Description

特别是长期使用的透析导管
本发明涉及一种特别是长期使用的透析导管,该透析导管具有用于***血管的近端、具有用于连接透析仪的远端、具有横截面为圆形轮廓的外壁、具有沿着纵轴延伸并形成中平面Ew的中壁,其中所述中壁将引入腔与排出腔分隔开;并且其中所述排出腔在近端处具有用于排出血液的排出口,并且引入腔在近端处具有用于引入净化的血液的引入口。在下文中,术语透析应指所有血液净化过程,特别是血液透析、血液滤过、血液透析滤过、腹膜透析、血液灌流和血液采血过程。
这样的导管能够特别地使用更长的时间,几天、几周或几个月。导管优选地由塑料制成,并且进一步优选地由聚氨酯制成。
现有技术中已知各种样式的这种导管。例如,EP 2 574 365 A1和EP 2 923 722A1公开了这样的导管,每个导管具有将引入腔与排出腔分隔开的中壁。
为了确保适当地排出血液和适当地引入纯净的血液,已知导管的近端具有不同的几何形状。特别地,必须确保尽可能地避免引入口在血管壁上的抽吸。为了防止再循环,还必须确保所引入的血液不再通过排出口被排出。
因此,本发明解决了提出一种具有合适的近端的透析导管的问题。
该问题的解决方案是,排出口位于平面E1中,该平面与中平面EW在剖面线s1上以锐角w1相交,其中剖面线s1和纵轴l形成锐角α。进一步,设置引入口位于平面E2中,该平面与中平面EW在剖面线s2上以锐角w2相交,其中,剖面线s1和剖面线s2形成60°至120°的角β。
排出口和引入口均不垂直于中壁,而是分别与中壁形成锐角w1和w2,并且剖面线s1和s2本身形成角β,血液能够被以适当的方式排出,并且净化的血液能够被引入血管。如果角β特别地为80°至90°,并且进一步优选为90°,则可获得有利的条件。
角α能够优选为30°至60°,并且进一步优选为45°。这也导致了有利的流动条件。
此外能够规定,将角w1和w2设计为相同。在这种情况下,角能够为30°至60°,并且进一步优选为45°。
该构造能够使得剖面线s1和剖面线s2的交点S位于中壁的外侧。这导致了剖面线s1和剖面线s2之间的适当距离,再次产生了有利的条件。
导管的近端优选地具有由中壁形成并且位于端线中的自由端边缘。所述端线优选为平行于剖面线s1或与剖面线s1形成0°至15°的角。如果该角为0°,则端线位于剖面线s1上。这也导致了有利的流动条件。
这样的中间壁优选地具有平行于纵轴l延伸的边缘,其中,端边缘与一个边缘形成锐角w4,而与另一边缘形成钝角w5。因此,端边缘相对于纵轴l倾斜地延伸。
角w4能够优选为30°至60°,并且进一步优选为45°。由于边缘彼此平行地延伸,因此钝角w5的度数为180°减去w4的度数。
已经证明有利的是,如果引入腔具有布置成与引入口相距一定距离的至少一个附加口。也已经证明有利的是,如果排出腔具有被布置成与排出口相距一定距离的至少一个附加口。能够附加地通过附加口引入或排出血液。如果开口中的一个抵靠在血管上并被血管覆盖,则这是特别必要的。
引入腔的横截面有利地对应于排出腔的横截面。能够将两个腔设计为与中壁镜像对称。
根据本发明的导管优选地具有两个腔。然而,可以想到的是,例如也能够设置第三或第四腔,以便将药物或冲洗液引入血管。

从图1还显而易见的是,在近端14的区域中,在靠近排出口22的一侧,中间壁14具有平行于纵轴的两个边缘28、30。边缘28与端边缘26或剖面线s2形成45°的锐角w4。另一边缘30与端边缘26或剖面线s1形成135°的钝角w5
从图1和图2特别显而易见的是,引入腔20具有与排出口22间隔开的附加口32。该附加口32用于确保在例如通过抵靠血管而关闭引入口22的情况下也能够排出血液。相应地,如从图2显而易见的,在引入腔18上设置了附加口34。
导管10的近端12的所描述的几何构造具有的优点在于,在导管10的操作期间,血液能够被最佳的排出,并且净化的血液能够被最佳的引入到血管中。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于透析的、特别是长期使用的导管(10),其具有用于***血管的近端(12)、具有沿纵轴l延伸并形成中平面EW的中壁(14),其中所述中壁(14)将引入腔(18)与排出腔(20)分隔开,并且其中所述排出腔(20)在近端(12)处具有用于排出血液的排出口(22),并且所述引入腔(18)在近端(12)处具有用于引入净化的血液的引入口(24),其特征在于,所述排出口(22)位于与中平面EW在剖面线s1上以锐角w1相交的平面E1中,其中所述剖面线s1和纵轴l形成锐角α,并且所述引入口位于与中平面EW在剖面线s2上以锐角w2相交的平面E2中,其中,所述剖面线s1和剖面线s2形成60°至120°的角β。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导管(10),其特征在于,所述角β为80°至100°,并且进一步优选地为90°。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的导管(10),其特征在于,所述角α为30°至60°,并且进一步优选地为45°。
