Abstract

The invention provides a traffic violation judging method and a device, and the method comprises the following steps: analyzing the collected traffic image data to judge the violation vehicle and the violation type; determining whether a special vehicle appears in a specified area within a preset time length after the violation occurs according to the violation type; and if the special vehicle appears in the designated area, the violation vehicle is judged to be not violated again. In the invention, whether the special vehicle appears in the same lane before the violation of the rule-breaking vehicle in the preset time length is judged, so that the violation of the rule is judged to be caused by giving a way to the special vehicle, and the rationality of judging the violation of the rule-breaking vehicle is greatly improved.

The invention relates to the field of image recognition, in particular to a traffic violation judging method and device.
Background
At present, a traffic violation judging method is single, and mainly comprises whether a vehicle has a line pressing, runs a red light and the like, and the violation under special conditions, such as violation behaviors caused by giving way to four types of special vehicles, such as police cars, fire trucks, ambulances and engineering rescue, is not considered at all.
Since violation is caused by reasonable giving way to a special vehicle, and subsequently, in order to solve the violation behavior caused by giving way to the special vehicle, a party needs to collect the evidence of giving way to the special vehicle and to mention complaints to a traffic police, so that a large amount of time cost needs to be paid. If not properly handled, this may result in an incentive to not maneuver the vehicle well to give way to a particular vehicle.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a traffic violation judging method and a traffic violation judging device, which at least solve the problem that the traffic violation caused by giving way to a special vehicle cannot be reasonably judged in the related technology.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a traffic violation determination method including: analyzing the collected traffic image data to judge the violation vehicle and the violation type; determining whether a special vehicle appears in a specified area within a preset time length after the violation occurs according to the violation type; and if the special vehicle appears in the designated area, the violation vehicle is judged to be not violated again.

Optionally, determining whether a special vehicle appears in the specified area within a preset time length after the violation occurs according to the violation type includes at least one of: recording the time point of the illegal vehicle changing into the lane in violation, and determining whether a special vehicle is driven out from the lane before the illegal vehicle changing into the lane within the preset time length after the time point; recording the time point of the violation vehicle crossing the parking line, and determining whether a special vehicle drives out from a lane before the violation vehicle crossing the parking line within the preset time length after the time point; recording the time point of the violation vehicle running the red light, and determining whether a special vehicle runs out of a lane before the violation vehicle runs the red light within the preset time length after the time point.
Optionally, if a special vehicle is present in the designated area, re-determining that the violation vehicle is not violating comprises at least one of: if a special vehicle drives out of the lane before the violation vehicle changes the lane, judging that the lane change of the violation vehicle does not violate the regulations again; if a special vehicle is driven out of the lane before the violation vehicle overtaking the line for parking, judging that the violation vehicle overtaking the line for parking does not violate the regulations again; and if special vehicles are driven out of the lane before the red light running of the violation vehicles, judging that the violation vehicles do not violate the rule again.

The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
In the present embodiment, a traffic violation determination method is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S102, analyzing the collected traffic image data to judge the violation vehicle and the violation type;
step S104, determining whether a special vehicle appears in a specified area within a preset time length after the violation occurs according to the violation type;
and step S106, if the special vehicle appears in the specified area, judging that the violation vehicle does not violate the regulations again.
In this embodiment, the violation type may include at least one of: violation lane changing, lane crossing parking and red light running.
In step S104 of this embodiment, at least one of the following steps may be included: recording the time point of the illegal vehicle changing into the lane in violation, and determining whether a special vehicle is driven out from the lane before the illegal vehicle changing into the lane within the preset time length after the time point; recording the time point of the violation vehicle crossing the parking line, and determining whether a special vehicle drives out from a lane before the violation vehicle crossing the parking line within the preset time length after the time point; recording the time point of the violation vehicle running the red light, and determining whether a special vehicle runs out of a lane before the violation vehicle runs the red light within the preset time length after the time point.
In step S106 of the present embodiment, at least one of the following steps may be included: if a special vehicle drives out of the lane before the violation vehicle changes the lane, judging that the lane change of the violation vehicle does not violate the regulations again; if a special vehicle is driven out of the lane before the violation vehicle overtaking the line for parking, judging that the violation vehicle overtaking the line for parking does not violate the regulations again; and if special vehicles are driven out of the lane before the red light running of the violation vehicles, judging that the violation vehicles do not violate the rule again.
In the present embodiment, the special vehicle includes at least one of: police car, fire engine, ambulance, and engineering emergency car.

