Detailed Description
An embodiment of the direct current circuit breaker of the invention is shown in fig. 1 and 2, and comprises an upper busbar 1 and a lower busbar 2, wherein a static contact 10 is fixed on the upper busbar 1, a moving contact 9 is rotatably mounted on the lower busbar 2 through a rotating shaft 7, and the moving contact 9 can swing left and right to contact or separate from the static contact 10, so that switching-on and switching-off are realized.

When the conductive connecting device is installed, the flexible connecting seat is fixed on the lower busbar 2, and the upper fixed block 8 and the lower fixed block 6 are respectively fixed on the movable contact 9. When the device is used, when the movable contact 9 rotates to be closed with the fixed contact 10, current flows to the lower busbar 2 from the upper busbar 1 along the fixed contact 10, the movable contact 9 and the conductive connecting device, and the conductive connecting device plays a role in bearing a bridge between the fixed contact and the lower busbar 2 and between the movable contact and the lower busbar 2.
Compared with the prior art, the arrangement form of the conductive soft belt 3 is changed from transverse arrangement into longitudinal arrangement, so that the occupation of transverse space is reduced, and the flexible cable connector can be suitable for occasions with narrow installation space.
The upper end of the conductive soft belt 3 is fixed with an upper fixed block 8, the lower end is fixed with a lower fixed block 6, the upper fixed block 8 and the lower fixed block 6 are directly and fixedly and electrically connected with the moving contact 9, which shows that the conductive soft belt 3 in the invention is an integral body, after penetrating through the soft connecting seat and being fixedly and electrically connected with the soft connecting seat, the conductive soft belt 3 is directly and fixedly and electrically connected with the moving contact 9 by utilizing two ends, the conductive soft belt 3 only needs to penetrate through the soft connecting seat and be fixed with the soft connecting seat, and the assembly operation between the conductive soft belt and the soft connecting seat is only once.
Meanwhile, the upper fixing block 8 and the lower fixing block 6 are fixedly and electrically connected with the moving contact 9, and the connecting points are changed into two positions.
In other embodiments of the direct current circuit breaker, a connecting hole can be arranged only on the upper fixing block or only on the lower fixing block, and the other fixing block can be welded and fixed with the moving contact; or the two fixed blocks are welded and fixed with the moving contact.
In other embodiments of the dc circuit breaker, the connection block and the connection board may be welded.
In other embodiments of the dc circuit breaker, the flexible connection base may be a single piece, and the through hole is directly formed on the flexible connection base.
