Abstract
The invention provides a protective net used between cast-in-place piles, which comprises a plurality of battens, a plurality of S-shaped drag hooks and a geogrid, wherein the battens are uniformly distributed on the outer circumference of a cast-in-place concrete pile and are fixed on a spiral hoop of a reinforcement cage of the cast-in-place pile; the geogrid is arranged between the adjacent concrete cast-in-place piles; the geogrid is fixedly connected with the adjacent concrete cast-in-place pile through the S-shaped draw hook. The invention also provides an installation method for the protective net among the cast-in-place piles, which comprises the steps of firstly fixing the wood bars on the spiral hoops of the cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage; the battens are bound firmly in the longitudinal and transverse directions by binding wires; next, earth excavation is carried out, and the leaked grooves and the reinforcement cage stirrups of the cast-in-place piles are chiseled away by the battens; and finally, the reinforcement cage stirrups and the geogrids are firmly bound by utilizing the S-shaped draw hooks. The structure is simple, the size of the protective net can be flexibly adjusted according to the size among the cast-in-place piles, the adaptability is strong, and the stress is reasonable, so that the potential safety hazard is reduced.

Background

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the structure is reliable, and the safety is high. The device abandons the mode of using the bar planting transverse connection, connects the building grille through two rows of S-shaped drag hooks on the side of the adjacent pile body, and the S-shaped drag hook between the adjacent upper and lower piles is fastened with the building grille, so that the safety of the guniting dado is ensured. The civil grille can be connected by two rows of S-shaped draw hooks on the side surfaces of adjacent pile bodies between the piles so as to meet the requirements of guniting retaining walls at various pile intervals, and the adaptability is high. The following describes a method for installing a protective net between cast-in-place piles according to the present invention with reference to specific examples.
1. After the welding of the filling pile reinforcement cage is finished, fixing the wood strip 1 on the reinforcement cage spiral hoop; the batten 1 is rectangular batten, and the size is controlled within 60mm-120 mm.
2. After the construction of the concrete cast-in-place pile is completed and the design strength is reached, earth excavation is carried out, the wood strips 1 are leaked, and the leaked grooves and the cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage stirrups are chiseled off by using tools for the wood strips 1.
4. Manufacturing S-shaped drag hook hoisting rings 2, connecting reinforcement cage stirrups and a civil grille 3 by utilizing two rows of S-shaped drag hooks 2 on the side surfaces of adjacent pile bodies, binding firmly to form a protective net between cast-in-place pile piles, and then carrying out guniting wall protection construction.

A protective net used between cast-in-place piles comprises a plurality of battens, a plurality of S-shaped drag hooks and a geogrid, and is characterized in that the battens are uniformly distributed on the outer circumference of a cast-in-place concrete pile and fixed on a spiral hoop of a reinforcement cage of the cast-in-place pile; the geogrid is arranged between the adjacent concrete cast-in-place piles; the geogrid is fixedly connected with the adjacent concrete cast-in-place pile through the S-shaped draw hook.
2. The protective netting for the bored pile according to claim 1, wherein the S-shaped hooks are fixedly connected to the spiral hoops of the bored pile reinforcement cage at one end and fixedly connected to the geogrid at the other end.
3. The protective netting for cast-in-place pile of claim 2, wherein the spiral hoops of the cast-in-place pile cage fixedly connected to one end of the S-shaped hooks are the same spiral hoop as the spiral hoop of the batten-fixed cast-in-place pile cage.

The inter-pile protection net for cast-in-place piles according to claim 1, wherein the geogrid includes a plurality of transverse reinforcing bars and a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing bars, and the transverse reinforcing bars and the longitudinal reinforcing bars are welded in an interlaced manner.
