An inspection shaft well lid installation device, its characterized in that: comprises upright posts, cross arms, longitudinal arms and mounting hooks, wherein the number of the cross arms is three, the included angle between the cross arms is 120 degrees, one end of each cross arm is connected with the bottom end of the upright post, each cross arm is provided with a first sliding block, the first sliding blocks are in sliding connection with the cross arms, the first sliding blocks can slide along the length direction of the cross arms, the top ends of the mounting hooks are fixedly connected with the first sliding blocks, the cross arms are provided with second sliding blocks, the first sliding blocks are positioned between the second sliding blocks and the upright posts, the second sliding blocks can slide along the length direction of the cross arms, the top ends of the longitudinal arms are connected with the second sliding blocks, the longitudinal arms comprise telescopic arms and bases, one ends of the telescopic arms are connected with the second sliding blocks, and the other ends of the telescopic arms are connected with the bases, the telescopic arm is provided with a first adjusting screw which is used for limiting the length of the telescopic arm after the telescopic arm stretches in place, a bidirectional adjusting nut is arranged between the telescopic arm and the base, the bottom end of the telescopic arm is provided with a first thread, the top end of the base is provided with a second thread, the first thread and the second thread are opposite in rotation direction, two ends of the bidirectional adjusting nut are respectively connected with the telescopic arm and the base through the first thread and the second thread, the bottom end of the upright post is provided with a plurality of supporting plates, the number of the supporting plates is the same as that of the cross arms, one end of each cross arm is in rotational connection with one supporting plate around a horizontal axis, the mounting hook and the first sliding block are in rotational connection around the horizontal axis, the trailing arm and the second slider form a rotary connection rotating around a horizontal axis.
