闭的感应环具有圆形的横截面并且能够由金属和可传导的塑料或者填充有铁磁颗粒的塑料来构成。
在所述感应环由填充有铁磁颗粒的塑料构成时,而后为了对感应环进行加热而不再利用涡流损耗而是利用反复磁化损耗。此外,定心的封闭的感应环能够均匀地划分接合缝隙,从而能够在所述两个塑料部件之间产生彼此分隔开的均匀的环形缝隙,所述环形缝隙能够分别均匀地用塑料熔体来填充。圆形的横截面以有利的方式降低了接合缝隙中的切口效应,从而能够提高焊接连接的耐温度剧烈交变稳定性。金属环的构造能够成本特别低廉地实现所述感应环。在由可传导的塑料或者由填充有铁磁颗粒的塑料构造所述感应环时,能够以有利的方式更好地使所述两个塑料部件和感应环的膨胀系数相适配。另外,所述感应环能够熔化,这能够进一步提高所述连接的质量。此外,由于感应环由可传导的塑料构成而也能够进一步改进所述焊接连接的耐温度剧烈交变稳定性并且由此也能够进一步改进所述焊接连接的质量。
在所述连接组件的一种有利的设计方案中,所述两个接合轮廓能够分别构造为具有预先确定的半径的内角倒圆。因此,比如能够将阶梯式的容纳开口或者阶梯式的凸肩的、两个不同直径之间的过渡区构造为具有预先确定的半径的内角倒圆。作为替代方案,所述两个接合轮廓能够分别构造为具有预先确定的倾角的倒棱。因此,比如能够将阶梯式的容纳开口或者阶梯式的凸肩的两个不同直径之间的过渡区至少部分地构造为具有预先确定的倾角的倒棱。在所述连接组件的一种特别有利的设计方案中,所述过渡区能够完全构造为具有45°的角度的倒棱。通过给所述两个塑料部件配设内角倒圆或者倒棱的方式或者通过所述感应环的圆形的横截面,能够容易地并且成本低廉地实现所述组件的自动定心。此外,通过这些实施方式以有利的方式产生一种沿着轴向方向更长的连接组件,该连接组件能够承受更高的弯曲力矩。此外,由于凸缘的取消而产生所述连接组件的、沿着径向方向的更小的空间位置需求。
在所述连接组件的另一种有利的设计方案中,能够在第一接合区域上和/或在第二接合区域上布置至少一个止挡件,所述止挡件能够预先确定所述接合缝隙的缝隙尺寸。通过所述至少一个止挡件,能够预先确定所述两个塑料部件的相对于彼此的最终位置并且因此能够在不取决于构件公差的情况下预先确定缝隙尺寸。
在所述方法的一种有利的设计方案中,能够在所述两个塑料部件的相对运动以及焊接过程期间调节所述接合缝隙的缝隙尺寸。因此,比如能够通过所述第一接合区域(22)上和/或所述第二接合区域上或者所述焊接工具上的至少一个止挡件来预先确定所述接合缝隙的缝隙尺寸。通过所述至少一个止挡件,能够在使所述两个塑料部件汇合并且对其进行焊接时在连接过程期间调整缝隙尺寸,因而缝隙尺寸不取决于构件公差。但是,作为替代方案,也能够通过能够容易地在工具中适配的接触面来调节缝隙尺寸。此外,能够通过所述感应环的横截面面积的预先规定来预先确定所述两个塑料部件的、被感应环所排挤的体积。

具体实施方式
如可以从图1到8中看出的那样,按本发明的连接组件10A、10C的所示出的实施例分别包括第一塑料部件20、20A、20B、20C、第二塑料部件30、30A、30B、30C和封闭的感应环40,所述感应环布置在所述两个塑料部件20、20A、20B、20C、30、30A、30B、30C之间的、至少部分地利用塑料熔体17、19来填充的接合缝隙11中。在此所述第一塑料部件20、20A、20B、20C具有构造为阶梯式的容纳开口22A、22B、22C的、带有第一接合轮廓24的第一接合区域22,并且所述第二塑料部件30、30A、30B、30C具有构造为阶梯式的凸肩的、带有第二接合轮廓34的第二接合区域32。所述第二接合区域32在构成接合缝隙11的情况下被***到所述第一接合区域22中,其中所述第一接合轮廓24和所述第二接合轮廓34彼此适配并且使所述第一接合区域22和第二接合区域32以及处于接合缝隙11中的感应环40相对于彼此定心。
如可以从图1到7中进一步看出的那样,所述封闭的感应环40在所示出的实施例中具有圆形的横截面并且由金属制成。在一种作为替代方案的未示出的实施例中,所述感应环40能够由可传导的塑料或者由填充有铁磁颗粒的塑料来制成。如可以从图2、4和6中看出的那样,所述封闭的感应环40对接合缝隙11进行了划分,从而在所述两个塑料部件20、20A、20B、20C、30、30A、30B、30C之间产生两条彼此分隔开的环形缝隙13、15,所述环形缝隙在焊接过程中能够分别用塑料熔体17、19来填充。
如可以从图1到3中进一步看出的那样,所述两个接合轮廓24、34在所示出的第一种实施例中分别设有带有预先确定的半径的内角倒圆24A、34A。在所示出的实施例中,阶梯式的容纳开口22A或者阶梯式的凸肩32A的两个不同直径之间的过渡区构造为具有预先确定的半径的内角倒圆。通过所述内角倒圆24A、34A和所述感应环40的圆形的横截面,所述两个塑料部件20、20A、30、30A以及尤其所述感应环40在汇合时并且在焊接过程期间自主地相对于彼此定心。由此产生均匀的环形缝隙13、15,所述环形缝隙均匀地填充有塑料熔体17、19。由此,能够以有利的方式改进焊接点的质量。由于凸缘的缺少,尤其对于所述第一塑料部件20、20A来说产生用于模具中的分型的更多的自由度。此外,由于凸缘的缺少,而产生所述连接组件10A的、沿着径向方向的更小的空间位置需求。此外,产生沿着轴向方向更长的焊接连接,使得所述连接组件10A能够承受更高的弯曲力矩。
