The invention discloses a soybean meal adhesive for a solid wood composite floor and a preparation method thereof, the process is simple, the operation is convenient, the produced adhesive does not contain formaldehyde, through self-made polyacrylamide-glutaraldehyde resin and microwave treatment and synthesis process, soybean meal molecules are subjected to crosslinking reaction to increase crosslinking density and form a compact network structure, so that the water-resistant bonding performance of the soybean meal-based adhesive is improved, and the adopted technical scheme is as follows: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 62-68 parts of dispersion medium, 25-30 parts of defatted soybean meal, 1-2 parts of sodium bisulfite, 5-8 parts of crosslinking reinforcing agent and 2-4 parts of sodium benzoate; wherein the crosslinking reinforcing agent is polyacrylamide-glutaraldehyde resin, defatted soybean meal powder, water and sodium bisulfite are uniformly mixed, and the mixture is subjected to microwave treatment at 60 ℃ for 10min and heat preservation for 1 h; heating the obtained mixture to 80 ℃, adjusting the pH value to 3-4 by formic acid, adding a crosslinking reinforcing agent, keeping the temperature and stirring for 2h, cooling to 30 ℃, adjusting the pH =9, adding sodium benzoate, and stirring uniformly.

The soybean meal adhesive serving as a novel biomass-based formaldehyde-free adhesive has great development potential, and is particularly applied to the solid wood composite floor industry with relatively high additional value. However, the soybean meal adhesive has the problem of poor water resistance, the water-resistant bonding performance of the soybean meal adhesive can be effectively improved by adding the reinforcing agent in the early research, but the problems of low dry strength, poor product stability, weak bonding capability on individual wood veneering materials such as hickory and the like of the prepared floor product are found in the production and use processes of the floor, so that the large-scale application of the floor product is limited.
In addition, the prior generally adopted artificial board adhesives have the problem of dependence of fossil resources on raw materials, and do not meet the requirements of sustainable development.

The dispersion medium is preferably demineralized water.
A preparation method of a bean pulp adhesive for a solid wood composite floor comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing defatted soybean meal powder, water and sodium bisulfite, performing microwave treatment at 60 deg.C for 10min, and keeping the temperature for 1 h;
(2) heating the mixture obtained in the step (1) to 80 ℃, adjusting the pH value to 3-4 by formic acid, adding a crosslinking reinforcing agent, keeping the temperature and stirring for 2h, cooling to 30 ℃, adjusting the pH =9, adding sodium benzoate, and stirring uniformly.
A preparation method of a bean pulp adhesive for a solid wood composite floor is disclosed, wherein a crosslinking reinforcing agent is polyacrylamide-glutaraldehyde resin, and the synthesis process comprises the following steps: adding 8 parts by weight of polyacrylamide and 100 parts by weight of deionized water into a reaction kettle, starting stirring, adding 5 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide, and stirring; heating to 70-80 ℃, adding 30 parts by weight of glutaraldehyde, keeping the temperature for 1h, adjusting the pH =7, adding 2 parts by weight of dimethylolpropionic acid for catalytic reaction for 1h, cooling to 40 ℃, adjusting the pH =7.0, discharging, and concentrating to obtain the crosslinking reinforcing agent.
The sodium hydroxide is an aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 30%.
The glutaraldehyde is an aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 50%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
1) The soybean meal treated by the method is used as an adhesive for artificial boards, free formaldehyde is not contained, the glued artificial boards do not have the problem of formaldehyde release, and the problem of formaldehyde pollution in indoor air caused by the artificial boards is thoroughly solved.
2) The soybean meal related to the invention is used as a renewable resource and a main raw material of the adhesive, is beneficial to solving the problem of exhaustion of synthetic fossil raw materials used in the conventional artificial board adhesive, and conforms to the principles of environmental protection and sustainable development.
3) The soybean meal adhesive is prepared by processing defatted soybean meal powder, effectively utilizes soybean processing residues, comprehensively utilizes resources, saves production cost and improves the added value of products.
4) The invention adopts the novel polyacrylamide-glutaraldehyde resin as a crosslinking reinforcing agent, combines microwave and denaturant synergistic pretreatment and a polycondensation synthesis process, solves the problem of poor water resistance of the common bean pulp adhesive, can meet the water resistance requirement of the adhesive for artificial boards, ensures the practical performance of the bean pulp adhesive, and ensures that the plywood prepared by the adhesive meets the requirements of II-type plywood in national standard.

EXAMPLE III
The bean pulp adhesive for the solid wood composite floor is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
62kg of softened water

29kg of defatted soybean meal powder
Crosslinking enhancer 7kg
3kg of sodium benzoate.
The preparation method of the soybean meal adhesive for the solid wood composite floor is as in the first embodiment, and the performance quality indexes of the obtained adhesive are shown in table 1.
Example four
The bean pulp adhesive for the solid wood composite floor is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
62kg of softened water
Sodium bisulfite 2kg
Defatted soybean meal powder 28kg
Crosslinking enhancer 8kg
3kg of sodium benzoate.
The preparation method of the soybean meal adhesive for the solid wood composite floor is as in the first embodiment, and the performance quality indexes of the obtained adhesive are shown in table 1.

Comparative test of product Properties
The first comparative example is as follows: the example four bean pulp and water mixture was used.

The plywood is prepared according to the following normal process:
(1) sizing: the core board is applied with glue on both sides, the glue application amount is 310-2
(2) Aging mode and time: closing and aging for 20-30 min;
(3) pre-pressing pressure and time: prepressing for 40min at the pressure of 0.9 MPa;
(4) hot pressing pressure: 1.0MPa, the hot-pressing temperature of 120-130 ℃ and the hot-pressing time of 70 s/mm.
The performance of the produced plywood product is detected according to the detection method of GB/T17657-1999 test method for physical and chemical properties of artificial boards and facing artificial boards, and the detection result is shown in Table 2.

Experimental results show that the formaldehyde release amount of the plywood manufactured by the formaldehyde-free soybean meal adhesive is very low (formaldehyde is released by wood bodies), the bonding strength of the plywood is more than 1.05MPa, and the standard of national II-type plywood (poplar is more than or equal to 0.70 MPa) is reached.
Cost analysis
The formaldehyde-free soybean meal adhesive is convenient to use, and does not need to change the existing artificial board production equipment and process, so that the equipment investment is not increased.
The adhesive prepared by the invention can replace the conventional plywood adhesive containing formaldehyde, and the total glue application amount is unchanged when the plywood is prepared, so the use cost is equivalent to that of a urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive and is far lower than that of a phenolic resin adhesive. Therefore, the soybean meal adhesive has good application prospect.
The raw materials used in the invention are common raw materials in the production in the field, can be obtained from the market, and do not influence the production result; the various devices adopted in the invention are conventional devices used in the production process in the field, and the operation, parameters and the like of each device are carried out according to the conventional operations without special points.
