Abstract
The invention provides a small centrifugal fan, which comprises a motor, a volute and a centrifugal fan, wherein the motor is connected with the volute; the volute comprises a front cover plate, a rear cover plate, a connecting plate and a flange plate; the front cover plate and the rear cover plate are connected through a connecting plate to form a cavity for accommodating the centrifugal fan, and the flange plate is arranged at the air outlet of the cavity; the outer contours of the front cover plate and the rear cover plate are formed by involutes taking four vertexes of a square as circle centers, and the side length of the square and the base radius of the involutes are determined according to the size of the centrifugal fan; the included angle between the outer wall of the volute where the outlet part of the volute is matched with the flange and the vertical direction is 5-7 degrees, and the vertical direction is perpendicular to the flange; an air outlet is arranged in the center of the front cover plate; the motor is positioned outside the volute and fixedly connected with the rear cover plate of the volute, the centrifugal fan is positioned in the volute, and a core shaft of the centrifugal fan is sleeved outside a main shaft of the motor and is positioned by a pin which radially penetrates through the main shaft. The invention has small volume and high oxygen supply efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fluid machinery, in particular to a small centrifugal fan.
Background
The centrifugal fan is a driven fluid machine which increases the pressure of gas and discharges the gas by means of input mechanical energy. The centrifugal fan accelerates gas by using an impeller rotating at a high speed according to the principle that kinetic energy is converted into potential energy, and then decelerates and changes the flow direction so as to convert the kinetic energy into the potential energy (pressure).
Noise and air volume are two main indexes of the centrifugal fan, and the noise is expected to be as small as possible, and the air volume can reach a larger value. The existing centrifugal fan can cause air backflow or reverse flow in the fan, and is low in oxygen supply efficiency and large in pneumatic noise.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a small centrifugal fan which is small in size and high in oxygen supply efficiency.

a small centrifugal fan comprises a motor, a volute and a centrifugal fan;

the motor is positioned outside the volute and fixedly connected with the rear cover plate of the volute, the centrifugal fan is positioned in the volute, and a core shaft of the centrifugal fan is sleeved outside a main shaft of the motor and is positioned by a pin which radially penetrates through the main shaft.
Further, the centrifugal fan is integrally formed by injection molding.
Furthermore, the volute tongue of the volute is arc-shaped.
Has the advantages that:
1. the center of the front cover plate of the volute is provided with the air outlet to increase the ventilation volume, and the outer contours of the front cover plate and the rear cover plate of the volute are formed by involutes taking four vertexes of a square as the center of a circle, so that the flow locus of air in the centrifugal fan is met, the backflow situation cannot be generated, and the oxygen supply efficiency is high.

The present embodiment provides a small centrifugal fan including a motor 1, a scroll casing 2, and a centrifugal fan 3, as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the volute 2 comprises a front cover plate 4, a rear cover plate 12, a connecting plate 11 and a flange 8; the front cover plate 4 and the rear cover plate 12 are connected through a connecting plate 11 to form a cavity for accommodating the centrifugal fan 3, and the flange 8 is arranged at the air outlet of the cavity and is used for being butted with other equipment; the included angle between the outer wall of the volute 2 at the position where the outlet part of the volute 2 is matched with the flange 8 and the vertical direction is 5-7 degrees, and the vertical direction is vertical to the flange 8, as shown in the figure; the volute tongue 9 of the volute 2 is arc-shaped.
As shown in fig. 3, the outer contours of the front cover plate 4 and the rear cover plate 12 are formed by involutes with four vertexes 13 of a square as the center, and the side length of the square and the base radius of the involute are determined according to the size of the centrifugal fan 3; an air outlet is arranged in the center of the front cover plate 4; the center of the back cover plate 12 is provided with a round hole which is matched and positioned with the boss of the motor 1, and the periphery of the round hole is provided with a countersunk hole which enables a countersunk screw to be embedded in the round hole. The volute 2 also comprises a circular end cover 14 for closing the air outlet of the front cover plate 4, for protecting the centrifugal fan 3 during transportation.
The centrifugal fan 3 is integrally formed by injection molding and comprises a front end cover, a rear end cover, a plurality of arc blades 10 and a mandrel. The number of the arc-shaped blades 10 is an integer.
The motor 1 is positioned outside the volute 2 and fixedly connected with the rear cover plate 12 of the volute 2 through a countersunk screw, the centrifugal fan 3 is positioned in the volute 2, a mandrel of the centrifugal fan 3 is sleeved outside a main shaft 15 of the motor 1 and is positioned by a pin which radially penetrates through the main shaft 15, and the mandrel of the centrifugal fan 3 is axially fixed with the main shaft 15 of the motor 1. A locking nut 5 is installed at the front end of a main shaft 15 extending out of the mandrel, a gasket 6 is arranged on the main shaft 15 between the boss of the motor 1 and the mandrel, and a retainer ring 7 is arranged on the main shaft 15 between the mandrel and the locking nut 5.

the motor is positioned outside the volute and fixedly connected with the rear cover plate of the volute, the centrifugal fan is positioned in the volute, and a core shaft of the centrifugal fan is sleeved outside a main shaft of the motor and is positioned by a pin which radially penetrates through the main shaft.
2. The compact centrifugal fan of claim 1 wherein the centrifugal fan is integrally injection molded.
3. The compact centrifugal fan of claim 1 wherein the volute tongue is arcuate.