如可以从图4中进一步看出的那样,所述两个接合轮廓24、34在所示出的第二种实施例中分别构造为具有预先确定的倾角a的倒棱24B、34B。在所示出的实施例中,阶梯式的容纳开口22B或者阶梯式的凸肩32B的两个不同直径之间的过渡区至少部分地构造为具有预先确定的倾角a的倒棱24B、34B。在所示出的实施例中,所述倾角a具有45°的数值。通过所述倒棱24B、34B和所述感应环40的圆形的横截面,所述两个塑料部件20B、30B以及尤其所述感应环40在汇合时并且在焊接过程期间自主地相对于彼此定心。由此产生均匀的环形缝隙13、15,所述环形缝隙能够均匀地用塑料熔体17、19来填充。由此,能够以有利的方式改进焊接点的质量。由于凸缘的缺少,也在第二种实施例中尤其对于所述第一塑料部件20B来说产生用于模具中的分型的更多的自由度以及沿着径向方向的更小的空间位置需求。此外,在所述接合轮廓24、34构造为倒棱24B、34B时沿着轴向方向产生更长的焊接连接。
如可以从图5到7中进一步看出的那样,在所示出的第三种实施例中在所述第二接合区域32、32C上布置了多个止挡件36,所述止挡件预先确定了接合缝隙11的缝隙尺寸S、SR。此外,所述两个接合轮廓24、34在所示出的第三种实施例中分别构造为具有预先确定的倾角a的倒棱24C、34C。与第二种实施例不同的是,在所示出的第三种实施例中阶梯式的容纳开口22C或者阶梯式的凸肩32C的两个不同直径之间的过渡区分别完全构造为具有预先确定的倾角a的倒棱24C、34C。在所示出的实施例中,所述倾角a具有45°的数值。由此,与第二种实施例相比产生再次得到简化的几何结构。通过具有45°的倾角a的倒棱24C、34C和所述感应环40的圆形的横截面,所述两个塑料部件20C、30C以及尤其是所述感应环40在汇合时并且在焊接过程期间自主地相对于彼此定心。由此产生均匀的环形缝隙13、15,所述环形缝隙能够均匀地用塑料熔体17、19来填充。同时,能够在使塑料部件20、20C、30、30C汇合并且对其进行焊接时在焊接过程期间调整缝隙尺寸S、SR并且因此其不取决于构件公差。
在按本发明的、用于将第一塑料部件20、20A、20B、20C与第二塑料部件30、30A、30B、30C焊接起来的方法的实施方式中,将封闭的感应环40布置在所述两个塑料部件20、20A、20B、20C、30、30A、30B、30C之间的接合缝隙11中。随后所述封闭的感应环40通过电磁交变场来得到加热并且使所述两个塑料部件20、20A、20B、20C、30、30A、30B、30C的塑料聚合物熔化,其中所述熔化的塑料部件20、20A、20B、20C、30、30A、30B、30C在压力下朝彼此运动并且彼此焊接在一起。在此所述第二塑料部件30、30A、30B、30C在构成接合缝隙11的情况下通过构造为阶梯式的凸肩32A、32B、32C的、带有第二接合轮廓34的第二接合区域32被***到所述第一塑料部件20、20A、20B、20C的、构造为阶梯式的容纳开口22A、22B、22C的、带有第一接合轮廓24的第一接合区域22中,其中所述第一接合区域22和所述第二接合区域32以及所述感应环40通过彼此适配的接合轮廓24、34自主地相对于彼此定心。
通过在注塑过程中能够有意义地实现的公差,能够很大程度地改变用塑料熔体17、19填充的环形缝隙13、15。所述连接组件10A、10C的机械的负荷能力由此同样能够很大程度地随着所述环形缝隙13、15的通过公差而出现的缝隙尺寸S、SB而变化。因此,在所述两个塑料部件20、20C、30、30C的相对运动以及焊接过程期间调节所述连接组件10C的第三种实施例的接合缝隙11的缝隙尺寸S、SR。在所示出的第三种实施例中通过所述第一接合区域22C上的三个止挡件36来预先确定所述接合缝隙11的缝隙尺寸S、SR。在此,SB表示接合缝隙11的在焊接过程之前的缝隙尺寸并且S表示用塑料熔体15、17填充的接合缝隙11的在焊接过程之后的缝隙尺寸。在一种作为替代方案的未示出的实施例中,能够预先确定所述第二接合区域32上的至少一个止挡件36。此外,不过作为替代方案也能够通过能够容易地在焊接工具中适配的接触面来调节所述缝隙尺寸S、SR。
此外,能够通过所述感应环40的横截面面积的预先规定来预先确定所述两个塑料部件20、20C、30、30C的、被感应环40排挤的体积。所属的接合缝隙11能够在焊接时通过所述第二塑料部件30、30C及感应环40的下沉位移来适配,所述下沉位移通过在焊接过程期间的运动方向BR来产生。

Claims (10)

