Abstract
一种提高截止阀密封面耐冲刷能力的密封结构,包括阀体、阀瓣,所述阀体的阀座密封面设置在阀座口的外侧,呈倒锥型,阀瓣内侧和该倒锥型密封面适配形成倒锥型密封副。所述阀瓣的下端面为内凹的球面,密封面在内凹球面的两端。本发明中阀体的密封面设计在阀座通道口的外侧,阀瓣的密封面设计在下端内侧,由此形成倒锥型密封副。无论介质高进还是低进,在截止阀开启和关闭的瞬间都不能冲刷到阀体和阀瓣的密封面,因此提高了阀门密封面耐冲刷能力,延长了阀门的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门制造技术领域,具体涉及到一种提高截止阀密封面耐冲刷能力的密封结构。
背景技术
截止阀在管路中起着切断介质流通的作用,由于其结构简单、行程短、操作方便,被广泛地应用于炼油、化工、煤制气、天然气、液化石油气等工业中。特别在炼油石化行业中,随着炼油装置的升级改造,介质的压力、温度、流速都在提高,这就对阀门的密封性能提出了更高的要求。
截止阀的传统结构是阀瓣与阀体的阀座靠圆锥面接触组成密封副。截止阀在关闭和开启的瞬间由于流通面积的狭窄,高压、高流速介质流经密封副时直接对阀瓣、阀体的阀座密封面冲刷,使用一段时间后密封面上被冲刷出沟槽,严重地影响其密封性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种提高截止阀密封面耐冲刷能力的密封结构,提高了阀门密封面耐冲刷能力,延长了阀门的使用寿命。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种提高截止阀密封面耐冲刷能力的密封结构,包括阀体、阀瓣,所述阀体的阀座密封面设置在阀座口的外侧,呈倒锥型,阀瓣内侧和该倒锥型密封面适配形成倒锥型密封副。
所述阀瓣的下端面为内凹的球面,密封面在内凹球面的两端。
本发明中阀体的密封面设计在阀座通道口的外侧,阀瓣的密封面设计在下端内侧,由此形成倒锥型密封副。无论介质高进还是低进,在截止阀开启和关闭的瞬间都不能冲刷到阀体和阀瓣的密封面,因此提高了阀门密封面耐冲刷能力,延长了阀门的使用寿命。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
参照图2和图3,一种提高截止阀密封面耐冲刷能力的密封结构,包括阀体1、阀瓣2;所述阀体1的阀座密封面设置在阀座口的外侧,呈倒锥型,阀瓣2内侧和该倒锥型密封面适配形成倒锥型密封副。本发明将现有技术中设在阀座口的内侧阀座密封面移到阀座口的外侧,使得无论介质是高进还是低进,在截止阀开启和关闭瞬间,高压高流速介质都不能直接冲刷到阀体的阀座密封面。
所述阀瓣2的下端面为内凹的球面,密封面在内凹球面的两端。在截止阀开启和关闭瞬间,阀瓣2下端面的球形面将介质的反作用力指向阀体1的通道中心,避免介质直接冲刷阀瓣密封面。

1.一种提高截止阀密封面耐冲刷能力的密封结构,包括阀体、阀瓣,其特征在于,所述阀体(1)的阀座密封面设置在阀座口的外侧,呈倒锥型,阀瓣(2)内侧和该倒锥型密封面适配形成倒锥型密封副。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高截止阀密封面耐冲刷能力的密封结构,其特征在于,所述阀瓣(2)的下端面为内凹的球面,密封面在内凹球面的两端。