In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided by the present invention, the following detailed description will be made with reference to embodiments of specific scenarios.
The embodiment provides a method for intelligently processing traffic violation behaviors. In the embodiment, the traffic image data is analyzed, and the violation behaviors caused by giving way to the special vehicle in the same lane are judged not to be violated.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a traffic scene in the embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, when a normal vehicle 1a, 2a is at a red light at a crossing or the like, a special vehicle 3 needs to give way immediately after coming, and the lane B passes the stop line to become a lane 1B in order to reasonably give way, so that the vehicle is confronted with the violation of parking over the line or running the red light. The vehicle 2a changes lane from lane B to lane A in order to give way reasonably, and faces the violation of changing lane from pressing the solid line.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating the steps of the determination method according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method mainly comprises the following steps:
s301, a camera arranged at a red light intersection normally collects traffic image data and summarizes the same background;
step S302, if the background data analyzes the violation vehicle and the violation type, such as lane change, line crossing parking and red light running;
step S303, detecting whether a special vehicle appears in the image;
step S304, if yes, judging whether the special vehicle occurrence time is overtime, if yes, the step S306 is entered, and if no, the step S305 is entered.
Step S305, whether the special vehicle is driven out from the same lane before the violation of the common vehicle is further judged, if not, the step S306 is carried out, and if so, the step S307 is carried out.
Step S306, determining that the violation in the step S302 is not caused by the yield of the special vehicle, and judging that the common vehicle violates the regulations;
and step S306, determining that the violation in the step S302 is caused by the yield of the special vehicle, and judging that the common vehicle does not violate the rule.
The decision steps are described in detail below for different types of violations, respectively.
For lane change violations:
analyzing the current time of the common vehicle after lane changing as t1, then analyzing whether a lane before the lane changing violation leaves a special vehicle and crosses a stop line to pass through a red light at the intersection within a time period from t1 to t2(t 2: representing a period of time after t 1), if so, judging the vehicle not to violate the violation again, and otherwise, judging the vehicle to violate the violation.
For an over-the-line parking violation:
analyzing that the current time is recorded as t1 after the ordinary vehicle is parked beyond the line, then analyzing whether the lane before the violation of the line-crossing parking vehicle leaves a special vehicle and passes through the red light of the intersection beyond the stop line in the time period from t1 to t2(t 2: representing a period of time after t 1), if so, re-judging that the violation is not caused, and otherwise, carrying out the violation.
For a red light violation:
analyzing that the current time is t1 after the common vehicle runs the red light, then analyzing whether a lane before the red light running vehicle breaks rules has no special vehicle to drive out and passes through the intersection red light after crossing a stop line in a time period from t1 to t2(t 2: representing a period of time after t 1), if so, determining no violation, and otherwise, determining the violation.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the special vehicle appears in the same lane before the violation of the rule by the vehicle is judged within the preset time, so that the violation of the rule is judged to be caused by giving a way to the special vehicle, and the rationality of judging the violation of the vehicle is greatly improved.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
The embodiment also provides a traffic violation determination device, which is used for implementing the above embodiments and preferred embodiments, and the description of the device is omitted. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram showing the construction of a traffic violation determination device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes an analysis module 10, a determination module 20, and a determination module 30, as shown in fig. 4.
And the analysis module 10 is used for analyzing the acquired traffic image data so as to judge the violation vehicle and the violation type.
And the determining module 20 is used for determining whether a special vehicle appears in the specified area within the preset time length after the violation occurs according to the violation type.
And the judging module 30 is used for judging that the violation vehicle does not violate again if the special vehicle appears in the designated area.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing the construction of a traffic violation determination device according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, which includes an acquisition module 40 in addition to all the modules shown in fig. 4, as shown in fig. 5. The acquisition module 40 is used for acquiring the traffic image data.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

1. A traffic violation determination method, comprising:
analyzing the collected traffic image data to judge the violation vehicle and the violation type;
determining whether a special vehicle appears in a specified area within a preset time length after the violation occurs according to the violation type;
and if the special vehicle appears in the designated area, the violation vehicle is judged to be not violated again.
2. The method of claim 1 wherein the type of violation includes at least one of: violation lane changing, lane crossing parking and red light running.
3. The method of claim 2 wherein determining from the type of violation whether a particular vehicle is present in the designated area within a preset time period after the violation occurs comprises at least one of:
recording the time point of the illegal vehicle changing into the lane in violation, and determining whether a special vehicle is driven out from the lane before the illegal vehicle changing into the lane within the preset time length after the time point;
recording the time point of the violation vehicle crossing the parking line, and determining whether a special vehicle drives out from a lane before the violation vehicle crossing the parking line within the preset time length after the time point;
recording the time point of the violation vehicle running the red light, and determining whether a special vehicle runs out of a lane before the violation vehicle runs the red light within the preset time length after the time point.
4. The method of claim 3 wherein the redetermining that the violation vehicle is not violating if a special vehicle is present within the designated area comprises at least one of:
if a special vehicle drives out of the lane before the violation vehicle changes the lane, judging that the lane change of the violation vehicle does not violate the regulations again;
if a special vehicle is driven out of the lane before the violation vehicle overtaking the line for parking, judging that the violation vehicle overtaking the line for parking does not violate the regulations again;
and if special vehicles are driven out of the lane before the red light running of the violation vehicles, judging that the violation vehicles do not violate the rule again.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the special vehicle comprises at least one of: police car, fire engine, ambulance, and engineering emergency car.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein prior to analyzing the collected traffic image data to determine the violation vehicle and the type of violation, further comprising:
and collecting the traffic image data.
7. A traffic violation determination device, comprising:
the analysis module is used for analyzing the acquired traffic image data to judge the violation vehicle and the violation type;
the determining module is used for determining whether a special vehicle appears in a specified area within a preset time length after the violation occurs according to the violation type;