1.一种连接组件(10A、10C),其具有第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B、20C)、第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B、30C)和封闭的感应环(40),所述感应环布置在所述两个塑料部件(20、20A、20B、20C、30、30A、30B、30C)之间的至少部分地利用塑料熔体(17、19)来填充的接合缝隙(11)中,其特征在于,所述第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B、20C)具有构造为阶梯式的容纳开口(22A、22B、22C)的、带有第一接合轮廓(24)的第一接合区域(22);并且所述第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B、30C)具有构造为阶梯式的凸肩(32A、32B、32C)的、带有第二接合轮廓(34)的第二接合区域(32),其中所述第二接合区域(32)在构成所述接合缝隙(11)的情况下被***到所述第一接合区域(22)中,其中所述第一接合轮廓(24)和所述第二接合轮廓(34)彼此适配并且使所述第一接合区域(22)和所述第二接合区域(32)以及所述接合缝隙(11)中的感应环(40)相对于彼此定心。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接组件(10A、10C),其特征在于,所述封闭的感应环(40)具有圆形的横截面并且由金属或者可传导的塑料或者填充有铁磁颗粒的塑料构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接组件(10A、10C),其特征在于,定心的封闭的感应环(40)均匀地划分所述接合缝隙(11),从而在所述两个塑料部件(20、20A、20B、20C、30、30A、30B、30C)之间产生两个彼此分隔开的均匀的环形缝隙(13、15),所述环形缝隙分别均匀地利用塑料熔体(17、19)填充。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的连接组件(10A),其特征在于,所述两个接合轮廓(24、34)分别构造为具有预先确定的半径的内角倒圆(24A、34A)。
5.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的连接组件(10C),其特征在于,所述两个接合轮廓(24、34)分别构造为具有预先确定的倾角(a)的倒棱(24B、24C、34B、34C)。
6.根据权利要求1到4中任一项所述的连接组件(10C),其特征在于,在所述第一接合区域(22、22C)上和/或在所述第二接合区域(32、32C)上布置有至少一个止挡件(36),所述止挡件预先确定了所述接合缝隙(11)的缝隙尺寸(S、SR)。
7.一种用于将第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B、20C)与第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B、30C)焊接在一起的方法,其中将封闭的感应环(40)布置在所述两个塑料部件(20、20A、20B、20C、30、30A、30B、30C)之间的接合缝隙(11)中,其中所述封闭的感应环(40)通过电磁交变场被加热并且使所述两个塑料部件(20、20A、20B、20C、30、30A、30B、30C)的塑料聚合物熔化,其中经过熔化的塑料部件(20、20A、20B、20C、30、30A、30B、30C)在压力下朝彼此运动并且彼此焊接在一起,其特征在于,所述第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B、30C)在构成所述接合缝隙(11)的情况下通过构造为阶梯式的凸肩(32A、32B、32C)的、带有第二接合轮廓(34)的第二接合区域(32)***到所述第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B、20C)的、构造为阶梯式的容纳开口(22A、22B、22C)的、带有第一接合轮廓(24)的第一接合区域(22)中,其中通过彼此适配的接合轮廓(24、34)使所述第一接合区域(22)和所述第二接合区域(32)和所述感应环(40)相对于彼此定心。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述两个塑料部件(20、20C、30、30C)的相对运动期间以及在焊接过程期间调节所述接合缝隙(11)的缝隙尺寸(S、SR)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,通过在所述第一接合区域(22)处和/或所述第二接合区域(32)处和/或所述焊接工具处的至少一个止挡件(36)来预先确定所述接合缝隙(11)的缝隙尺寸(S、SB)。
10.根据权利要求7到9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过所述感应环(40)的预先规定的横截面面积来预先确定所述两个塑料部件(20、20C、30、30C)的被所述感应环(40)排挤的体积。
